COMPACT WELLHEAD MODULAR WELLHEAD SYSTEMS(MW-I) The Modular Wellhead® System (MW-I) is a multi-stage system that caters for different casing programs and working pressure. With option of being two or three stages, MW-I comes in nominal sizes ranging from 10 ″ to 18-3/4″ and working pressure from 3,000 PSI to 15,000 PSI. The Modular Wellhead® System is easy to operate, safe and efficient. It is designed to confrom to API 6A and can be used both onshore and offshore, even under severe operating condition.

WELLHEAD CONTROL PANEL Wellhead Contro l Panel(WCP ), a ESD (Emergency Shut-Down) system, is installed near the well and used to effectively control the SCSSV(Subsurface Safety Valve), Master SSV(Surface Safety Valve), Wing SSV(Surface Safety Valve) and CV(Choke Valve) of the wellhead and christmas tree. It can realize the local/remote ESD(Emergency Shut-Down), and has the shutdown functions of the high and low pressure limit protection in flowline, fire prevention, H2S leakage and so on. Single or multiple wells can be controlled. Furthermore, it can monitor the pressure and temperature of production flowline, then communicate data with the main control room, transmit the data to the remote distance, and also indicate and control through the touch screen. This WCP is in accordance with API SPEC 6A and RP 14C standard, meet the technical requirement of design, manufacture and testing. With the liable performance and easy operation, it can improve the safety on a site, save the labor cost, and protect the oil and gas resource.

KERUI CONVENTIONAL FRACTURING WELLHEAD KERUI provides the most advanced fracturing technical solutions and realize the synchronous development with the whole industry. The valves in the main path of our fracturing wellhead are KRSR structure, valve opening and closing laps is reduced by half as compared to the same type of valve, the valve seat seal uses the Bi-directional lip seal ring, the stem seal uses the PEEK material seals with a low friction coefficient and resilient metal stents. Hydraulic valve is disposed on the main path which can shut off immediately and safely during emergency by remote control. Union interface is disposed on the side outlet of fracturing head, which can be connected rapidly. The whole design is compact and can be maintained easily. Test valve is disposed over the fracturing head, which is convenient for testing and monitoring.

BOP ANNULAR BOP Annular BOP has taper type, spherical type, and combination type, which can seal the annular space between drill string and wellbore, seal the well completely, or operate the snubbing services. RAM BOP Ram BOP has single, double and multiple ram type BOP, and is mainly used in drilling, workover and formation-testing services. It can prevent the wellhole flow from overflowing or blowouting effectively. The design and manufacture of the Ram BOP complies requirements of API Spec 16A and GB/T20174 completely. Features and benefits are as f ollows: Pack off the annular space between drill string and wellbore; Can seal the well head completely by blind ram; Can shear the drill pipe by shearing ram; Can pack off and hang the drill string; Can be controled by manual and hydraulic.

CONTROL SYSTEM FOR BOP STACKS During drilling, BOP control system is used to control BOP or hydraulic f lowout vavle mainly. The system includes remote console, driller's console, subconsole, air tube, pipe rock, high pressure manifold, protection room, etc. It can control the well outblowing and overflowing, and realize killing the well speedily, etc. The BOP control system is designed and manufactured according to SY/  T 5053.2 and API 16D standards.

Main Features: The Remote Console is equipped with both electric and pneumatic power supply. The power supply is equipped with automatic control system and double protective device against overload. With four sets of accumulators, the system can work regularly with the rest 75% volume in case that one of them is out of order; A relief valve is installed to increase the safety of system, which is easy for disassembly and maintenance; Compact structure, reasonable configuration, easy to operate and clean mark.

MANIFOLD CHOKE & KILL MANIFOLD During drilling, choke and kill manifolds are important well control equipments used for preventing the flow in well from overflowing and blowouting effectively, so implementing near balanced drilling. The choke manifold controls the casing pressure, maintains the balance of the downhole pressure through discharging the flow and decreasing the casing pressure, so the well is closed softly. The kill manifold can kill the well through pumping kill flow into the well in order to avoid the accident and guarantee the safety.
