With rreference eference to the above subjet, I Mr Mr.Shivaram .Shivaram S/o Ramegowda, doing doing business in the above firm, herein respectfully informing you that, I have subscribed to the Rs.50,00,000/- chit in the month of August 2016 at M/s Margadarsi chits (Kar) private ltd, No.1874, 1st floor, city point complex, B.M.road, Hassan for the period of 50 Months, i have paid all the installments regulary without fail, Last installment (50) November -2020 already finished. M/s Margadarsi chits, Hassan Branch, not yet paid Rs.50,00,000/- to me, even after i pay all installments. When i asked them for payment, they are giving unnessary reasons and iintentionally ntentionally they are frauding with me. Further, Mr.Chandrakumar, who is a freind of me is a member of two Rs.50,00,000/chits at M/s Margadarsi chit fund, Hassan. But unfartunately he has deceased on 24/02/2020 24/02 /2020 due to heart atack, atack, i and my other friend friendss are signed as a guaran guarantors tors to Mr.Chandrakumar. Hence the chit fund has issued a notice to me, when i went to enqury at Mar Margadarsi gadarsi Chits Hassan office, they told me that, they have with withhold hold the amount of Rs.5000,000/- because i am a surety to Mr.Chandrakumar. But their is no relationship with my Rs.50,00,000/- chit and surety with my freinds chits. But they have also filed execution petition against my properties which i have given at the time of surety to my chits. Now the matter is pending before the court, with this reasons they are not paying Rs.50,00,000/- to me which i have already paid in my chits. Cont.pg..2.
