Chapter I THE PROBLEM AND REVIEW OF RELATED LITERATURE AND STUDIES Introduction All you see here are the contents of each section in the thesis study. Don’t change the status (lowercase, uppercase, bold, underline, italic), even styles (font name and size) of any text herein. All of these contents will be place in a given format with border and header (with ISU and CCIT logo). All the contents must be in double space (single space is intentionally done for contents maximization). Introduction contains introductory paragraph (1st paragraph) to the status of our society as far as technology is concerned. It states the involvement/importance of computer to our daily life.
