SITTING ROUTINE (Person to have treatment sit, kneeling on heels)

1.

Hold person's shoulder, with your other hand press along the spine from neck to lower back, feel for any irregularities in structure.

2.

Brush with thumbs across shoulders, from neck to shoulders.

3.

Knuckle down left side of person's spine, then around their scapula x 2.

4.

Repeat to person's other side.

5.

With your knee into person's kidney area, supporting, bring person's bring person's arms back onto your knee. With your right hand hold firmly under person's left arm. Using first your left hand, press persons upper arm to elbow, then follow with your right hand to elbow, then continue using your left hand to L.I. 4, follow with your right hand, pressing on other two sides of person's arm, than the left hand did.

6.

While holding L.I. 4 (or Colon 4) press HC (Heart Constrictor) and T.H. (Triple heater) meridian.

7.

Turn over person's hand on your knee and repeat steps 5 and 6.

8.

Hold person's wrist. Press between bones of their hand, along the metacarpals, and along their fingers. Rotate and stretch each finger and the wrist.

9.

Support person's shoulder. Hold their wrist and stretch vertically and rotate backwards x 2, then again diagonally towards yourself x 2, and release.

10.

Hold person's elbow after last rotation and raise it bent, behind their neck, stretch, and repeat.

11.

Do steps 5 - 10 to person's other side.

12.

Stretch person's shoulder by pressing along the side of their neck. Support person's forehead with your other hand. Knuckle three points under occiput.

13.

Repeat to person's other side.

14.

Supporting person's forehead with one hand, with your other hand support person's scull. Rotate person's head over your hand, which is around the back of person's neck x 2 in both directions. The palm of your hand supports the person's neck, not your fingers.

15.

With your elbow resting on your knee, tilt the person's body backwards slightly, maintaining support as in step 9. Stretch upwards and release.

16.

Standing, press your thumbs in a line along the shoulders, while fingers grab under clavicle.

17.

Walk your thumbs down each side of person's spine, as far as they will reach, while still holding on to person's clavicle, approximately to between person's shoulder blades.

18.

With your outer thigh supporting person (to side of spine) bend over person, squeezing the arms to their wrists.

19.

Holding person's hands, stretch their arms above their head and backwards, bend and release in circular movements x 2.

20.

Hold person's arms at horizontal, bent at elbows, stretch backwards, holding person's elbows, pushing gently into their back with your thigh, release hands to their person's lap.

21.

Hold person's elbows and pull arms backwards and upwards. 2|Page

22.

Lift person's shoulders from outside and let drop.

23.

Brush down person's spine with your hand, resting it at the kidney area.

SIDE ROUTINE (Person to have treatment lies on their side)

1.

Press on side of person's head, with pads of your palms above person's ear.

2.

With your fingers, work ridge around ears x 2. Then two lines further up from ear x 2 (G.B. meridian).

3.

Sit behind person's shoulder, in line with their neck and forehead axis. Check back diagnostic area with your flat hand.

4.

Knuckle three points under person's skull.

5.

With one leg supporting person's back, grab person's shoulder, under their arm. Stretch towards yourself, lifting person's head gently in three positions.

6.

Press along the side of person's neck with thumbs.

7.

Elbow gently down person's neck.

8.

Knuckle top of person's shoulders and around scapula x 2.

9.

Kneel perpendicularly to person, your left hand supporting person's shoulder, your right hand supporting person's elbow, as their arm is laid out alongside of their body. Press person's arm, using a sideways rocking motion, when your right hand reaches person's wrist, hold L.I. 4, and work down the arm with your other hand.

10.

Hold person's wrist with one hand, rolling their wrist and hand over their hip with your other elbow.

11.

Pull person's arm perpendicular to their body, work up their arm, covering all meridians, holding L.I 4 with one hand. Do the hand. Working down metacarpals x 2. Pull and twist each finger.

12.

Stretch person's arm and place it back onto their side.

13.

Roll person's arm as in the sitting routine, holding their shoulder joint with one hand, while guiding their arm with your other hand.

14.

Place person's arm across their head. Work down person's upper arm with your elbow, to person's elbow, then slide your elbow to their wrist.

