Getting Started: Using Workday Reports Reports Workday Reports Workday offers many reports that allow you to summarize information that is contained in the program. The categories include Time Off, Pay, Academic Statistics Statistics and more. You can run a report on an as needed basis or you can schedule a report to run on a recurring basis, delivered to your Workday Notifications Notifications.. (You can find this in the upper right hand corner when you click on your name > Notifications)) Notifications
Adding the Report Worklet to your Workday Home Page From your Home page: 1. Click the Settings the Settings icon
in the upper right hand corner of the
Home page. The Configure Worklets page displays. 2. Click the Plus icon
to add the Report worklet.
3. Click the Prompt icon
and type in Report Report.. Press Enter Enter..
3. An alphabetical listing of all standard reports is displayed. 4. Scroll until you locate the report you want to run and click on it. 5. We will use the All Employee Time Off report report as our example.
4. A listing of matching options will display. Click on the Reports option to add the worklet. 5. Click OK OK > > Done. Done.
Using the Report Worklet-View Category 1. Click the Reports the Reports worklet. worklet. The Reports worklet displays with two sections. 2. Under View, Click on the More hyperlink.

that you want to include. You can add as many as you want.

This will only happen if if you schedule a report or it will will ask you if you want to be notified when the job is done.
Options Available for Working with Reports You can easily manipulate the information that displays in your selected report, including filtering the information and exporting the list to Excel. You can also choose to have the report exported as a .pdf so that you can print it out. If you want to export your report into Excel or as a .pdf, please make sure you are working in Workday through either Chrome or Firefox. Internet Explorer does not always interface well with these two processes.

Printing a Report 1. From within the report, click on the Print Print icon,
