I was especially surprised at the following statistic:“ 10% of the top 500 revenue-earning companies have external blogs.” The main Internet site that currently provides our customers with product information is essential, but it is no longer the only Internet tool out there. Customers expect a higher level of service than ever before. An external blog however can present information in a different, more informal way.
