TELLABS, INC., NAPERVILLE, IL 2000 – 2003 Logistics Manager Directed the daily performance activities of the North America Customer Service Logistics Department. Established a Service Center to handle the Distribution of test equipment, PC's, documentation, Tellabs products, and all other material required for Field Service Engineers, maintained material tracking and inventory program. Established relationships and negotiated contracts with North American freight companies for out-bound and in-bound shipping of this equipment.
