CHAPTER EIGHT THE UNIVERSAL DIMENSIONS AND OUR SLEEPING STATE Throughout human history man has tried to find an answer to the biggest dilemma humanity has ever faced, namely, where are we going to go after this life? Out of uncertainty and fear, some people convert to religions in hope to find reassurance over their destiny once their biological clock will stop to tick. Some preachers seem to gather most of the attention whenever this topic is raised among the others. Death is a taboo and will always be. The promise of being lifted up to heaven or sunk down to hell has been impressed upon the gullible minds ever since religious establishments have vowed to keep anyone from undertaking the long individual spiritual journey. But the question arising whenever someone decides to go beyond what they've been taught to believe is: Is death really how they are selling it out to be? As follows, I will narrate how my wife saw my Grandpa a few hours before he died. We were in China and my Grandpa was being looked after in Italy. It was around 3am, my wife and I were sleeping, or at least that's what it seemed, but suddenly she got up the bed, walking towards the wall and whispered something in 127 Chinese that I could not understand. She then made a fast
motion, as if she was trying to hand grab something that was slipping away from off her hands. I was completely freaked out; I thought she was starting to become somnambulist. I got up the bed too, walked towards her and shook her by the shoulder, asking her to come back to consciousness. When she did, I asked her what in earth was wrong with her and the answer got was sort of scary. She said: “I saw a bright light next to the wall, but as I approached it I could see an old dark skinned man wearing a pajama, I asked him who he is but by the time he was about to answer, he fell on his back and disappeared, I was trying to get a hold of his arm…” I thought at first that she was having some kind of dream and I didn't even imagine what afterwards that turned out to be. The same morning, around 9:30 I went to my office, I was feeling extremely sleepy since I couldn’t manage to fall asleep again after what happened few hours prior, plus I was feeling worrying about my wife, whether she would do that again or just be once in a life time occurrence. I was sipping coffee in front of my laptop when I received a call from my brother. He was in tears as he announced me the death of our Grandpa. We were both very affectionate to him ever since we were kids, our parents were divorced and we've always seen him as wise and caring figure, someone who would do just about anything to make us happy. At the
age of 89 he begun to lose much of his lucidity as his biological clock was running out, therefore he has spent the last two years of his life in a clinic, waiting for the unavoidable, which came to take him away just a few hours 128 after my wife had that sort of vision. The next day, in Italy, my father was sitting at his studio reading a book. He unexplainably felt the urge to get up from the desk and rush outside. He sat down by the pool and begun to cry. When his wife rushed outside to check on him, he told her that he suddenly started to have memories about his father and the times he has been rude to him, and some kind of emptiness overwhelmed him deep inside, so consistently that he had to rush outside to be on his own, dealing with that gloomy and unexpected feeling. An hour later, he too received a call. It was one of the clinic's care takers who have been appointed to announce my father the bad news. Considering the fact that I was living in China, the time lapse between both countries is 8 to 7 hours behind; the first hours of the morning in China occur when in Italy is night time. My wife's vision took place when she was in a bordering sleep state, around 2AM or 3. This makes me assume that my Grandpa’s Soul, as it was prior to leave his physical body for good, came
to visit all of his loved ones before finally passing away. My father had a tears burst without knowing any reason, my wife saw him and few hours later he died. I firmly dismiss the possibility of this episode being a mere coincidence, even the world's most skeptical person could tell, of course, unless they will object it by using the same old "it's not scientifically proven" card. Why would my wife have a vision of an old man wearing a pajama who then suddenly falls down? I assume that his physical body was trying to retract its Soul back; perhaps it was a contraction from the physical body causing it 129 to fall. He wasn't dead yet but on a rather bordering state. There could be many reasons for that, but the physics of death are yet unknown, however this episode has given me enough evidence to believe the feasibility of the existence of a life after physical death. This wouldn't be the first instance in which my wife, as she undergoes an alterated state of consciousness prior to sleep has episodes of this nature. Her sensitivity could have been caused due to an accident that she had in her teenage years, in which she injured her head by falling off a stair. I have heard some theories on how the brain's pineal gland is the doorway to the other side, but personally I never had any experience with that, neither I ever studied this subject thoroughly. However, I wouldn't
deny the possibility of a dormant gland being awaken as a result of a head injury as it may very well alter the cerebral system, but again those are only speculations and I wouldn't want to type about something that I have not personally experienced. What I did acknowledge though is the frequency by which those episodes occur at night, either during a bordering sleep state or deep sleep. A Lawyer who was a close friend of my father, died in 1994 at the age of 65. One day, I was taking an after lunch nap, sat at my desk with the chair slightly bent back and legs on the desk. I don't know whether this only applies to me, but I find dreams occurring right after lunch time to be far more vivid and logical than those I have throughout the course of the night. Unfortunately the dream I had while taking that nap wasn't any lucid, furthermore, it wasn't a dream at all. I was sitting down at a cinema, but the monitor was blank, nothing 130 was being played and the lights were on. Next to me, this lawyer was sitting down, smiling at me as he asked:"Do you like this movie?” I replied: "Which movie? Nothing is on...". Right after that brief exchange of words, I was beginning to realize that something wasn't quite right, but I could not really think of anything odd, after all I was just sitting in a cinema next to a deceased person interacting with me, what
