1. Assist Construction Manager by implementing the site manager directives 2. Checks review field construction methods and procedures prepared by supervisor or subcontractors to ensure smooth construction progress 3. Supervises field construction activities for the as signed construction items and coordinates activity among the supervisors and subcontractorr. 4. Ensure appropriate construction scheduling materials and field activities and subcontractor performance 5. Established detailed constructon plan and 35 days schedule with the approval of the construction manager 6. Assist construction manager to evaluate weekly progress and prepared next week planning and schedule of each subcontractor 7. Check and control construction works to ensure than quality and workmanship conform to the drawing and specification and that safety equirements are fulfilled 8. Coordinate with his LCV’s counter part about daily work in the area under his responsibility 9. Works with the subcontractor engineering and subcontractor representative to satisfy man power requirement for each craft, plans, schedule and review works accomplished by each craft. 10. Assist construction manager and subcontract engineer for back charge items (extra work/ additional work or change order) and prepares the necassary back up documents. 11. Check and reviews progress claims to ensure the correct volume and progress achievement 12. Prepare records and reports on progress, material, manpowers and equipment by implementing construction manager directives 13. Check and review material requisition issued by subcontractor and assist construction manager for approval 14. Inspect materials equipment and special tools supplied by subcontractor and report to construction manager. 15. Prepares a list of outstanding items and report to construction manager 16. Establish inspection items and schedule plan with LCV in conforming with subcontractor request/progress. 17. Prepares close out report in line with Job-Assignment.
