Because daddies are sitting @SSB’s to smartly distinguish between a genuine guy and a trying-to-be-smartass trying-to-be-smartass!! !! & please don’t be fucking inspired by any movie shit to join the forces…its like standing high on a pole of  Heroism-seeking emotions which falls like a busted ass!! JAI HIND!!

Want to join Indian Armed Forces as an officer? If yes then you will have to cross the barrier of SSB (Services Selection Board) Interviews!!! What, Why, How? It’s an easy to understand self-help guide to crack it if you almost have it in you!! Mind my word “Almost”!! It means that if they need you to score 30% marks (say!!) to pass you & you are scoring 29.5%!! If you fit in this bracket then this is the right helping material for you!! But if you think that you will mug up stuffs & try to crack it, I am sure you will not because DADDIES are sitting at SSBs to distinguish between genuine guys & trying-to-be-over smart asses!! Wish you all the best. Abhishek Pratap Singh

First of all, the SSB interviews consists a gamut of testing techniques to access a candidate’s personality*.

Here “Personality” implies the qualities of a candidate, his group dynamics. It should not be messed up with candidate’s ability of verbal English, his height & weight crap!!! Because verbal English can be taught in a couple of weeks but in order to turn you in a real gentleman ( if you are not!! For god’s sake!!) it will take you one more life!! •

While his/her stay at the SSBs, the candidate is accessed using three different techniques viz. Its same for all the three sister services viz. Army, Air force and Navy.

Education is like a tool that lends nation strength, progressive path and prosperity. In many developed countries basic education is provided free of costs to its entire citizen thus poverty doesn’t obstruct the path of education. Many developing nations are not having such provisions though and India is such an example. Lack of public infrastructure, scarcity of qualified teachers and lack of people’s will to send their kids are the main reasons of poor education index in India.  Nitin, Sameer and Vishal are young IAS officers. They have devised a scheme to promote free  basic education to all. PLAN A is for fund collection, inviting investors, providing pr oviding them subsidy for taxes under investment, promoting FDI in education sector. This is a story of the beautiful beaches of Goa. Every year many tourists from both India and abroad come to India to beat the heat of summers. Goa Government has done great work in maintaining the beaches except installing and incorporating security measures to ensure Tourist’s security. He immediately jumped into the waters and saved him. He told Vinod that he is a photographer and was trying to take close shots of Seahorse. He politely advised him to stay away from deep waters if he doesn’t know swimming. Later he made a study of security measures at Bahamas beaches and installed similar  security devices like automated infra red cameras monitored by staff on computers to find out if  anyone needs help in sea, installing TOLL FREE helpline, hiring life guards, hiring specialized dogs for rescuing people at all the Beaches in Goa. Every year we loose many a lives in road mishaps. Hurry, Improper driving, Not following traffic rules and poor quality of roads and its maintenance are few reasons for such incidents. People  blame authorities and authorities blame people for mismanagements but every one of us is equally involved to let such incidents happen. Varun, new district magistrate of Delhi is worried to see alarming rate of road accidents. He along with Highway officials devised a scheme to limit such incidents. Traffic lights were installed where there were no lights, speed estimator devices were installed at all leading and busy circuits of town, provision of heavy penalty were made to bound traffic rules preachers, Traffic corporals were provided with good bikes to catch hold of escaping  breachers and were warned not to accept any bribes from traffic rules breachers, made a scheme in which if an individual happens to breach traffic rules 3times in a month, his/her Driving License may be cancelled and his/her vehicle may be deposited in local police station. In addition to these measures, long term measures include making multilane roads in which different lanes are designated for different levels of speed and vehicle type. They outsourced the job of maintaining road lights and coloring crossing lanes to private contractors. Its 4 years over and Delhi of today is totally different from what it was 4 years back. Now its traffic speaks of good management and  jam-free and almost no accidents. Varun has barely relaxed; his transfer is due to Jammu which also has the same problem. Now he is up to solving Jammu’s traffic matters.

People’s level of participation is sports reveals the nation’s fitness index and their healthy way of  life and its good example is Germany. This is something many sports persons go through. Sports have been seen a classified field of studies in many developed countries because the leadership of  different countries understand the importance of sports in individual’s character building and nation’s existence in tournaments like Olympics, Commonwealth. Our India is somehow lacking in realizing the importance of sports in benefit of society because of which many sportspersons struggle to even secure a good job. Rathore is the youngest CM of Punjab and is quite disappointed to see good sportspersons struggling. He is quite impressed by Actor Ranbeer  Kapoor’s campaign of MARKS FOR SPORTS and wishes to implement it on ground level. He along with associated made a plan and started curriculum of sports in senior higher secondary level at all schools in state. Playing of at least two sports was made compulsory in school, for which young sports instructors in different disciplines were hired. At university level, degree level  programmes in specialized sports were initiated. Candidates passed out with such qualifications were given preference in job recruitment in Police, Punjab Home Guards, and Punjab Sports Authority and were given licenses to be professional instructors. What my parents think about me?

My parents think that I am thoughtful towards family because I always stand by my family in needy hours and tries my best to solve them. My dad will say that I am cooperative and considerate towards financial issues of family. My parents tell that I should my friend circle because they say that it affects my studies but I reason that I manage my time nicely both for friends and studies. My mom is a bit angry because I am having a relationship with a girl of other caste. Yes, it is true and I respect all castes and as a 21st century guy, I don’t believe in communal stuffs anymore.

What my friends think about me?

My friends will say that I am a cheerful person and they hardly see me in anxious mood for which they appreciate me. They say that I need to improve in studies, but I know that I am an average student and I know my intellectual level. I sometimes wonder why everyone is after 90% marks? My friends will say that I am miser when it comes to spending money, but I spend judiciously and have to manage my monthly budget out of my pocket money. They will say that I am trustworthy person. Female friends will appreciate my decency. Some friends always complain that I should refrain wearing formals everywhere and they say that it looks uncool, but for me it looks decent. Sometimes to keep their heart I wear casuals too. What you think about yourself?

I think that I am a responsible towards my family and quite cheerful. I like visiting new places and learning new languages ( in which I am not yet successful). I am average in studies. I am quite open to criticism and suggestions. I don’t mind if someone criticize me and I am quite open to suggestions. Company of beautiful female friends makes me nervous sometimes but after getting mixed up with them I feel free. What qualities you would like to improve in yourself?

I would like to overcome my shyness when it comes to female friends. My verbal English is quite poor and I am working on this. I am consistently improving my physical endurance so that I stand fit to join army as soon as I qualify SSB.
