I believe it to be a report on legitimate scientific research, but I’m not a doctor, and don’t personally know what the physical effects of practicing the methods discussed here, might have. Consult with a physician before you do anything mentioned in this book. What is a male multiple orgasm? The concept of multi-orgasms have been with us for some time now - at least for the female gender. Not every woman is multi-orgasmic of course, and unfortunately, some women don't even experience orgasm at all, let alone multi-orgasms. Yet the subject of female multi-orgasm is fairly common knowledge, and books on how women can become more orgasmic are getting more accessible all the time. Far more obscure is the subject of male multiorgasm. In fact, until recently I personally had never even considered such a thing. But now, it is this writer's great delight & surprise to find that male multi-orgasms are not only possible, but that almost any man can achieve them simply by following a stepby-step “exercise” program. Most men who want to become better lovers focus on the woman's body, rather than their own. They try to figure out all kinds of ways to give sexual pleasure
based on the female psychology, or anatomy - via Gspots, etc. But a woman will derive the greatest sexual pleasure from having a man who has mastered his own body, and can make love to her all night long if he wants to (& she wants to). Any man can be such a great lover if he will realize this power is within himself, and he is willing to practice and apply it. One time-proven method to achieve such lovemaking prowess is by practicing tantra-tantric sex, but recently, sex research has come up with another way, that doesn’t involve as much time or commitment as tantra-tantric sex training (although it can also be used in conjunction with tantric sex practices). When a man becomes multi-orgasmic via developing physical control over the muscles involved in orgasm, it can be one of the greatest things that ever happened to him. He can not only enjoy more orgasms, possibly better orgasms, but he can also enjoy lovemaking more. Gone will be any anxiety of premature ejaculation. A whole new selfconfidence will set in. And his lover will likely have more orgasms & more enjoyment also. So it isn't just good news to him, it is good news to his lover. Very good news. Imagine the possibilities! Those women who have never experienced orgasms while having intercourse, may now experience the dawning of a whole new sex life with their multi-orgasmic male partners! And singleorgasmic women may begin to experience multiorgasm also. And those who are already good lovers, can cross the bridge towards becoming great lovers. I am just a writer who has undergone this amazing training program, and my intent in writing this
book is to give you an idea of how it works. This book will give you a fairly detailed report on the procedure. But as I said earlier, I am not an M.D. or sex specialist, so don't take any part of this book as medical advice, and check with your doctor before starting the program. While this book gives you the "nitty gritty" of how this program works and the "how to" most men will need to become multi-orgasmic, it is very basic, and omits psychological details and exercises that may be important to your relationship, and the subtleties of achieving multiple orgasm. For complete information on this subject, I strongly recommend the excellent book "How to Make Love All Night (and Drive a Woman Wild)" by Barbara Keesling, Ph.D.
The Necessary MALE ANATOMY The male sex muscle - While the penis is not a muscle, there is one that plays a vital role in male sexual functioning. It's called the pubococcygeus muscle, or PC muscle for short. The PC is actually a group of muscles that run between the tailbone & the pubic bone. These muscles are responsible for contracting during orgasm, ejaculating the semen through & from the penis. They are also used to stop the flow of urine. Thus men are already familiar with them, and they are easy to find & isolate. Why find & isolate them? Because an exercise program for the PC muscle is the key to male multiple orgasms, and better orgasms in general. The PC is generally out of shape, compared to its “buff” potential with the proper exercise. As with the body in general, exercise can make anyone stronger, healthier, and feel better overall. It doesn't matter how young or old someone is - anyone can whip their PC into shape - and there isn't any other muscle in your body that will give so much pleasure once it's in shape! The Urethra - The Urethra is the tube that runs through the penis. The hole in the end of the penis is the opening of the urethra that urine and semen come out of. This tube runs all the way from the bladder, then through the prostate gland, and on to the penis.
The Prostate Gland - The prostate surrounds the urethra, near the base of the penis. It can often be felt by reaching a finger through the anus, and rubbing upward about an inch & a half inside the rectum. It is a source for semen.
