CLEARWATER: On our part, the admitted facts are the following: number one ATTY. BLACK: Ok, we have similar stipulations, are these similar?

Date of birth March 12, 2012. We are not willing to stipulate. It is included in one of our issues. ATTY. BLACK: We are not willing to stipulate A because it is one of our issues. CLERK OF COURT: Issues ATTY. BLACK: kailangan mag-jive yung issues natin eh CLERK OF COURT: Ok so issues ATTY. BLACK: Issue nila whether or not decree of absolute nullity of marriage should be issued in lieu of the alleged psychological incapacity (mumbles) tayo ang issue natin whether or not the marriage should be declared null and void in lieu of the failure to perform essential marital obligations due to psychological incapacities. Legal right over the custody, sila naman sole custody. ATTY. CLEARWATER: Issues stipulated facts lang talaga ATTY. BLACK: We will not stipulate on that otherwise we won’t have any issues.
