9: but anythin that’s above 7/,/// 9SP units or they may be usin ;CC units in vitamins !ould you o for% Tony: I !ould use the store bouht stuff even thouh they are synthetics there is enouh credible evidence to validate their use# I’m a bi believer in usin niacinamide, >A, choline and >7, those are the top . > vitamins I push on people because especially the niacinamide  because everyone’s ot an$iety issues, sleep disorders, stress issues and >+ seems to resolve a lot of stuff# >7, people are al!ays tired and !orn out and e$hausted so I ive them >7 and >Afor strenth and endurance, sometimes I’ll combine it !ith rhodiola, that’s the herb of choice that I o !ith# Some people are havin problems !ith their memory and they can’t focus and aain choline, folic acid, >A?, these are thins that !ork !ith the brain and acetyl, >A, >+, they all are there for the brain but aain nobody’s ettin it because it’s not bein manipulated in the colon like it’s supposed to because you’ve ot layers, literal layers ro!in in the colon !hich are blockin the ducts in the colon that allo!s you to absorb your  nutrients so !hat’s happened is you’ve ot this plaster from the rains and the soy that’s causin this issue and !hat happens is the bacteria that’s supposed to be there to convert it has no! become a neative bacteria ' the !ron one ' instead of convertin these thins and

!orkin !ith your body to assimilate and to utilise it’s no! causin the opposite effect, causin it to be self destructive and broken do!n so as a result you’re not ettin these thins so those are the ones I’ve iven, those are the ones I’ve seen profound effects# &ll of a sudden mental clarity starts to come back, an$iety issues drop, they can !ithstand the stresses of life they have to deal !ith, also they’ve ot stamina from the >A# People !ith diabetic neuropathy I ive them 6S6 !ith >A and serrapeptase and !ithin A/ days they can feel their  finers and their toes aain you kno!, I et them off the rains, suars and soy and all of a sudden they’re back and they can !alk aain and have strenth in their les and so they have merit# 9ntil somethin better comes alon !hich I haven’t seen yet and until !e really start lookin at t!o cars have a lot of issues today and it’s not because !e’re eatin this or that or !hat not, veans believe they’ve ot the ans!er, back in A4/. meat eaters outlived veans by AA years and from A4/. to A4@/ all of a sudden veans outlived meat eaters, !hat happened  bet!een A4/. and A4@/ ' somethin chaned in the meat, not the meat itself ' !hat happened !as that the rasses that the co!s !ere eatin !ere no loner bein fed to the co!s they started feedin them rains !hich caused the bioloy of the co! to chane, then they started slauhterin the co!s and takin the dead carcasses of the co!s and feedin them  back to the co!s and then they banned that and then they took the carcasses of the co!s and fed them to the pis and the chickens and took the !aste material from the pis and the chickens and fed that to the co!s !hich !as perfectly ok# 8o! !hat they’ve done in vitamins for the moment, let’s say somebody buys some store bouht > vitamins and it says the dose should be one, if they !ant to et the effects you’re talkin about do you think one’s enouh% Tony:  8o# It depends on the situation, ho! are you livin and ho! many dollars a day### I  put 4/ days in so I’m takin appro$imately ? ' + rams of niacinamide a day, ? ' + rams of  >A but if I follo!ed the bottle’s instructions I’m only supposed to take one 7/m tablet per day, I’ll but that in an hour so it all depends on ho! you’re livin, !hat you’re doin for a livin, I use my brain a lot so I’m constantly usin neurotrophics, I’m usin choline and >A or rosemary and sae you kno! I’m usin all kinds of stuff to keep my brain oin and keep it active# I’m eatin tonnes of saturated fat from different sources and I’m usin lots of cheeses for the bacterial and the mineral and protein content so it !ould depend on !hat

