STEPS INVOLVED TO RECTIFY INTERNET CONNECTION IN A SYSTEM TO PERFORM REMOTE ACCESS 1. Windows R Type “CMD” in Run Box, Hit OK button Ping 8.8.8.8

2. Windows R Type “inetcpl.cpl” in Run Box, Hit OK Button Select Advanced in Internet Properties

Click on RESET Again select RESET in Reset Internet Settings window Open the Internet Explorer and Try opening any web pages. Still it does not works for you follow third step.

3. Check for Time and Date in system. If time is not accurate just change time and date to the current one.

4. SAFE BOOT with NETWORKING. Windows R Type “msconfig” in Run Box, Hit OK button Select BOOT option In Boot Select 1. Safe Boot 2. Network As shown in below screen shot. And press OK.

Another way of SAFE BOOT with NETWORKING.   

Ask customer to shut down the system. Make sure when his system completely turns off. After that ask them to restart and Tap F8 continuously till you get a screen where you get many options out of that select SAFE BOOT with NETWORKING to Proceed further.

After this to perform “Create Account and switch user”

Windows R Type “control panel” in Run Box, Hit OK button In control panel select “ADD OR Remove User Accounts” in ”USER ACCOUNTS AND FAMILY SAFETY”



 You can see a screen as below and select “Create a new account”

After this you can see a page like this, just give New Account Name ”XYZ” ,select on Administrator.

 

Press ctrl+Alt+Del You can see a screen with various options, in that select “SWITCH USER”
