Environmental Technology Protecting and nuturing nature for future generations through biotopes We are involved in surveys and technology research into protecting the natural environment, to help build a foundation for richer life for future generations. One of our key research themes is the biotope. We are involved in every phase of biotope activity, from planning and proposal to organism acquisition, analysis, design and construction.

Biotope Promotion Pollution-free air, water and soil. Safe homes. Sufficient food. For living organisms including human beings - these are essential things. Preserving an environment where all organisms can live as they are supposed to, in other words preserving sound ecological systems, is a key part of today's environmental problems. By creating biotopes, which provide the organisms scattered throughout our local region with a place where they can thrive over the long term, we are promoting sustained development of both the natural environment and human beings and working toward a mutually prosperous future.

What is Biotope A biotope is a place where the organisms of a region can live and thrive over the long term. Originally created in Germany, the word is a combination of the Greek words bios, for biology, and topos, meaning place.

Soil Remediation Technology Cleaning the soil to restore the natural environment. Seeing the wide earth, and thinking about the shape of the natural environment tomorrow. Through soil remediation technology, which includes soil and subsurface water surveys, research and treatment, we are committed to preserving the irreplaceable environment of the earth we live on.

Stripping Remediation Model - Onsite cleaning is possible - Contaminated subsurface water can be turned into fine mist droplets to promote volatilization - Effective cleansing of subsurface water - VOCs recovered with activated charcoal - Containerized type for simple erection and removal

Global Design Creating valued space based on global design. To provide high-quality, high value-added space in the Western style we have entered into agreements with designers active overseas. Based on our proven construction technology, capable of giving form to sensitivity, we are creating beautiful and comfortable spaces. Our designer network covers the east and west coasts of America and Hawaii, and is capable of meeting diverse requirements. We are introducing highgrade architectural design into Japan from overseas, evolving into a new and better Tsuchiya-gumi on the global scale.

Our Presentation with Affiliated Designers

Architectural Design Also referred to as exterior design, this defines the appearance of the structure. Materials may be procured in Japan or overseas, with consideration for total and maintenance costs.

IInterior i D Design i Interior decoration shapes entrances and interior decoration patterns of condominiums. Our proposal begins with a single presentation board, bringing together artists' conceptions of all the elements.

Lighting Design Lighting is designed in cooperation with out facilities group. It is a crucial element in living space but there are still too few lighting designers in Japan.

Landscape L d D Design i The landscape plays an important role in defining the appearance of the building. This is implemented jointly with biotope creation

Finishings, Furniturre, Equipment and art We can handle selection of the fittings, furniture, decorations, lighting and artwork needed to make the design stand out. Imports are possible through our overseas subsidiaries.
