Onlu July 19th 2015, Facebook decided to delete the Facebook Fan Page of VOLO Magazine. We had over 120,000 followers of the magazine on that page that we lost that day! In todays world where 80% of website traffic of most of our competitors originates from their Facebook pages, this could be seen as a major catastrophe... But VOLO is not just a simple Art Magazine, its also a Silicon Valley company where every obstacle spurs innovation and every failure is the beginning of a new journey. We are tired of Facebook telling us what is obscene and what is not... Our photographers and models create incredible art and these images/ videos need to a proper STREAM to be shared with the community. Our readers need a place where they can freely appreciate NUDE ART photography and where pictures don’t need to be mauled and disfigured to follow rules set by a company with a misplaced set of moral values. VOLO 28 brings along a special gift for you all. We present to you VOLO.SOCIAL - The True Art Social Network. The cover of this issue is none other than Amber Flowers, one of the most beautiful women in the world today. Amber was on the cover of VOLOGLAM 1502 and now she adorns the cover of VOLO. 10 incredible sets adorn this 178 page magazine, one of the largest regular issues in VOLO history. All I will say is that once you start turning the pages, there is no stopping. is one of the most important things in life for me. I have done over 250 shoots so far and this is my second appearance in VOLO. A technical artist with a passion for excellence, Bruno creates workds of art which are flawless and sublime. In this set he combines his talents with another great artist and a VOLO Model Aleksa Slusarchi in a set that not only showcases this incredible location and the models amazing form...But truly captures the emotions and moments of feeling which are translated to the audience. “For the Riverdream photo series, we were on our way in the South of Switzerland for three days. The different locations were some kilometres apart and so we had to proceed very well-planned in order to capture the right light in all locations. Therefore the days were very long and we had to get up at five in the morning and never returned to our hotel before ten in the evening. But, when the light was not ideal to take photographs we had enough time for extended breaks and to freshen up in the cool river water. Shootings in such locations can only be created with professional models. Because of the loud roaring of the waterfalls, the communication between photographer and model is impossible at times. This is why everything has to be prepared in advance. The shootings have to be carried out very efficiently, since the cold water and chilly temperatures in the morning quickly led to the model getting cold.” Says Bruno

“Daniel Fehr and I have been working together for over 4 years. Our first shoot was 4 years ago when Dan was a beginner in photography and I was a rookie newbie model ,it went very smooth and from first hour it seemed like we started to understand or to say it better feel the art-energy that was flowing in our heads. Dan always comes to the shoot very prepared and well tought out about every small detail. His preparation for each scene or set is very deep, he looks at the scene from all angles and always adds a lot of elements that seems not needed at first, but when you see photo taken by him it amazing how it all fits smoothly and well matched to the idea and feeling of the scene. Dan has a very unique ( I never see this kind shooting from no one) style of shooting. At the moment he is ready to take photos ( after all lights, tests and setting are done) he becomes like big ball of energy that burst and spark for the time his press button on the camera while taking photos …at first it even seems like little crazy creature taking photos but then you realize it how he is and how he feels about the shoot. I have shot together with Dan for his site “artofdan” for over 50 shoots, including over 30 workshops and every time Dan make announcement that I come for shooting he get big line of photographers who willing to join such a workshop . DANI FEHR

Swiss photographer Dani Fehr is one of the pillars of VOLO Magazine in Europe. Dani became the magazine’s first authorized photographer in Switzerland in 2013 and produces consistent amazingness in ever y set he shoots. His work has been published in multiple issues of VOLO as well as websites like Met-Art and Michelle7. Dani is a rare talent and has the uncanny sense of timing which lets him capture the soul and feelings of his subjects minds through his pictures. He is quite the legend in the nude art photography world already and with ever y set , he further establishes his dominance. When we ask him to describe his work he says:

“It is my vision to generate an image worth of timeless value and I want to express feelings and emotions in my pictures. Sensuality, passion, thoughtfulness, desire, and erotic are only a fe w examples which represent my work. I realize my ideas on several outdoor spots but also in my 200sqm studio which is located in an old factor y. I have always been an exhibitionist, and once I hit adulthood I realized that one could make a living getting nude. Win-win!! I began as an art model, have been most embraced in glamour, have dabbled in fetish, but to be honest I think I am best at fashion nudes and fine art with a touch of erotica. I suppose I will let the viewers decide! I graduated the University of South Florida in 2006, left central Florida and have been modeling full time ever since! AM ATTREE Cam Attree is pure genius. He was first introduced to VOLO in issue #21 as our featured photographer for the issue and then he followed that up with a cover for issue #24. This Australian genius stands amongst the greatest when it comes to shooting nudes in natural light . We asked him to tell us a little about his experience while shooting this incredible set with Carlotta Champagne