you’re doin# The labels on the bottle are a suested dose that’s all they are, they can’t  prescribe anythin to you because then they !ould be considered or construed as a dru -in the 9S& and Canada it !ould be any!ay0, so they can only suest that you take 7/ m or A// m for a daily dietary use# 8o!, if you’re usin it accordin to orthomolecular uses then you’re oin to use the re1uired 1uantity that you need to sustain !hatever you’re oin to sustain or until you balance off your body, that’s orthomolecular !orks so these are (ust uidelines for most people but !hen you’re lookin at the bottle that says one a day !ell that is not a dru it’s a food, do you eat one meal a day% Ho! much meat are you eatin a day, ho! much fish are you eatin a day, ho! many es or cheese are you eatin a day, ho! much fruit and veetables are you eatin a day I mean are you eatin the daily minimum dose of food% If you follo! the RD& uidelines !hich are obsolete and archaic and completely stupid you’d be malnourished so you have to look at !hat you’re doin, !hat you’re treatin, !hat are you sustainin and supportin and you base it on that# Clive: &nd you !ere mentionin vitamin C as one of the important ones, I believe it is too, I try to take about A/ rams of vitamin C a day and !hen I started doin that I did notice improvements in my eyesiht and a number of factors and havin read the orthomolecular medicine people ' particularly the !ork that ;rederick :lenner !as doin in the A4./’s and A47/’s curin polio and every sinle infectious disease it’s really criminal that people aren’t a!are of the po!er of vitamin C particularly in very hih doses# Tony: Well I aree !ith you, I !as (ust !atchin a video today ' it !as a >ritish doctor and I didn’t et the name ' this uy !as a enius" He’s tellin that if you look at the eyes and you look at the heart the eyes are completely connected so !hatever’s oin on in the eyes is oin on in the heart and if you’re usin vitamin C your visual !ill come back and the heart !ill clear up on its o!n# %%%% said the same thin, :lenner said the same thin, they’re all sayin the same thin and they’re sayin they don’t need to o throuh all these E*rays, the cholesterol, the uy’s sayin you can’t even e$amine cholesterol in E*rays and yet they’re causin over @// cancers a year by E*rayin people for cholesterol issues so it’s ludicrous today !hat !e’re puttin up !ith" Clive: It is amain, particularly !ith cholesterol because &braham Hoffer, one of your Canadian counterparts did a clinical trial sho!in that niacin !as a cure for cholesterol# Tony: =ou can eat all the cholesterol you !ant to and it !ill not kill you# I eat more cholesterol in one day than probably some people eat in a year and I don’t care if the cholesterol oes to the moon, it !ill not kill me" The problem !ith cholesterol is suar, they found that !hat caused the cholesterol issue !as rains, !hen you eat a rain ' any rain ' I don’t care if it’s oranic !hatever, !hen you eat a rain that suar reacts !ith your body and !hat cholesterol is doin is protectin you from the ravaes and the damaes of the rain, that’s !hat it’s doin, it becomes stick and it pero$idises# So !hat stops that from happenin% 6ore cholesterol" =ou can use thins like rosemary, it stops that from happenin because it has a component in it e1uivalent to >HT !hich is an anti*o$idant and keeps the fats from periodisin# =ou can use sae in teas or put it on your fats and it stops it from happenin, usin vitamin C and lysine also clears up any build up that may have

occurred from the suar damae that the cholesterol is reactin !ith# 8iacin is !hat !as used for the liver if there !as a liver build up but the reason !hy there’s a build up in the liver is because you’ve a deficiency in lipates, you’re not producin lipates, there’s not enouh lipates in the fat because people are eatin plastic today ' mararine# They’re not ettin enouh >7 !hich converts the cholesterol to hormones and enery, they’re not  producin enouh B*cartinine !hich utilises the fats aain for enery and they’re not  producin enouh bile in the liver so this is the reason !hy you’re havin these problems  because you’re eatin mararine instead of the saturated fats that you should be eatin# I’m a  bi fan of eatin saturated fats because it protects us from viral infections thouh I don’t have a problem !ith people havin hih cholesterol, as a matter of fact if it’s not above ?./ you’re open and prone for viral infections so I don’t see a problem !ith cholesterol# Clive: 5ood" &nd I aree completely !ith everythin you said# I like to eat unpasteurised dairy, I think it’s one of the reat (oys in life# The ne$t thin that you mentioned !as iodine and I too think Buol’s Iodine is the !ay for!ard, most of the people like Dr >ro!nstein and Dr Derry and 6ark Sircus seem to put for!ard the idea that A?