This course is designed to expose the students in many fitness activities. Through this variety of fitness skills, one ill !e more knoledgea!le as to process of continued fitness throughout throughout one"s lifetime. The course is also intended to introduce the students to the method of procedure for teaching fitness, nutritional health, and general ellness principles. #tudents ill complete as assessment measuring aero!ics fitness, strength, flexi!ility and nutrition.
