PLC* Workflow *Patient Loyalty Card

1. A Patient goes to hospital or clinic for treatment, at front-office desk the receptionist registers her on the portal & asks her to collect her PLC in 7 days. 2. After he consults the doctor & obtain the prescription, he goes to the pharmacy where his billing is done & automatically the data is synchronized with his electronic record online. 3. Within 7 days he collects his PLC from hospital or by post. 4. Now in future whenever he v isits any hospital that has UMBRELLA CARE Deployed, He only have to present his PLC on front-office, his old Medical History can be easily accessed by the doctor or hospital administration. 5. By having the complete access to patient’s Medical History, Now a doctor can provide better treatment.
