I have have an anal alyz yzed ed th the e tra tracc an and d foun found d th that at th the e GSM9 GSM900 00 ce cell ll was was congested
So inially I have changed the general parameters to improve the KPI. Parameter change info as below, CRO from 2 to 8 (GSM 900 cells) RxMin from 8 to 6 (DCS 1800 cells) Trigger Layer (Pre 3 post 3) no change Lower the value of PBGT thresholds for outgoing handovers for faster handovers to neighboring G900 cells. Values can be set as following or even lower INTERCELLHYST INTERCELL HYST to 56 & PBGTMARGIN to 56 Restrict PBGT handovers to source cell by increasing the PBGT margin of the corresponding G900 neighbors as follows. Value changed to 76 is equal to 12 dB. Aer all these change the KPI is as follows, 2021-6-3

The impr prov ovem emen entt wa wass go good od bu butt s sll ll co cong nges eso on n no re remo move ved d The im completely and there is sll scope of further optmizaon So I again did the analysis and now I found that the actual issue is that there is no TCH HR trac on Gkamboince_b1
I checked the parameters and found that the TCHAJFLAG was set to No. Then I changed it to Yes and TCH HR traffic started as usual and also the congestion removed completely.
