It has started by selling the following products: oil, lubricants, and fuel as the primary product through retailing services. Encouraged to build another fuel station and investing on quality products with service oriented employees TRIPLE 10 SUN OIL GASOLINE STATION in Tacurong City, Province Province of Sultan Kudarat was established in 2010. The big impact in the expansion of business was evident in the succeeding volume purchases as seen in the increasing number of loyal customers and the increase in daily sales. In addition to the regulated retail prices, the discounted price scheme for volume purchases were also offered to customers. The strategy has given way to the increases in volume demand, to the increases in sales, and to the increasing numbers of loyal customers from 200 to 600 and still growing. With the increasing requirements of the product in the area and nearby locality, the company has acquired more fuel tanker trucks.

The present and major supplier of petroleum products for Triple 10 Sun Oil Gasoline Station and other company owned gasoline station is Sea Oil Philippines, Inc. Sea Oil has given the com company pany competitive price parallel to the volume of purchases per month.

In 2014, the volume disposal is 60,000.00 liters per month. Currently, there has been an increase from 60, 000.00 liters per month to 3,500,000 liters per month and still increasing. The growth has led the company to increase the goal from 3,500,000 liters per month to 20, 000,000 liters per month.

 At present, the 20, 000,000 liters per month target is achievable considering that there is a huge demand for fuel in the market. The only challenge is how to deliver the product to the customer efficiently and without delay.

There have have been some experiences which a affected ffected the quality of services to the customer, and also have an impact to the s sales ales of the company because of the delay from the supplier.

Thus, the co company mpany has taken into

consideration negotiating with other market supplier.

In the recent dialogues, the company is very optimistic that the new supplier will support the volume demand over and above the volume provided by SEA Oil Philippines, Inc. in order to meet the demand of the market without affecting the services.

Part 1- Company Background DADS Menu from the concept of fine dining brought a new trend of dining luxury in the City of Tacurong. DADS Menu Restaurant had services for coffee shop, and restaurant. The ambiance has given DADS Menu Restaurant, the vision of dining comfort for a memorable customer’s satisfaction and loyalty for family dining experience.  ALTE TECHNICAL INSTITUTE, INC was conceptualized to upgrade DADS Menu from customary family dining restaurant to a supplementary industry. DADS Menu Restaurant has four auxiliary industries which complemented the programs and services of TESDA, through its technical and vocational education and training in the field of cookery, food and beverages services, housekeeping, and bread pastry production respectively. These trainings have an industry partner in DADS Menu Restaurant, Julies Bakeshop and Alte Manpower and Placement Agency for those graduates who would seek domestic and overseas employment.  Alte Technical Institute, Inc. was born in November of 2015 after a series of consultation. A SEC Reg Registration istration was issued last January 18, 2016.
