Responsibilities:  Tested VOIP Telephones that work on protocols such as SIP.  Responsible for Preparing Test reports, Test results after every test and regression test cycle. Involved in Review Installation, Release notes and User documentation.  Responsible for writing test cases and test plans for Avaya IP Phones. These test plans were written for functional, system and regression testing of these phones related to CTI, Remote ping, local apps(backup restore ,contacts, call log, call handling), configuration of the switch to different versions ,in testing the IP phones behavior with DHCP and DNS.  Involved in performance and conformance testing strategies, System level Functionality, Regression Testing.  Responsible for Installation, Maintenance and configuration of Lab equipments (DHCP, TFTP servers, Apache HTTP proxy server) and configuration and maintaining its Inventory.  Actively involved in interacting with the developers for bug fixing. Conducting Project Peer reviews and Brainstorming sessions to understand the testing requirements.