could be possibly unusual about that? I will use some sarcasm onto myself because, had I asked him instead: "Didn't you pass away over 13 years ago?", mostly likely I would have gained lucidity over that strange episode and the conversation with this long lost friend would have mount up to something very interesting. The question arising as soon as I woke up was whether that was actually a dream, or it could have been something else. The clarity of his voice and each detail of his face were so real and vivid, I could even smell that same cologne he used to wear, he used to be one of those individuals who just used too much cologne. There is something about this episode that I find rather peculiar: It often happens while dreaming to see unknown people, very clear faces, voices and attitudes but we are almost certain not to have met such people before. I often wonder who those people exactly are and how do they get to be inside of my dream. Could they be etheric doubles of passed away folks? Sounds feasible to me. After I had that sort of dream about the lawyer, I had few more dreams of that same nature in which I could see some 131 people sitting or standing next to me and I could feel the
exact sensations that I felt when I was having the dream featuring that lawyer, except that I never really met any of those, at least not here in this plane of existence. Usually my dreams are mostly based on daily life occurrences in which I would see things related to my ego or past events and anything that I am familiar with, whereas, those kinds of episodes are totally unrelated to this current reality and plus I don’t see anything distorted in them, everything seems to be in order and following a logic but it's just unknown. I never experienced those (what I used to regard as dreams) episodes featuring unknown people anywhere near places that I’m familiar with. Could this phenomenon be caused by a shift of consciousness which occurs whenever the conscious mind awakens either in the spirit and the soul, or perhaps it awakens right inside subconscious? After several different dreams I could theorize as follows: There are three kinds of experiences we undergo while sleeping, namely: DREAMS The phenomenon of dreaming occurs whenever the conscious and rational mind awakens not in the physical body but rather in the midst of what the subconscious is processing. The subconscious mind never sleeps, if it did, our bodily
132 functions would stop along with it. Considering the fact that the subconscious is the storage house of all our memories, thoughts and feelings, some of which are related to past events, we can see how if we were to see through it visually, it would be similar to watch a distorted movie only made of various scenes all mashed up together without following logic. However, since most of what is happening in the subconscious is directly linked to the conscious mind, whenever those shifts occur, we find ourselves in a Dream. Upon waking up, when we think about a dream that we had regardless of how confusing it may have been, still we could recognize situations and events related to our physical reality, even if distorted and illogical. Just to quote a most common example of how a dream appears, I would find myself at home watching television or surfing the internet, all of a sudden the walls of my house begin to change color and a dog appears in front of me barking, as I turn back I can no longer see the walls of my house but instead there's a castle. I wake up just when I am about to step through the castle's gate. This would be a typical dream to me. I would see my house, which is a familiar place to me, then all sort of odd things begin to happen, without following a logic. The settings of the environment in which our dreams take place is never
clear but rather blurry and confusing as colors and shapes may change, making it hard to remember exactly what has taken place. In a dream state I am able to feel most of my bodily sensations just as in real life and as well I could feel emotions which are directly akin to my own Ego. A dream is in fact, a 133 phenomenon entirely related to the Ego and the objective mind. Repressed memories and issues about our personalities are sometimes processed by the subconscious mind in form of symbolic images, like in the above instance, a barking dog or a castle. People that we see in dreams often are symbolic figures as well and their look is never too clear, some may even look eerie. During the course of a dream you are also likely to see people that you already and see every day but you don't get to see them in quite a clear manner, there is something always distorted about them. Those nightmares in which we are being chased by something are usually repressed fears arising while our subconscious is processing some of your stored deepest concerns and worries. None of those instances take place throughout the second phenomenon of the sleeping state, namely: SPIRITUAL SIGHT GLIMPSES
This kind of phenomenon happens whenever the conscious awareness of the rational waking mind opens an eye through the Spirit, or what is also known as Higher Self. Our Spirits dwell in many different places at once and they are embodied in different parallel dimensions throughout the Universe. There are parallel versions of ourselves of which we don't know anything about besides having in common the same 134 Spirit. This is the only part of us which never dies and it's the exact replica of our primordial self, by which I mean the way we were before we grew an ego. The spirit is not to be confused with the Soul; the former differs from the latter due to its capability of breaking the time and space boundaries. We, as humans are just units filled and embodied by our Spirits. Whenever the conscious awareness of the rational mind awakens in the Spirit, we might see realities and worlds that are unknown to us. What we can experience whenever this phenomenon occurs, is never seen in first person by our own eyes as if we are the ones to experience it, but it's more similar to sneak a peek at something that's going on through the eyes of another person. This means that don't have any awareness of you per se. It could be defined as watching a movie that isn't broadcasted through television but through the eyes of an actor.
