Healthcare Education Consultant Outside Sales, 2007-2010 Through the use of predictive analytics and research, developed new business territory by selling and supporting SaaS based E-Learning resources to Provosts, CEO’s, Presidents, Deans, Directors and Faculty of higher education and hospitals in order to support nursing outcomes at national and state levels while maintaining or increasing National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX) scores.   

Increased South Texas territory revenue from $300,000 to $3 million in 36 months. Consistently finished fiscal years under operating budget by 10%. Retained 99% of clients without the use of contracts.

Elsevier/ HESI Review and Testing Division, Houston, TX

2004-2006

Outside Sales Executive and Specialist, 2004-2006 Generated new business selling SaaS based E-Learning resources and software through the use of computerized examinations that were psychometrically-sound and highly predictive of success on the National Council Licensure Examination (NCLEX).
