Use Isolation Plate and Assistant Plate to make sure the position of installation holes.

Mark the points of the holes and drill holes at the marked points .

Use the Coach Bolt and Isolation Washer to fix the Base Connector and Isolation Plate.

Use the level bar and adjusting pads to adjust the Isolation Plate levelness.

Remove the prtection covers from the power input wiring terminal block. And make OT terminal of power cables

Insert the cord end terminal of the -48V DC power cable into the port labeled -48V.And insert the cord end erminal of the GND cable into the port labeled GND.

Add the cord end terminal to the other end of the -48V DC power cable , Add the cord end terminal to the other end of the GND power cable.

4

Connect the cord end terminal of the -48V DC power cable to the negative output MCB & chord end of the GND power cable to the positive output copper bar of the DC power distribution equipment.

Route the PGND cable from BTS to indoor's grounding bar. Then fix it on the ground in order to make it look well. Cut the proper length of the PGND cable according to the distance between Cabinetand indoor Grounding Bar. Then make the OT terminals of PGND cable,and

Route the PGND cable from cabinet to outdoor's grounding bar. Then fix it on the ground in order to make it look well. Cut the proper length of the PGND cable according to the distance between Cabinetand outdoor Grounding Bar. Then make the OT terminals of PGND cable,and wrap them in insulating adhesive tape. Insert cable's yellow green on to ananconda conduit to protect cable outdoor. Conduit covering cable from entering BTS cabinet until entering Rectifier cabinet/selther windows. Connect the PGND cable to the cabinet's grounding bar and outdoor grouding bar.

Using solid wrench to tighten 1/2 inch jumper connectors to 7/8 inch feeder connectors

For other side connect 1/2 inch jumper to RFU board.

Be carefully when bend the RF jumpers to avoid broken

Tighten the DIN connectors with spanner at the strength of 27N.m

The curve radius for Jumpers should satisfy:1/2 inch jumper(soft)>50mm, 1/2 inch jumper(common)>127mm

Procedure 1

Measure the resistance between each wiring post on the top of the cabinet and each ground wiring post to check whether there is a short circuit.

Setting all switches on the busbar to OFF and then turn on power input MCB on the power distriution cabinet.And test the imput voltage. The permitted voltage is between 40V and -60V.

Set the power switch of the FAN to ON, and check whether the fans run normally.

Set the power switch of the common subrack to ON, and check whether the RUN LED on the RFU-BBU etc run normally

The L-shaped label should be sticked on the signal cables. Both sides of the cable need to stick the labels.