What you would usually see when this peculiar episode is taking place, is just a series of events, such as strangers talking to each other, street views of cities that look nothing like those in our planet and kind of buildings that we have never seen before, not even in sci-fi movies. They are totally unconceivable realities. The nature of this phenomenon is nowhere akin to that of a dream, we are in fact dealing with parallel realities and dimensions and whenever the objective mind is able to get a glimpse of them, we are scrying from the eyes of different parallel selves throughout different dimensions and this is due to the unison of the Spirit, which is ours but dwells throughout the infinity of the Universe. We can differentiate this sort of experience from a dream by 135 taking these factors in consideration: 1 Being just partly aware of what is going on 2 Lack of coherence. 3 Unfamiliarity with any of the visual situations. I found out the veracity of this phenomenon during one of those episodes in which I was in (what I firstly thought) a dream. I was experiencing scenes of various kinds, such as people talking to each other and crowded roads, but not the kind of traffic that you would see in any big city in this planet; those were crowded with people and tall vehicles of triangle
shape, going slower than those people walking. The buildings were all made of a marble like material and they had no windows. There was nothing of an electric nature around buildings or above them; everything was lightened by some sort of neon light whose alimentation was nowhere to be found. Suddenly I found myself, or at least I thought to be myself, right into another scene. This time I was getting the feeling of a mirror coming closer. Was the mirror getting closer or perhaps it was me walking towards it? I couldn't feel myself walking, it was as though I entered into somebody's mind as he or she was walking towards it. As the mirror was getting closer, it turned out not to be a mirror at all but it was some sort of stone that shone so much to deliver the impression of being a mirror. What was being reflected by that stone was a man dressed in a black vest who had my same facial features. 136 Those flashes of alternate realities often occur to just everyone, the trick is to document each and every kind of "strange dreams" whenever you are able to remember them so that you can thoroughly analyze whether they are dreams or other sorts of experiences. The third occurrence which takes place during my sleeping state is:
SOUL’S TRAVELLING AWARENESS This phenomenon varies from the previous two due to its closer relation to the Ego, but not its totality which is mostly influenced by the rational mind. The Soul can be considered as the etheric double of the physical body, consequently, it has a consciousness on its own and full capability to think and act upon both dimensions. Whenever we fall asleep, the Soul hovers above the physical body as it detaches from it and wanders away in space and time. Whenever the conscious awareness of our rational mind opens an eye through the soul, we can then experience all the things that are unreachable within the boundaries of a physical body. An Out Of Body experience often occurs when the Soul detaches from the body while our conscious awareness is not yet asleep enabling it to experience the whole process. Gaining full awareness once the soul has already left the body is commonly known as “lucid dreaming”. When we find 137 ourselves partially conscious through the course of this occurrence, we are able to see and hear the voices of various Souls of both living and deceased folks, especially those who once were dear to us. It often happens that the Soul of a deceased person calls forth the Soul of a living loved one for the sake of giving them closure, reunion and guidance. The
Soul knows exactly what is taking place at any given moment; however, the conscious and rational mind does not and this results as a confused dream featuring a dead person just upon waking up, for the little we can usually remember. There is often a tendency to discard such experience as a strange dream without any relevance. Our sleeping state is the only medium available to Souls of the deceased to come in direct contact with us and communicate. Throughout the course of our sleeping state we usually we usually go through those tree experiences, sometimes they even happen simultaneously, making it almost impossible for us to remember and even the little bits of them which rendered available to our conscious memory, are often distorted, confused and mashed up together, giving us the assurance that it was just a dream, when in actuality we have experienced episodes of a completely unrelated nature. Sometimes, upon waking up I used to feel drained of energy and weak. I couldn’t figure out a reason why after a good nine hours of sleep I could possibly feel drowsy. I posed myself this question several times before I could come up with a most feasible explanation: The Soul of a living person absorbs a big amount of energy from the body in which it resides because it's bind to it. Whatever the Soul undertakes it will 138
