Important information
8.2.428 Speed up ETL Intraday and reduce server load by removing the permissions step ETL Intraday is now much faster since the permissions step has been removed from it. Report permissions will now be updated during Nightly only. If needed, an extra Permissions step may be added on a separate schedule. This will greatly reduce the load on the database server and improve system performance in general.
8.2.428 New upgrade path from very old versions You must first upgrade to 7.2 or later before you apply Teleopti WFM version 8 or later.
8.2.423 Windows XP support ended due to upgraded .NET Framework Windows XP is no longer supported. The main resource planner client can no longer be run on a Win XP machine. The reason for this is an upgrade to .NET Framework 4.5.1. Please note that all users of the resource planner main client must now have .NET 4.5.1 installed.
8.2.423 Simplified access to standard reports Standard reports have been integrated into the new web solution. This means that Single Sign On (for Windows, Google or...) and password policy will work. This makes standard reports easier to access with increased security. Please note that the preview of reports is no longer available. You can instead export reports to Word, Excel or PDF directly.

8.3.437 \Outbound

Outbound Manager The Teleopti WFM Outbound Manager (optional) takes outbound planning in Teleopti WFM to another level. Use inputs such as Right Party Connect Rate (RPCR) and Connect Rate to plan for outbound campaigns in any chosen date range. Using graphical elements a resource manager can get an overview of all campaigns, and delve deeper into individual campaigns. The status of campaigns is easily viewed and required actions can be quickly taken to ensure, remove or add resources. The Teleopti WFM Outbound Manager is provided via a modern browser-based user interface, and is fully compatible with the other parts of Teleopti WFM solution.

8.3.436 New Property on CancelAbsenceCommandDto On build 37857 a new optional property, AbsenceId, has been introduced to the CancelAbsenceCommandDto to make it possible to remove all person absences belong to the specific absence type.
8.3.435 New Property on PersonDto On build 37316 a new property, FirstDayOfWeek, has been introduced to the PersonDto to make it possible to set first day of a working week for a person.
