The Empress Dowager Ci Xi 慈禧太后 慈禧太后（1835年11月29日－1908年11月15日）清文宗咸豐皇帝的妃子，清穆宗同治皇帝的生 母，以皇太后身分或垂簾聽政或臨朝稱制，為自1861年至1908年間大清帝國的實際統治者，為 期僅次於清朝康熙帝和乾隆帝。生前，外人有以「慈禧太后」、「聖母皇太后」、「那拉太 后」、「西太后」等稱之者；自光緒年間，宮中及朝廷開始以「老佛爺」尊稱之。 由於在其48年的統治期間，中國內憂外患不斷，加上傳統對於女性執政的負面意見，過去對慈 禧皇太后的評價幾乎是完全負面的。近來，史學界逐漸開始有人從歷史條件侷限的觀點，對慈 禧當政提出多元化的評價。但她在大多數人的心中，依然是一位負面人物。 Empress Dowager Ci Xi (November 29, 1835 – November 15, 1908), popularly known in China as the West Dowager Empress (西太后). She was a powerful and charismatic figure who became the de facto ruler of the Manchu Qing Dynasty, ruling over China for 48 years from her husband’s death in 1861 to her own death in 1908. Ci Xi became the first and only Qing Dynasty Empress to rule from “behind the curtains” (垂簾聽政). Coming from an ordinary Manchu family and having been selected by the Xian Feng Emperor as a concubine, she exercised almost total control over the court under the nominal rule of her son the Tong Zhi Emperor and her nephew the Guang Xu Emperor, both of whom unsuccessfully attempted to rule in their own right. She was largely conservative during her rule and refused reform of the political system. Many historians consider her reign despotic, and attribute the fall of the Qing Dynasty, and China’s backwardness, to her rule. Many Chinese consider her a villain who is responsible for the fall of China to foreign powers.

直沖煞
書桌最好不要面對著門，這會形成直沖煞。會影響 工作與學習能力。 Don’t align the desk with the door, as this will create Sha Qi and affect a person’s ability to work and study.

吊燈與橫樑不一樣，這只是心理上的問題，與風水 無關。 Chandeliers and beams are not the same, so a chandelier above the desk might only have psychological effects and has nothing to do with Feng Shui.

Door
床直接面對臥室門，會導致煞氣沖向床，導致睡眠 中斷。最好把床移到其他位置。 When the bed directly faces the bedroom door, the Qi that enters the room through the door will collide with the bed. This will cause bad or interrupted sleep, and it would be better to move the bed to another position.

窗在床頭後方會影響睡眠，最好把床移去靠牆或 用較厚的窗簾遮蔽，窗戶保持關閉。 The windows behind the bed’s headboard will cause interrupted sleep. It would be better to place the headboard against a wall, or to use thick curtains for the windows if it cannot be moved. This will be the best solution.