unavoidably drain a certain amount of energy from its physical counterpart. If this should ever happen to you, waking up feeling weak and drained, try to remember exactly what have you experienced while you were "dreaming" and after that, analyze each and every aspect of it in order to acknowledge whether that was a Dream, a Soul Travel or a Spirit Sight glimpse. The mere act of documenting each episode goes to warn the subconscious mind to give you a wider range of clarity as it occurs. The more you document, the more frequent those episodes will be clearly remembered. After some time of practice, you will eventually master lucidity over any sort of psychic experience. Once my conscious awareness woke up in my Soul as I was staring at my passed away grandma, the one I couldn’t meet since she died a year before I was born. This episode was taking place in a living room in which she was sat down on a couch in front of me. The living room was very similar to that one where she and my grandpa used to live. Later I've come to realize that it was indeed the same place but as it was almost 33 years ago, before it was sold. My Grandma wasn’t talking, she just staring at me and the look in her eyes was somehow that of a loving relative who was staring at someone that she never had the chance to spend some time
together with as a child, but now he’s a grown up. She was wearing the same clothes that she wore in a picture nailed on a wall in my father’s bedroom. Although I haven’t met her in life, still I could sense as though I wasn't meeting her for the first time at all. The setting of this episode was very similar to 139 the one I had when I saw that lawyer. Both instances had in common those following similarities: 1 A complete sense of isolation and clarity. 2 No distortions, everything in order just as physical reality would be. 3 Being positively stared at by the gaze of a person who has passed away. 4 Feeling the presence of the encountered person as real and tangible as in the physical reality. In neither of those instances I was able to have a meaningful conversation, but after thorough evaluation, I grew the belief that passed away people are seeking to interact with us and their only means of communication is through our sleeping state, when our soul is partly free from the boundaries of our physical bodies. The departed person will then call forth our souls, which in turn will comply by going wherever the departed person wishes to meet. Those places in which they meet us can either exist in the physical plane or not. They are
able to set up an environment solely created by their will, just for the purpose of meeting us. When my soul was called to meet that of my departed Grandma, the living room in which I found myself, even though it was clearly her house, still, it was furnished in a different way than it appeared till a few years prior to when it got sold. The outlook of that living room was the same as it was during the last period of her life, which was 1977. Souls have intelligence of their own but not of the name nature as the one they had here in the physical 140 world. When we pass away our Soul is free from the physical body and the burdens it carried, therefore, the mind of the Soul is always enlightened and oriented towards love and wellbeing, whereas in the physical plane we are influenced by our constant hang-ups and repressed emotions. Even Souls of the worst criminals and wrong doers go back to the original essence (I’m sorry to break this to hell believers) which is free of hatred and those bad behaviors grown throughout the course of their physical lives. After some of those episodes featuring passed away people, I completely assured myself over the existence of an afterlife taking place in this same Universal dimension, at least for a certain amount of time. After that, the Soul might take different forms in different planes throughout the Infinity of
the Universe. I cannot assume that this is the only dimension in which we all come back. There is no telling as to how long a Soul stays in this dimension but I believe that after some 50 or more years it will be called back by the Spirit as it will pick another physical existence for it to inhabit. I can recall several other instances in which my conscious awareness awoke while my Soul was performing tasks and I can remember the same three common factors in all of them. Apparently when we sleep, our Soul has chores to do such as interacting with Souls of the departed folks. Whenever my eye of consciousness opened through the Soul, I have seen different kinds of people and not only those who once belonged to my family. Some of them were talking to me, but I could hardly understand what they meant, except for one instance in which I could recognize one person whom I have 141 never met before in life but during one of those occurrences. This Soul’s peek was taking place in a public garden as a young woman was standing in front of me, she was quite good looking, though she did not have that kind of look women have nowadays. Her hairstyle and the clothes she wore reminded me of the early 80’s fashion. Just as all the other episodes, the atmosphere was quiet and my whole attention was fixed upon the gaze of her eyes. I could only