I had admired Carlotta’s modelling ever since I started shooting artistic nudes around 2005 so when I heard she was coming to Australia in 2010, I just knew I had to work with her. 5 years ago I was still finding my feet shooting art nudes and while I had a decent portfolio, it paled into insignificance when compared to Carlotta’s list of credits which is about as long as my arm. Was I really going to be working with a model who had been featured in countless magazines, including Playboy and who also appeared in some of my favourite art nude books? I guess you could say I had put Carlotta up on a pedestal and I definitely had some expectations of what she would be like to work with. I was therefore pretty nervous when we finally met and I was a little shy to start with but once we started shooting and I quickly discovered how lovely she was, all those nerves disappeared and we just got on with creating some great images. Carlotta is one of those models that can transition between glamour and art nude seamlessly so no matter the style you are going for, she can deliver. When working with models of Carlotta’s calibre, I tend to let them do their thing and only give minimal direction. Some of the best images I have created have come from that type of collaboration. I concentrate on the composition and lighting, they concentrate on the pose that suits the location. I was chatting to Carlotta a few months ago about this set which was our very first shoot together. I was extremely flattered when she mentioned that this image (opposite page) is still one of her absolute favourites after all these years. ZOE SAYS... “Wohoo, party-time guys :) Second appearance in VOLO magazine for me and EIKONAS Photography. I am so proud!!! Have fun with our Coke editorial, which was most fun to shoot. I hope you like the sweet and sexy pictures we produced. I think, my appearance is very natural in this editorial, we did (almost) no Makeup and no Hair-Styling this time because we wanted to create a contrast between innocent youth and quite forced sexuality in front of that unique retro-style setting of the Coke fridge. I in fact felt very sexy posing nude next to the fridge. I am very confident in showing my body in front of EIKONAS’s camera and am currently training hard and doing workout sessions frequently to improve my fitness, so who knows - maybe you’ll see me doing a little nude workout session one day ;-) But for now, enjoy our refreshing Coke series and stay tuned for further pics. EIKONAS [ O] Freelance photographer Guenther Achleitner shoots under the pseudonym EIKONAS and is a enthusiastic self-tought artist. Guenther used to shoot pictures in the 1990ís but took a decade long break from photography to pursue politics. Guenther has been Vice-Mayor of his home city Puchenau ñ Austria. He walked out of politics in 2012 to develop his career as a professional photographer. Since then he is living his dream through his pictures. The brand-name of his enterprise EIKONAS is (ancient) greek and means (high quality) pictures. He told us the stor y of how this shoot came about:

The Coke fridge in the cellar... I passed it almost every day, knowing that one day it would be the perfect scenery for one of my Fine-Art-Nudes editorials. To mention the technical preconditions: I pulled the trigger and and emptied the fridge, placed two flashheads in it and re-filled it, creating a fine softbox to lighten my model. ZoÈ was in fact the perfect choice for the pics, sexy and sensual as her beautiful body is. We didn’t do much makeup and hair-styling this time to show ZoÈs very natural and young looking beauty. Shooting in front of the fridge was most fun. We produced a broad variety of expressions, from innocence to challenging and daring sexiness. We are proud to re-appear at VOLO Fine Art Magazine. I have a vision of what VOLO is... And Amber Flowers is VOLO. This shoto with Amber was my first photo shoot after a long break . The minute I laid my eyes on her something inside me immediately wanted to shoot her and capture her incredible beauty and deep sensuality inside my camera for eternity. I felt like a child with a new toy, that I needed to play with immediately. So though not prepared to shoot that day, I decided to go ahead and shoot a set with this gorgeous woman on the spur of the moment, lucky for me Fabiola (my fabulous makeup artist for this shoot) was at the location and could spare a few minutes to put on some light makeup on Amber. Amber and I went on to shoot again, ver y soon when she came down to San Francisco and that shoot resulted in the cover of VOLOGLAM 1502, a cover that ranked #3 on the Mens Magazine Newsstand on Zinio. com. She ranks in the top 10 of the most naturally beautiful women I have seen in this world.

PEDRO RODRIGUEZ Pedro Rodriguez is a freelance photographer, graphic designer and on-line marketing & social medias master from Madrid (Spain). He specializes in fashion, glamour and nude photography as his main profession. He has been published in more than a 100 websites, newspapers and magazine worldwide with over 50 covers. He has also shot numerous advertising campaigns in Spain. He is also a frequent speaker at numerous workshops and máster class of online marketing. He’s currently director of photography and charge of expansión in Europe of a Latín American Model publishing Group. His models say that he has a great intuition and a strong sense composition. His philosophy is all about being the imagination, quality, sensuality and of course, respect for others, the viewer of your pics and the people he works with. Given the advances in photography and prost-processing that occur daily in the digital era, he tries to be in constant evolution in looks and concepts. He is inspired by the photography of Helmut Newton, Steven Meisel and Mario Testino. Pedro considers himself fortunate to be working on what he really likes. He has a close group of friends, likes to surf and feel the breeze of the sea or the Mountain. EVA My name is Eva, but some may know me by Emanuela. I was born and raised in Prague, Czech Republic, but I’m now living in Paris since the past three years. I started posing for photographers a long time ago. At the beginning it was through agencies in Prague. Then I started arranging my shootings directly with photographers, both amateurs and professionals. My pictures are quite often visible in their portfolios. I enjoy posing and meeting new people. Moreover, this job gives me the opportunity to travel Europe. As to my hobbies, I am passionate about knitting and crocheting. I also like cooking some desserts. In winter I love skiing, but I still have not shot any set in the snow. Thank you VOLO for the opportunity to show my all natural pictures taken by Carnisch. CAR N I SCH Hi Guys & Gals my name is Carnisch. I’ve been creating images since I was a child; drawings, comics, illustrations. When I switched to photography my ambitious goal was the same: to create [WUM\PQVOLQ‫ٺ‬MZMV\NZWU_PI\PILJMMVITZMILaLWVM For a long time I have devoted myself to art/creative pictures where the main subject were the bodies and faces of beautiful models. My key feature was to mix the beauty of a model with a strong idea, provocative, funny or out of the ordinary. Only in recent years I became interested in landscapes, still-life and, obviously, glamour pictures. I like to take pictures of models outdoor in wonderful landscapes, especially at the sea with rocks. 4WVOPIQZ_Q\PZMLZMÆMK\QWV[_PQ\M[SQVÆM`]W][JWLaJZW_VMaM[[PQVQVOWV a nice uncommon face. That is Eva, one of my favourite models. Every time we shoot together, Eva allows me to take wonderful pictures. Every time we meet for a shooting, we spend a few hours talking about our lives, our projects and our hopes. Over the years we have become friends. Perhaps that is the secret of the beauty of our photos.

