ER01,ER02 temperature alarming Checking and processing steps 1. Check the two temperature probe connectors upper computer,check whether the temperature switches connectors is correct, make sure the power supply voltage is normal,its temperature probe resistance about 605,temperature switches resistance should be 0 . 2. Enterinto debug interface, check whether T1, T2 temperature range is in allowed scope 37 degrees, if it is beyond the temperature range, check whether the cooling fan rotation is normal or not. 3. make sure the above all are normal,then check the PC, the machine board, change the circuit board. ER03 inverter alarming alarming   1. Enter into the debugging interface,Check whether the parameter is normal,if it isnot normal,you should restore the parameters first. 2. make a false IGBT load experiment of the two groups, check whether the IGBT are normal,whether the drive ability is consistent, if it isnot,change the damaged. If the IGBT are all not working in the two groups, check the driver board,observe whether the board is functioning properly.check whether the Kvset signal and voltage of interface board to its backplane is normal or not. 3. If the given signal or voltage stabilizer of interface board are not normal, replace the corresponding inspection of lower level computer board or manostat board, and related components. 4. If the interface board KVset signals are normal,and the drive adjustment plate is normal,but IGBT components of two groups still not working, replace the backplane. 5. If the above examination results are all normal, check whether the tube and the kv feedback circuit board,and the kv feedback board to the Inverter backplane wiring,circuit board are normal or not. 6. If the IGBT close of two groups are all normal work, disconnect the adjustment  board,measurement the KV feedback board whether KV + and KVKV- to GND resistance are balance,disconnect KV feedback board,in the tube, measuring whether KV + and KV- to GND resistance are balance, then judge whether KV feedback board and the tube is normal, if not normal, replace them. ER04 lamp filament alarming 1.  confirm the connection from interface board to filament board,5v,24v direct voltage,and the connection from the tube filanment and filament board to the tube are normal. 2. Short sub of GOOD signal,if the early warning device is no longer alarming,the filament board is failure, replace the filament board. ER05 rotating anode alarming 1. confirm the related wirings of circuit board is correct,220 V AC voltage, 15 V, V, 5 V dc voltage are normal. 2. If 220V AC voltage voltage is not normal,the front power circuit or the filter is breakdown; if the lines connected with the toroidal transformer, each of the AC input and output voltages are not normal,pls check the toroidal transformer.

 

3. If the DC power supply is breakdown,it must be the manostat board and the realated lines,and the transformer are breakdown. 4. confirm the connection from rotating anode plate output to the tube is normal,and Winding resistance is correct(PS70Ω,PC20Ω, corr ect(PS70Ω,PC20Ω, SC50Ω).  SC50Ω).  5. The above tests are normal, short sub alarm signal should turn to the OK , if the failure of the rotating anode plate is not alarming, al arming, pls replace the rotating anode plate. ER06 ,ER07overflow time alarming 1. check the parameters normal or not under under the debugging interface,especially Mul  parameters are reset. 2. check the filament plate is normal or or not. 3. check the connection from the tube tube mA feedback circuit to the inverter backplane and the interface board is normal or not. 4. MA stopwatch test feedback mAs,check the mA normal or not,if not,pls check the fixed variable of mA normal nor not. 5. If the fixed variable of mA is normal,the kv feedback board or back-plane is  breakdown.If it isnot normal,pls replace the lower PC-PLC PC-PLC component assembly. assembly. 6. if the above tests are normal,check IGBT IGBT assembly.False assembly.False load experiment,confirms the working of the IGBT assembly is normal or not,if not,pls replace it. The lamp of Limited beam device does not light Make sure that the mask mas k button of limited beam device and li linkline nkline from the button to the delay board is in good condition and can use normally. 1. If the 24V DC voltage can input the delay board normally, that is the problem of delay board or the bulb, you should change them. 2. If the 24V voltage is not normal, that is the problem of 250W switching power supply failure, or 250W switching power supply 220V AC input is not normal. LCD displays a black screen. Starting up the machine to check whether the 9V micrococontroller power supply of the host computer is normal of not. If it is not normal, please check whether the lines and manostat board output power is normal or not. 1 .If the microcontroller power supply is normal, check the cable connection to see whether there has 5V voltage to supply LCD screen, If there is no 5V supply, please replace the PC board. 2 .If above are normal, that is the problem that the LCD screen is damaged, please replace it. Connecting failure Confirm the communication power and the lines of communication is normal and check whether the line in the towline is disconnecting. 1. If the interface board output communication port voltage is correct, that shows the PC board (S260-01) is damaged, you should replace the PC board. 2. If the above are normal, please replace the PC-PLC attachment (S260--09). Solenoid valve failure 1. Bed solenoid valve does not pull, if the 24V switching power supply is working  properly and the line is normal, that shows the power supply electromagnetic valve  plate failure.

 

2. The solenoid valve is not controlled and it can not loosen, you should check whether the trip switch or mask switch is working properly. If it working normally, it is the power supply electromagnetic valve plate failure, replace the power supply solenoid valve plate. Failed to turn on 1. If the power light is on, and the circuit for turn on process works, then check whether 2A fuse wire works,. If the parts mentioned above all worked well, the  problem maybe cause caus e by the Solenoid valve for Power Management Board, then you replace it will be ok. 2. If the power light is off, please check whether the voltage for equipment is 220V first , then check the fuse wire and the powe line of Solenoid valve for Power Management Board whether works, works, If the parts mentioned above are all works, then the problem may caused by the Solenoid valve for Power Management Board The fuse-blew 1. If the 6A fuse is blown while the machine was working. Please check the output voltage whether steady. If the voltage is steady, then check the rotating anode, or replace it directly. If the fuse is blown at once when the machine turns on, you need to check the Solenoid valve for Power Management Board and rotating anode working condition or works. 2. If the 2A fuse is blown, and the voltage under the condition of normal operating range, please check filters and and isolating transformer, and at last check the two transformers for voltage-stabilized power source board which are most likely caused the question 3.It is rarely to meet the problem that 63A fuse is blown, at most case this is i s caused by unstable voltage.