make out a phrase that she said, that was “you don’t live here, do you?” I couldn’t possibly know what she meant as I have never seen such park and I wouldn’t know in which place it could have been, plus I never met this person before. I thought I would never see her again and upon waking up I completely forgot about that episode, at least until a couple of weeks after it occurred. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was headed to my house in the mountains to spend the weekend. My father’s hometown is along the way, just 30 miles from destination. Our Grandma is buried in that town’s municipal cemetery. I decided to stop there to visit her thumb stone bringing some flowers. As I was walking around the cemetery, I froze when I passed by a tomb stone upon which a picture was attached. I could have sworn it was the same woman I saw during that episode as she returned to my memory after two weeks that I forgot seeing her. Although the picture wasn’t colored, still I could recognize each and every facial feature. The year of her death was 1981 at the age of 36. I wasn’t sure yet about the feasibility of such occurrence, it could have been just an illusion or a coincidence, but the way that woman was 142 dressed and her hairstyle were exactly those in trend during those years in which she died.
Once the visit was over, I hit the road again towards the mountains with that constant thought in my mind. As I stopped in front of red light crossroad, I turned my head on the left side and I have noticed a small park, more similar to a sitting area which was very similar, if not the exactly that one in which my Soul has been called forth by that woman. Once again, there has been a place decided by the Soul of a deceased person which they have created to meet mine. Apparently, in order to make them recognizable, through manipulating of the ether they will mold and exact replica of a scenario mostly familiar them; this explains the reason why I saw my Grandma in her living room, the lawyer in the cinema and that woman in the park. Thought I didn’t know that woman and neither what have caused her death at such a young age, I can just assume that somehow the park had something to do with her physical existence, perhaps she died in there or it was a place in which she used to meet with her friends. It is not possible however to figure out much of what they try to tell us and this miscommunication is mainly caused by our willingness to understand it from the rational mind level. Even though the visual side is clear enough for us to see, still their uttered words are confusing and don’t seem to follow a logic. This is a side of the mind that I never believed we could possibly have. Those episodes happen to
just everyone throughout the course of their sleep but most of people tend to regard them as irrelevant dreams, not worthy of thorough studies when there's a lot more to them. 143 With a little bit of effort given to the examination of each and every sleep occurrence, you will definitely become able to discriminate a dream from a psychic episode. Those experiences with séances of passed away people taught me that our loved ones are looking after us and we can reach out to them at any given moment. The way in which we are able to call them forth, is different than their ways to reach us. Since we cannot control our sleeping state (unless trained to do so) we necessarily have to do our part of the job from the conscious side of the objective mind. All is needed is the Universal Language, the verbal language and very strong emotions. The following instance occurred to me not too long ago. During a time in which I regrettably had to fly away from my wife and daughter, leaving them in China for a few months as I went back to Italy. I suddenly lost contact with them for more than a week. I was trying to call my wife but her cell phone was always off, I also tried to reach her via email with no better luck. I was starting to get a bit paranoid after 4 days of missing communication. Being on the other side of the
world, not knowing the whereabouts of my wife and baby was an obsessive thought and I could hardly sleep at night. The 7th day as I was just prior to sleep, I was looking at an old family pictures album until I stumbled upon a photo of my Grandpa and me, when I was only five years old. I was looking at that photograph quite intensively while that tormenting thought about my family was still bothering me. Suddenly, I could sense a sort of presence in my room, as though something was in my vicinity but not in a very clear and 144 tangible way, I could just sense it. You know that sensation that you feel like being stared from behind? I was in a complete gloomy mood and prior to a tear burst but soon enough a rather unusual idea popped up to my mind. It suggested that I should try to reach out to the Soul of my Grandpa asking him for assistance. That presence I was feeling around me was nothing that I could have possibly figured out, but I talked myself into assuming that it could have been my Grandpa. Then, as my Heart/Loving Emotional Center had most of the energy flow, I begun to utter out loud the following prayer: Dear Grandpa, I know the you are looking after me from the other side of this dimension and I know you are feeling what I am feeling right now, it is nothing good and it’s tormenting me.
