E (1) of R.A No. 10591 with Regional Trial Court Branch 16 and Office of the Clerk of Court Regional trial Court Zamboanga City; 2. To encash the check representing said Bail Bond/Cash Bond with the bank in the amount of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (P127, 500. 00) PESOS, Philippine currency; 3. To sign, process and facilitate documents pertaining to the above-mentioned transaction and any other legal documents that may be required; 4.