15.

Press your palms on person's side, under their arm, holding your wrists together.

16.

Work down person's side with your thumbs and palms x 2.

17.

Support person by holding their front side, near breast/chest, while your elbow work down side and in line with middle of the scapula to kidney area.

18.

Hold person's Hara, while working with your elbow down their middle back, under scapula and straight down x 2. Keep your arms straight and use a sideways rocking motion, leaning away from the person.

19.

Knuckle down the Bladder meridian on person's lower half of back right down into their sacrum area x 2.

20.

Hold person's hip and knuckle their sacrum area x 2.

21.

Kneel behind person's hip, using both thumbs, press around buttock bone, then follow the top edge of buttock.

22.

Place your hand on person's upper buttock, in line with their hip, your palm presses down side of person's leg on the seam of their pants x 2 (G.B.). Thumbs pointing away from yourself.

23.

Place your hand just under person's knee, press with your palm down on side of person's calf and hold BL. 60 x 2.

24.

Press with your palm along person's ridge of foot x 2.

25.

Place your hand on person's hip and your other hand on their bottom leg. Place your knees on their inner thigh, rock lightly from side to side.

26.

Place your hand on person's bottom knee, and your other hand on their ankle, and brush person's calf with your knee.

27.

Holding K. 3 with one hand, elbow into arch of person's foot and underneath, resting into K. 1 x 2.

28.

Place your left knee under person's buttock/leg crease and your right knee under person's scapula. Hold person's upper shoulder with your left hand and hold their upper leg just above their knee. By leaning backward, create a good long stretch.

29.

Place your hand on person's shoulder and the other hand on their hip, while person's top leg is closest to you, twist in a circular motion, then place person's top leg in front of their bottom leg and twist the other way, gently. Twist only by leaning.

30.

Kneel parallel to person facing the head, holding their shoulder knuckle down Bladder meridian and around scapula.

31.

Place your palms on back diagnostic area and sense for results.

32.

Repeat to person's other side.

BACK ROUTINE (Person to have treatment lies on their stomach)

1.

Sit at top of person's head. Press from top of head to base of skull along Bladder meridian, which are in line with person's pupils.

2.

Using your fingertips, press and pull under base of person's skull from cervical vertebra, leaning towards yourself x 3, moving outwards wards progressively.

3.

Your right hand supports person's left shoulder. With your left thumb press alongside of person's neck, using your fingers to support person's neck. Press from top to bottom of neck x 2.

4.

Repeat step 3 to other side of person's neck, i.e., your left hand supports person's right shoulder, and your right thumb press along person's neck.

5.

Press with both your thumbs along person's shoulders, from base of neck to tips of shoulders x 2.

6.

Your right hand supports person's left elbow, while your left elbow press on Bladder meridian on left side of person's spine, from neck to between scapula.

7.

Your left hand supports person's right elbow, while your right elbow press on Bladder meridian on right side of person's spine, from neck to between scapula.

8.

Sit sideways to right of person, knees pointing away from person's head. Left hand supports person's right shoulder, while your right elbow press around person's scapula x 2.

9.

Your left hand supports person's right elbow, while your right elbow press Bladder meridian on right side of person's spine, from neck to end of ribs x 2.

10.

Sit sideways, to left of person's head. Your right hand supports person's left shoulder, while your left elbow press around person's right scapula x 2.

11.

Sit facing person's left side. Place your left hand across your right, right, and press person's spine from neck to sacrum. Checking back diagnostic area.

12.

Your left hand supports area between person's scapulae. Your right hand knuckle along right side of person's spine, from upper back to sacrum, then do left side of person's spine.

13.

Place both your elbows between person's scapula and spine on right side of their spine. Your left elbow remain, while your right elbow works down Bladder meridian to sacrum. Your left elbow then follows.

14.

Support person's upper back and sacrum with your hands, while your right knee press person's left side of their back to kidney area, in an arc from shoulder blade to kidney.

15.

Kneel parallel to person, facing their head. Your right hand hold person's right waist, your left hand knuckle person's left kidney area. Lifting person's right hip, by leaning backwards, while knuckling three points x 3.