Hi VOLO fans, my name is Ella Karlsson and I am a country girl who is born and raised in the south of the land of vikings, Sweden. I am a typical farm girl that has found her way into the big city of Stockholm where I moved when I was 20 years old. RUZDI EKENHEIM Ruzdi Ekenheim is a semi-professional Photographer currently based out of San Fransisco. With a past as a Business Development Manager and having lived in Scandinavia, the Balkans, East-Africa as well as the Middle East, after a career with the Swedish Army he has now turned to photography, he has always had an eye for beauty as well. “Despite living in Sweden and having shot glamour for a _PQTMUaÅZ[\ZMITOTIUW]Z[PWW\QV;_MLMV_I[\WJM_Q\P Elna. A well known model which I had contacted to set up a shoot with. When setting up the shoot one thing that she came up with, was that I should be on time I thought that was funny since, well you know models and time. Anyhow, I packed the car and drove for 2 hours and waited, UQV]\M[IVLÅVITTa[PM[PW_ML]X1\ turned out that she had bought a new car! We went to the beach and had a fun an great shoot, talking about..cars! Sun was setting and we had a great shoot, 3 weeks we did another shoot! Great model and great fun as a person”

“Hello Volo readers, my nickname is Sideralebody, I am a 38 year old model from Martinique. It is quite by chance that I started doing nude modeling. I worked in the world of fashion and one day a photographer offered me to do a naked photo shoot. Surprisingly, I liked it and since then, I started to pose nude. Although I was a little shy and afraid at the beginning, today I have no fear to reveal myself. MARCUS

Marcus Armelle Kerine is one of the most gifted outdoor nude art/glamour photographers in the world today. Marcus is fascinated by the incredible beauty and sensuality of the female form and he captures it in his inimitable style, over and over again. About this shoot with Siderale, Marcus says

“Sideralebody contacted me 2 years ago for a nude photoshoot. She was about to stop her modeling career at that point.She was very open-minded and had already posed nude before, but she wanted something different, more in the wild tropical nature style. The photoshoot was divided in two parts, one with natural light, in the late afternoon and another at dawn, with speedlight. We made this photoshoot from scratch, with no special idea or settings at the beginning. She wanted something totally natural. She brought that sort of oil with that pleasant pearly texture which made her body shine at sunlight when she put it down on it. Then we made some shots with sand on her body. It was very funny and pleasant to work with her because she was always comfortable and she knew how to show it. It was supposed to be her last photoshoot... well ... few monthes later, she contacted me for another one we made at sunset at the edge of cliffs ”

MYLYNDA DEVEAUX MyLynda Deveaux was born and raised in Las Vegas Nevada. She started modeling as soon as she turned 18 and has been doing it as a hobby for the last four years. Mylynda loves glamour, impliednude and boudior type of shoots. This nude set in VOLO is her first and only fully nude set ever shot. She loves getting glammed up and hopes to go to cosmetology school in the future. She has a one year old so you can call her a young MILF if ;) like. She is incredibly passionate about modeling and she hopes that this set will open new doors for her in this world. We hope to see her in more magazine features in the future.

A tech entreprenuer with a penchant for art, Shankha is one of those few people who have been able to balance their logical and artistic sides in a delicate harmony. “I met Mylynda at Keith Selle’s house party - Thank you Keith. When I looked at her face, I knew immediately that I had to shoot her for VOLO. She has the face of a 70’s movie star with the cheekbones and chin which was treasured in that era. Shooting her was incredibly easy as she is a natural in front of the camera. We did this shoot on the day we landed in Vegas with no prep of pre-planning and Mylynda just accompanied us to the Cosmopolitan straight from Keith’s party for this shoot which took less than 2 hours from start to finish” WWW.SHANKHADREAMS.COM