#7 m a day is a normal dose  but perhaps up to 7/ m if there’s a thyroid issue to be dealt !ith# Ho! do you feel on that% Tony: entonite clay and all that stuff is ok but it makes that look like candy, I have to tell you that !hen you combine it !ith the vitamin C your lutathione levels (ump off the chart, it protects the liver, pulls stuff out, I felt that stuff clean me over to my pancreas that’s ho! effective it !as I mean this thin !as (ust amain# The first thin you notice !hen it starts to !ork is your (oints in the !rists and knees and hips it feels like there’s a rela$ation oin on so any calcium deposits that miht be accumulatin in these areas they bind and start comin out# The thin about it thouh if you do use it you must on a daily basis restore the mineral content and the probiotic content because it takes no prisoners, everythin if it’s there it’s oin and it’s a ood thin that you keep puttin the healthy  bacteria back in the colon and the mineral content back in the system so that !hen it’s pullin out all the bad bacteria and the metals you’re puttin in the ood minerals and the ood  bacteria back in the system# 8othin comes close, nothin" Clive: &nd it also has the !onderful advantae that if earlier you have spilt your iodine a solution of sodium thiosulphate completely neutralises it# I accidentally poured a !hole  bottle of iodine on a !hite carpet and ot it all out# Tony: &scorbic acid !ould have done the same thin# =es that’s the dra!back about this thin it pulls everythin out so it !ill pull iodine out of your body as !ell !hich is !hy you need to restore it, you have to put the minerals back in# Clive: &nd you !ere sayin earlier about a teaspoonful of sodium thiosulphate, about 7 rams a day### Tony: 7 rams and 7 rams of vitamin C, mi$ it !ith about + ounces of !arm !ater, drink it do!n, it’ll taste like crap, there’s no maskin it, it tastes terrible but chase it !ith another F ounces of !ater# If you feel any inclination of any kind or disturbance startin to happen in the lo!er nether reions immediately o to the bathroom, put a load of toilet paper in the loo, spark it and let it o# I mean it !ill come out like a volcano any!ay but this !ill keep the  backsplash from comin back up but it !ill come out of you unbelievably and you !ill see stuff come out### you’ll scratch your head and say, GHo! lon’s that been there% because you  (ust !on’t believe !hat’s comin out of you# Clive: I’ve had people !ho’ve claimed !hat’s ### !ell I !on’t o into the details but yes, strane and !onderful thins come out that you !ouldn’t have previously uessed !ere in there" So maybe the first time one does it one should do it on ones day off perhaps% Tony: . !eeks, if you really !ant a ood (ob on it then . !eeks# Clive: Do you take it !ith meals or#### Tony:  8o, do it before bed# The other beautiful thin about this stuff is !hen you’re doin it you !ill not feel hunry, you’ll eat a meal and I !ill tell you to reduce the portion sies of

your meal because you !ill not be able to finish it, the reason bein is you’re no! oin to be absorbin !hat you’re eatin in a more efficient !ay, you’re not oin to feel the need to eat# I !as oin like A? ' A7 hour aps bet!een meals, I’m still that !ay today, I eat maybe every A? hours or somethin like that and I (ust don’t feel the need to eat all the time and I don’t eat any rains, I do cheat on the suar part a little bit sometimes, I use honey and maple syrup and once in a blue moon I’ll eat a iner thin that has some suar in it but enerally speakin I don’t feel hunry# I eat my fruit, meat, saturated fat, cheese, I make my ice cream !ith sour cream and yohurt because I make my o!n but that’s all probiotic stuff, I’m even addin fat to that or 6CT oil to it and honey and fruit, cinnamon po!der, sometimes I’ll open up a capsule or t!o of CoA/ and some mananese and inc to reulate the insulin so I’m eatin this stuff and !hatever suar is in there doesn’t o all over the place# I make my o!n fatty, protein type meals and 1uite frankly I do not huner, !hen I need to eat I eat but it’s not like I’ve ot to snack and bine all day lon, I’m fine, I maintain my body !eiht, I’m  bet!een A2/ ' A27 lbs !hich is about @7 ' 2/ kilos and I put in a A4 hour day so there you o# Clive: =ou can also use sodium thiosulphate alon !ith a number of other important inredients in a bath to deto$, !ould you like to e$pand on that% Tony: ;or morellons !hat I suest is usin + and lycine, lycine also helps pull heavy metals out of the brain, usin sea salt ' that !ill also
