In connection with the above reference, please be informed that at about 10:10 pm of October 14, 2014, undersigned together with PO3 Ariel Go, PO3 Frankie Tenio, PO1 Aldrin Andaya and PO1 Jude Noriega conducted Oplan Bulabog along Pedro Gil corner Taft Avenue, Malate Manila which resulted to the rescue of street children loitering and wandering along the aforementioned streets. 3. Rescued minors when individually interviewed disclosed that minor Edward John Valdez, 10 years old residing at the sidewalk of Angle Linao Street Paco, Manila stole a cellphone from unknown victim and the said item was sold to one alias Patrick somewhere in Tramo, Pasay City. Elements immediately conducted a follow up operation, guided by EJ Valdez regarding the place where the stolen item was sold, after a brief negotiation, the loot was returned by unidentified minor. The undersigned exerted effort to establish the identity of real owner which later identified as one Rowena Labrador Zamora resident of 1573-C 7th Street, Main, Paco Manila, the latter personally appeared to this office and acquired the ownership of recovered stolen Samsung Cellphone.