I rely in your abilities of a discarnate Soul to help me with a task that's impossible to accomplish from the limitations of my physical body. Please find Lisa and act upon her thoughts, leading her into giving me a call or any signal that will put my mind to ease, knowing that she and Amanda are Ok. Thanks. Soon after that prayer was over, I could feel a sense of relief, as if I got rid of a heavy burden that was crushing my shoulder, also I could no longer feel that presence around me, at least not as stronger as I felt it just prior to that prayer. Being now in a relaxed state of mind, I wasn’t even feeling that much worried anymore. I just switched off the lights and dropped off to sleep, for the surprise I received the next morning was worth all the gifts I could have ever received. 145 My home phone rang as I was having breakfast and surprisingly it was my wife’s younger sister, calling me to let me know that my wife and daughter have moved for some days to another province, where her older sister lives. Since her cell phone broke down and over there they have no internet connection, Lisa asked her to pass me the phone number where I could reach her. As I hung up the phone I was feeling like crying, but it would have not been those kind of tears of sadness that I was feeling the night before, but
rather tears of gratitude. There was no doubt as to who actually helped me there. Another astounding instance occurred with a friend of mine who was feeling extremely depressed due to his girlfriend's intention of breaking up with him. He just had no idea of what to do in order to convince her to stay together. He saw his situation as hopeless since she didn’t even want to talk to him on the phone and neither would she reply to his text messages. One day, we went out for a drink. He explained to me his problem very thoroughly and I advised him to try that very same thing which worked for me, namely, to reach out in prayer to any of his deceased loved ones, asking them to visit this girl for the sake of acting upon her Emotional Centers to soften her heart and to find within herself some room for understanding and forgiveness. He could not believe that I was serious and he asked me several times how such thing could possibly work. I explained to him that I do not really know the mechanism of it; I just know that as it has worked out for me, it must work out for him as well. Once I convinced him to give it a try, I gave him some basic guidelines on how should this practice 146 be performed in order to get good results. This friend did follow those guidelines as he evoked the spirit of his passed away father. Two days after that, he received an email from
his soon-to-be ex girlfriend, in which she wrote about admitting of been too hard on him, plus her willingness to meet and talk face to face. He was shocked and could hardly believe that it worked, but knowing that the same thing worked out for me, he rested assured that it was no coincidence but clearly the work of the Soul to whom which he reached out for help. There were several other instances in which I felt down for some reason or confused as to how I should move on and every time I asked for guidance to those Souls that I have known in life, I gained help and guidance. There is enough evidence for me to believe that Souls have an intelligence of their own and due to the unconditional love they held towards us throughout their lifetimes, some sort of strong boundary keeps them around us just like guardian angels, or as I prefer to call them "Soul Guides". I have experienced very little success while letting my prayers out, blindly to an unknown divine force of which I have no evidence or proof of its existence. Many times I've tried to reach out to this God that I have been hearing so much about since the day I was born, but then I realized that unless a prayer is addressed to an entity which has intelligence, the odds for our prayer to be answered are very few. A prayer itself is a thought-form that hovers in the midst of Universal ether. It is similar to writing a letter and posting it; your letter
needs to have a receiver's address written on. If you tried to send a letter without a receivers address, obviously it will 147 reach no destination and it is likely to be returned to you. Long time ago I decided to stop living in the delusion of being in the hands of God, as well to blame everything bad that happened to me on his "mighty plan". Nothing makes you powerless over any aspect of my life because you are your own unit of this infinite Universe, a microcosm within the Cosmo and this gives you the power of attorney upon anything related to your own life. Let's face it, the only evidence that we ever had about a God’s plan and miracles are just those reported in the Bible and sacred books of other religions. In my opinion it takes a huge amount of faith and self-suggestion to get deep into such beliefs. I had personal experiences with Souls and their capabilities, therefore I suggest even the skeptics not to dismiss any of those possibility more than they would dismiss preposterous theories suggesting that all catastrophes and tragedies that took place throughout human history were brought about by the negative thinking of the victims just prior to those tragedies, attracting them upon themselves. The Souls of deceased people do not need help from us, like one of my favorite movies of all times suggests, neither carry along
worn out subconscious patterns like anger and grief along with them. They have already transcended all the burdens of the physical plane, making them pure as they were before they grew an ego. All they are now is a Soul and the chance to be closely together with their loved ones they have left here. They do not need any help from us simply because they have the power to be anywhere in the same time, plus they are made of a subtle etheric energy which is able to act upon the 148 Emotional Centers of living people, advising them through ideas and feelings. What the Souls of the deceased long for is to guide us throughout the course of our lives, leading us towards better outcomes and see that we'll be always safe and sound. It often happens when people feel endangered, that they can somehow sense some tingling pressure in the Solar Plexus area. That is usually the very bodily spot linked to subtle telepathy and whenever your Soul Guides foresee danger, they make themselves felt in your Solar Plexus, giving you that strange hunch not to go to a certain place at a certain time. Their guidance is also delivered by means of intuition. We can reach out to Souls anytime, providing that our intentions are good and not aimed at hurting anyone. We cannot ask Souls to do our bidding out of revenge and bad feelings, that’s the Universal Justice’s job which never fails.
