I was hired as a Senior Manager to design and implement various Treasury products to enhance liquidity and profitability while meeting current Federal and State compliance guidelines. I managed all third party relationships within the financial industry as well as support organizations like ECCHO and SVPCo. I chaired the internal Payments Forum that met with senior management on a quarterly basis to discuss future product development and their impact on treasury services and bank operations. I managed and performed work improvement projects throughout the bank. I have spoken at the BAI Annual CheckImage conferences on Float and Remote Deposit Capture. I managed and maintained daily and weekly management reports and provided monthly updates to Executive Management. Some of my major accomplishments include:        

Increased bank liquidity by $250 million by re-designing and developing segmented customer availability schedules. Achieved $2 million annual decrease in check clearing expenses by negotiating third party vendor contracts. Reduced the banks compliance risk by implementing deposit availability guidelines and policies to meet Federal and State regulations. Introduced new reporting tools and reports to measure bank liquidity and loss exposure within the payment space. Improved identifying internal processing costs by developing and designing reporting tools that measured monthly operating expenses with Item Processing and Treasury Operations. Improved the pricing matrixes for inbound RFP’s to ensure that internal overhead components were properly priced. Successfully completed a 3 year educational program at the prestigious Pacific Coast Banking School where I graduated with honors. Carreker Senior Consultant

I was hired to lead the day one and two Check Processing project teams that supported the merger of First Commerce Bank in Nashville, TN. I was responsible for analyzing and creating project plans to document internal workflows and make recommendations on efficient and effective transitions. I met daily with the various internal production groups and reported weekly to the CFO. I left this position when the consulting assignment was completed.

RWC Consulting Cash Management Consultant

I was hired to lead the Lockbox and Facilities Management project teams supporting the consolidation and merger

of Sovereign Bank in Boston, MA. I reported weekly to the CFO to enhance integration of the in-house lockbox strategy for Cash Management and Bank Operations organizations. I created workflow reports to maximize departmental efficiencies and train in-house staff on Cash Management products. I left this position for a better offer from Carreker to consult for a merger/acquisition in Nashville.