THE MALE ORGASM To better understand how the male multiple orgasm works, let's start with grasping the ordinary "one shot" garden variety male ejaculation. The male ejaculation is actually a two-part process. During the first stage, muscles near the prostate gland begin to spasm, and semen moves through ducts to the base of the penis, where it collects in the urethral bulb. During the second stage, the PC muscle kicks in - it spasms and pumps the semen up through the urethra and out of the penis. You could look at these two stages of ejaculation as separate and distinct actions - like loading a gun (1), then firing it (2). Why does it matter that this is a 2-stage process? Because once a man develops a strong PC muscle, and learns to control it, he will be able to intervene between stage one & stage two. This will allow him to experience orgasm without ejaculation, and thus give him the ability to experience orgasm again & again without down time. The entire 2-stage ejaculation takes about 2 seconds. Most men are only aware of the second stage. But men can learn to feel both stages, and feel them independently from each other. A common method for a man to develop a feel for both stages, is to stop thrusting when he is about to have an orgasm, and just "allow it occur" all by itself. This often makes time seem to stretch out, and the process of "loading the gun" and "firing the gun" becomes more clear as separate steps.
What is a MALE MULTIPLE ORGASM? What exactly is meant by male multi-orgasm? I’ll start by saying it doesn't mean repeated ejaculation. Some men, especially teenagers, can have repeated ejaculations, but most adult men cannot. And in most cases when a man can have more than one ejaculation in a “session”, there is “down time” between sessions. The following techniques have been developed so men can have more than one orgasm with no "down time" in between - many orgasms, one after another, without ejaculating, and without losing an erection. Full sensation male orgasms – the ONLY difference being, nothing comes out of the penis, and the erection remains. Now, instead of thinking of baseball in order to try and hold off having an orgasm before his lover does, a man can go ahead and have an orgasm, retain his erection, and save his ejaculation until he and his lover want to stop! Remember, we aren't talking about "shortchanging" the male orgasm experience. The nonejaculation orgasm is a full orgasm. The mind experiences an orgasm as usual, including the feeling of "release", and the body experiences the physical attributes of orgasm, including spasms. In fact, many
men find that these orgasms are far better than their old "regular" orgasms. The multi orgasmic experiences of each male are different. Some experience a fast series of orgasms all in a row, some spread out, some are able to have partial or complete ejaculations without down time. Each man discovers their own unique variation. In Dr. Keesling's book, she mentions that she has trained over 100 men to be multiorgasmic, and that she has NEVER seen a motivated man that was unable to become multi-orgasmic! All a man needs is a little discipline to follow simple easy exercises, and he can change his life, and his lover's life. The training can be accomplished alone, or with a lover's assistance. It also allows "with lover" training to be mixed with "without lover" training - just as long as each training step is taken.
The Multiple Orgasm Exercise Program LOCATING THE PC MUSCLE The first thing someone needs to do before they can begin the training program is to locate their PC muscle. Once they identify & isolate it from the other muscles in the area, they are able to control the flexing of the PC specifically, and then exercise it. Locating the PC muscle is easy. It has nothing to do with an erection, and finding it doesn't require one. Remember earlier I mentioned that it is the muscle that stops the flow of urine? All a man needs to do to find the PC, is to feel the area behind the testicles with a couple of fingers. While pressing on this area, he can simply "squeeze" the muscle he usually does when he stops urinating. The muscle can then be felt to harden somewhat. He may also notice the penis and testicles move a bit. It is important that men make sure they are not also tensing their stomach or thigh muscles when they tense the PC. They should try it a "few times, and get a feeling for isolating just the PC muscle when they are tensing it.