16.

Your left hand supports person's left shoulder, your right elbow press along Bladder meridian on left side of person's spine, from between scapula to sacrum x 2.

17.

Kneeling perpendicularly to person's right side, repeat steps 12 - 15.

18.

Sit sideways at level of person's hip, facing their head. Your right thumb supports person's right kidney area. Your left elbow press along 3 - 4 lines of person's right buttock, from inner to outer x 2.

19.

Your right knee slides parallel to your left elbow. Lean over person, putting your left hand on person's right kidney area, do person's left buttock x 2.

20.

Kneel facing person's left side. Place your right hand on near side of person's sacrum, left palm press and slide down the back of person's thigh to their knee x 2.

21.

Your right hand holds person's left ankle, while your left hand is placed on their sacrum. Bring bent leg progressively outwards, while your right knee press and slide along back of person's thigh to knee x 2. 8|Page

22.

Sit kneeling, place person's near leg over their other ankle, accessing the T.H. meridian. Balancing on your toes, use both knees to brush along outside person's leg to their knee, by bringing your knees together.

23.

Cross person's near leg over their other leg above their knee, and repeat step 22 x 2. This accesses the G.B. meridian.

24.

Straighten person's leg. Supporting person's ankle with your right hand, and above their knee with your left hand. Brush along person's calf in three lines, from inner to outer, by twisting person's foot which you are holding in your right hand.

25.

Sit at person's feet. Rest person's left foot on your thigh. Your left hand supporting their ankle, while your right elbow press into arch of foot and rests in K. 1.

26.

Bend person's leg. Supporting their knee with both your knees. Press with your hands and fingers along metatarsals x 2. Stretch foot person's foot upwards, downwards and rotate. Stretch, twist and pull each toe. Push foot in a circular motion from out to in, towards person's buttock.

27.

Repeat steps 17 - 26 on person's other side.

28.

Walk on person's soles of feet, until balanced with your toes around their ankles. Turn around and massage person's feet with your heels.

29.

Kneel, placing your knees on person's soles (or remain standing) and lightly massage person's calves.

30.

Walk with palms of hands on back of person's thighs.

31.

Kneel with your knees under person's buttocks, while massaging their outer hip area with base of your palms, in a circular motion x 3.

32.

Walk with your palms up person's back, base of palms together along their spine.

33.

Brush with your hands, down person's back, from shoulders to sacrum, hold your hands on person's kidney area, sense results, and release.

NECK AND SHOULDER ROUTINE (Person having treatment lies on their back)

1.

Feel person's neck near base of cervical vertebra, rolling your hands under their neck, checking for lumps. (Don't slide along the neck).

2.

Pull person's head towards you, by their cranial edge.

3.

Press with your thumbs in line with person's pupils, from their crown to their forehead.

4.

Brush person's forehead, from centre outwards, with your thumbs.

5.

Press the sides of person's nose, in corners of eyes, BL. 2.

6.

Press top of person's cheek bones, from their nose to their ears.

7.

Brush person's face down to their jaw, with your thumbs.

8.

Pinch along person's jaw to their ears.

9.

Rub your hands together, stimulating your H.C 8, and place your hands over person's eyes, for 10 seconds.

10.

Press person's sinus points, L.I. 20.

11.

Turn person's head to one side, press side of their neck, supporting their head with your other hand (i.e., with your thumb near the ear and fingers down their forehead).

12.

Knuckle down person's neck, under base of skull, G.B. 20, T.H. and BL. 10, in three lines.

13.

Repeat steps 11 and 12 to other side of person's neck.

14.

Work across person's shoulders with your thumbs.

15.

Kneel next to person head, press on their shoulders, placing your fingers towards yourself.

16.

Walk down person's arms with your hands. Grab person's hands and place their wrists over your knees, lift a little and lean backwards for a good stretch.

17.

Shake person's arms gently, to loosen shoulders, stretch their arms and place them back down along their sides.

18.

Press in line, laterally, with the nipples, leaning using your thumbs, and not too far with women.

19.

Press upper line shaping the breasts/chest around to the armpits.

20.

