COURSE TITLE:

P.E. 1 (Physical Fitness)

COURSE DESCRIPTION:

This course is designed to expose the students in many fitness activities. Through this variety of fitness skills, one ill !e more knoledgea!le as to process of continued fitness throughout throughout one"s lifetime. The course is also intended to introduce the students to the method of procedure for teaching fitness, nutritional health, and general ellness principles. #tudents ill complete as assessment measuring aero!ics fitness, strength, flexi!ility and nutrition.