We can ask Souls to help us in situations such as: -Healing someone from mental and physical issues -Aiding us while we are facing challenges -Asking for guidance and insight over tricky situations -Soften the heart of someone cynical -Showing you a blessing in disguise Those and several other things that are rendered unreachable by the limitations of our physical bodies. It often happens that Souls come to visit us whenever we feel depressed and prior to cry. They have the strongest power of empathy and they cannot stand by seeing us suffer. At the end of a strong tear burst, there is usually a sense of acceptance and relief along 149 with some positive thought leading us towards a solution. That's the Souls way of wiping tears from our faces. We don’t need to cry ourselves to exhaustion in order to evoke the presence of a Soul around us, all we have to do is calling them forth through a simple ritual: Get a photograph of a departed person; it would be better if it was someone close to you such a grandparent or anyone who held an unconditional love towards you. Be aware of the energy flow in your Heart related Emotional Center and then focus all of your attention right on the spot for a while. Just like the Head center opens up for invocation
purposes, the Heart Center opens up for Evocations (which means calling forth from the outside). As you gaze at the photograph begin to him or her just as if they were present, standing right next to you. After a while you might begin to sense a presence around you that you won’t tangibly, but some of your Emotional Centers will enhance this feeling of not being alone. Just follow the energy flow and you will know when the time is right. As soon as you get the slightest impression of a presence being next to you, do not rush and get down to your request, but spend some time having a heart to Soul conversation, after all, you have evoked someone who cared for you during their life time and still they are with you. Begin to talk to the photograph that you’re holding, knowing that whatever you say will be heard and understood. Give them thanks for their presence and the fact that they look after you at all times. Once you feel enough acquainted with this new type of approach, you can then begin to express the problem you are facing and ask them to 150 guide you towards a solution, either consciously or unconsciously. You might as well ask them to give you some inspiration while you sleep. It is quite known that often the solutions to problems can be found in a dream or just upon awakening (see Intuitive Oracle chapter). If it’s a sentimental
problem the one you are facing, ask them to mellow out the person who’s causing you to feel sad, to touch their Emotional Centers or to create positive and loving thought-forms in their minds, leading them towards you with an opened heart. At the end of this evocation, give thanks to the Soul and let them know that you rely on them, believing and knowing that they warmly care for you. You will be amazed of the results you will get by using this alternative way of praying but there is one thing to keep in mind: Guide Souls have to fill the holes along your way so that you won't fall in them. They can see situations ahead of time according to the course of actions that you have decided to undertake. If what you asked doesn't come to pass, you can think of it as a hole being filled for your own good since falling down those holes can be dangerous and without enough inner strength there may not be a getting up again. I will remind you that it is not wise to reach out to Souls for selfish ends and to hurt the others. First of all it won’t work as you expect and secondly, even though they still will be with you without forsaking, you will set in motion the protecting Souls of those that you are trying to hurt, whom in order to keep you from hurting them, they will stop you by means of invoking a sense of forgiveness inside of you, eventually leading you to make peace with your enemies. Souls never act
151 moved by revenge or anger, they only know how to bring peace and protection either to their loved ones and also other people unrelated to them before they died. Whenever you are righteous and living your life fully immerged in the consciousness of your Positive Self, there is no way that you will ever be left alone, not by the people in this physical world and neither by the Souls of the departed. This next and last chapter will explain what I mean by this Positive Self.