Rub the shoulder/armpit region on the front with palm of your hands.

21.

Walk down person's arms with your hands, grab person's wrists and lift person into a sitting position, supporting the person on the back with the side of your leg.

22.

Check which shoulder is higher than the other, and take note.

23.

Gently place person back into a lying position on the mat.

24.

Do the lifts. Place your left arm under person's knees and rest your arm on your upper leg, so that person's feet are off the floor.

25.

Place your right hand on person's Hara.

26.

Press straight down, by raising your leg, by going up on your toes, until you make subtle contact with person.

27.

Press down with your right hand towards person's bladder area, again using your toes for lifting.

28.

Bend person's knees 60 degrees to their body and press again, down towards person's bladder area.

29.

Stand and lean on person's knees, rotating to massage their sacrum.

30.

Place legs down and check which foot bend down further towards the floor than the other.

31.

Bend knee of the foot that falls furthest and arc it to find stiffest point. 11 | P a g e

32.

Pin down person's opposite shoulder and bring knee over person's other leg, to the floor.

33.

Repeat with person's other leg.

34.

Walk down person's arms with your hands and grab their wrists and lift person into a sitting position.

35.

Place person's arm of the higher shoulder (you took note of...) over the other and ask person to grab their own shoulders.

36.

Place a pillow on person's mid back. Place both your knees on this pillow, the person's spine being between your knees.

37.

Lean forward and grab person's elbows, resting your forehead on person's neck.

38.

Ask the person to roll over your knee, while you gently lift and bend slightly backwards three times, each time moving one vertebra up with your knees, by leaning further back, to change the pivotal point.

39.

Ask person to interlace their fingers behind their neck.

40.

Move the pillow higher up on the person's back.

41.

Grab person's lower arms, from under their upper arms.

42.

Using your right knee only, ask the person to allow themself to roll over your knee. Help person by gently lifting their upper torso. Using your grip, help person up and backward three times, each time moving up one vertebra.

43.

Gently place person back down on the mat into a lying position.

44.

Place your hand, with thumbs upward, acting as a pivot, at corner of person's neck and shoulder. Gently push person's head over your pivotal hand, to maximum x 3, raising the head a little each time.

45.

Repeat step 44 to other side of person's neck.

46.

Rub person's cheeks and ears and press sides of their head to, soothe above treatment.

47.

Repeat step 1, checking for lumps and any improvements. Repeat step 44 if necessary.

48.

Hands. Grab a hand, intertwining person's little finger and thumb, by placing your little fingers into these two spaces.

49.

Brush person's palm with your thumbs.

50.

Work down person's metacarpals x 2. Twist and pull each finger.

51.

Twist and pull each finger.

52.

Curl person's hand into a fist and tighten gently.

53.

Walk on person's hand.

54.

Repeat to person's other hand.

55.

Feet. Sit at person's feet and work down metatarsals x 2.

56.

Twist and pull each toe.

57.

With fist of one hand, press and roll into person's arch of foot, supporting their foot with your other hand.

58.

Roll person's foot clockwise and anticlockwise x 3.

59.

Repeat steps 55 - 58 to person's other foot.

60.

Lift person's legs and rest them on your knees, bend their legs by gently tapping under their knees.

61.

Lean forward, pressing person's bent knees to their chest.

62.

Hold person's shoulder with one hand, twist their bent knees away from their pinned shoulder with your other hand. Then twist other way, holding person's other shoulder pinned down.

63.

Stretch person's legs, gently shaking and pulling while putting them down.

64.

Feel soles of person's feet with palms of your hands (H.C. 8), and feel for any signs of energy difference.

65.

Press around person's achille’s tendons behind their ankles, which loosen stiff neck and tight shoulders.

66.

Repeat step 1, and step 44 if necessary.

67.

Press person's temples gently.

68.

Work bottom of person's rib cage, with your thumbs, from centre of their stomach to sides.

69.

Slide your thumbs down person's stomach in line with S. 25.

70.

Place your right hand on person's stomach, with your fingers towards fingers towards person's head. Place your left hand across your right. Lean, with intent, as in diagnosis, and vibrate your hands as you release pressure.
