3D Design, 2D Design I am designing Electrical harness in Catia V5 Electrical Harness Design and Assembly, I've designed KSK's right handed and left handed, cockpit, doors, trunks, seats harness, introducing modifications in Catia. I also use VOBES (Volkswagen Bordnetz Entwicklungssystem) Process which is the harnesses development system (or process) from Volkswagen. Designing routing for electrical harnesses, introducing modifications, files synchronizing Automotive Wire harnesses are main communication environment in cars. All signals are transported with wires from modules and electrical components to other modules or electrical components also and help people to interact with these components. Project: Wire harnesses for AUDI B9 (New AUDI A4) Responsibility: Electrical Design Engineer Work done: Designing routing for electrical harnesses using Catia V5 Electrical Module.  Introducing modifications in Catia.  Making routing suggestions.  Making suggestion to modify car components to allow make room for the wire harness Synchronising the electrical part of the harness that is designed in LCable (VDT), with the routing designed in Catia V5. Visit the factory to see finals products. Help other colleagues with their projects such as MAN (Wires for trucks).

In March 2013 I was support for the KSK in AUDI D5 (Audi A8) project and AU716 (Audi Q7) project for Autarkic. In October 2012 I’ve made the specifically training for AUDI in Ingolstadt also two weeks.