THE FIRST EXERCISE The road to a rock hard PC and multiple orgasms starts with a 3 week-training program. Here's the routine: The trainee flexes and holds the PC flexed, for one or two seconds, 20 times in a
row. These 20 "reps" must be done three times a day for 3 weeks. That's it! While he's doing this, the trainee remains relaxed and breathes normally. Trainees are advised to do the exercises without having to feel the muscle with the fingers if possible, but to go ahead and use their fingers on them if they feel they need to. But a "feel" for it is supposed to be developed as soon as possible, because when someone actually uses their PC flexing control during sex, it needs to be “second nature”. Consistency is important here, and fortunately, these exercises can be done anywhere, anytime, at work, or driving, etc, so it’s easy to keep up on. Finally, they recommend that a man should NOT DO MORE THAN THE RECOMMENDED NUMBER OF REPS.
THE NEXT STEP After completion of the 3 weeks, the trainee is ready for the next step - 15-second gradual squeezes. The normal routine of 20 reps 3 times a day is continued, and the new squeezes are added. They now do 10 of these 15-second squeezes each day. This is how it's done: The trainee gradually tightens the PC (over a 5 second time span); holds it for 5 seconds; then gradually relaxes the PC over a 5 second interval. He might not be able to do 10 of these a day right away.
THE FIRST MULTIPLE ORGASM – THE FINAL SECRETS Once the PC muscle is well developed and trained, a man has the physical qualifications for
multiple orgasms, but there are a few psychological considerations also. There are several ways to get to your first multiple orgasms. I will describe the "short cut" that works for many men. Remember this method does not work for every man - so if you're trying it and it doesn't work for you, that doesn't mean there is something wrong with you! For other methods I again strongly suggest picking up Dr. Keesling's book, or some other detailed book on the subject, or even going to a qualified sex therapist for training. Before someone "goes for it" (shoots for their first multiple orgasm), they should spend some time playing with using the PC muscle to reduce their arousal level during intercourse or masturbation. Squeezing the PC "slows you down". Just as if a person was driving a car towards a red light, it is better to slow down before you get there or you might just slide right into the intersection even though you've slammed on the brakes. Similarly, you don't want to be going "full speed ahead" into an orgasm, and then try to stop it. You want to be able to slow down some first, and come slowly upon your orgasm – the idea being that it’s then easy to control it. There are several ways to squeeze the PC to lower arousal level - short fast squeezes, long squeezes or combinations. Remember that the man can do both the arousal practice, and have multiple orgasms, by masturbation. But for men who are going to do arousal level practice with a lover, or have multiple orgasm intercourse with their lover, there is a specific position that most sex therapists have found is important to use - at least until you get good at it.
The ideal position favored by therapists for this training, is very much like the missionary position, with a few variables. The woman is supposed to lay on her back, knees up, legs spread, with a pillow or two under her buttocks & lower back. The man is supposed to be between her legs and on his knees, with his knees supporting most of his weight rather than his hands or arms. The man should keep his center of gravity in the hips and thrust in & out of the woman by moving his pelvis, and try to keep the body's muscles loose & relaxed. Well, here it is. The big climax you’ve been waiting for! The trainee begins intercourse or masturbation as usual. But every so often, he lets his arousal level fall off, then builds again to a higher level than before, then lets it fall off, then builds it again to an even higher level, etc., etc. When he gets to the point of no return and feels he is about to have an orgasm no matter what, he keeps having intercourse (or manipulating himself if masturbating) while doing the following all at the same time: 1. Opening the eyes (important); 2. Tensing the PC muscle as hard as possible for 10 seconds; 3. Taking a deep breath. That's it! After this first orgasm, he rests a few seconds, then continues gentle thrusting. After recovering a bit he may return to vigorous movement again. During the first times a trainee does this, when he is ready to have another orgasm, he goes ahead and has an ejaculation. Men practice this two orgasm method until
they get to where they can easily control it, and then they can begin to have more.
COMMON EARLY STAGE EFFECTS When using the above technique, it is common to have some strange experiences before actually experiencing the first full and satisfying non-ejaculatory multiple orgasm. A man may feel like he "missed out" on his orgasm. Or a partial orgasm may occur that isn't very satisfying. Apparently, these experiences are normal, and part of "getting the technique down". They are often a necessary part of the training. Most men experience one of these things at least once, so men should not get discouraged if something like this occurs. Enjoy!
