TRANSFER AND WAIVER OF RIGHTS OVER PUBLIC MARKET STALL

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, FELIPE MADLANGBAYAN, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of Dalahican, Cavite City, hereinafter referred to as the GRANTOR; and

REYNALDO A. LOYOLA, of legal age, Filipino and a resident of 804 Romualdo St., Caridad, Cavite City, hereinafter referred to as the GRANTEE.

 WITNESSETH:

THAT the Grantor is the legitimate holder of a public stall at the Cavite City

Public Market having been granted the lease rights to Stall No. DGS-167, Dry Goods, Clothes and Textiles Section by virtue of the Mayor’s Permit the same is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

That by virtue of this document the Grantor, FELIPE MADLANGBAYAN is waiving and transferring all her rights and interest over the said public market REYNALDO stall in favor of the Grantee, A. LOYOLA.
