In angularcom posltlon we willuse triangles,verticalIines and horizontalIinesto replace circularcomposition.Theangularcompositionneverreturnsbackon itself. Angularcomposition isused to replacethe sm00theye movementofthecirclewith the shock orruggedness ofangulareye movem ent.

In this exam ple,w e can see triangular com position at work. A lm ost everything in the picture is composed atan angle which leadsto the pointoffocus.

In this exam ple of verticalcom position, the strength of vertical form s m oving upward m ust be balanced by horizontalIines.This is because the verticaline is thestrongestIine in any picture. Vertical composition is generally used to draw and paintfigures.
