Description

SOP REHOMING NODE B OVER IP I.

Preparation 1. Make sure all data in re-homing design from Engineering team 2. Make sure channel team already update the new CGI in their system 3. Make sure transmission team already defined the IP and VID from rehoming design in router and MLTN side 4. Create and load IuB script in target RNC Parameter that will be changed in Iub Script: -

Iub link ID and Rbs ID

-

IpAccessHostPool naming  Based on RNC information (running command: get IpAccessHostPool in target RNC)

-

remoteCpIpAddress1 IP Iub

-

Iub userlabel

5. Doing health check all Node and RNC that will be re-homed 6. Make CV backup for all Node and RNC that will be re-homed 7. Backup old data in source RNC with simulation mode us+ rdel usu! 8. Define New CGI in MSS side

II.

Re-homing execution 2.1 In NodeB Side 1. Take out IpSyncRef from syncrefference

get 10 acl 10 acc 10 removeSyncRefResource  answer y select the LDN: IpSystem=1,IpAccessHostEt=1,IpSyncRef=1 and for the next process select LDN:IpSystem=1,IpAccessHostEt=1,IpSyncRef=2 2. Create File for undo script U+ 3. Lock IpSyncRef and IpAccessHostEt lst IpAccessHostEt  get the proxy number of MO bl 4. Delete IpSyncRef lst IpSyncRef  get the proxy number of MO del 5. Delete Iub link lpr iub  get the proxy number of MO related to Iub del  Delete the proxy number from bottom to up except for this MO SwManagement=1,Repertoire=RBS_AIUB 6. Delete SCTP lst sctp  get the proxy number of MO related to Iub del  delete the proxy number from up to bottom 7. Delete IpAccessHostEt lst IpAccessHostEt  get the proxy number of MO del 8. Delete Ip Interface for Iub get ipin  get the proxy number of MO

del  Make sure only delete ip interface for Iub (not for OAM) 9. Close file for undo script and convert to *.mo uu! 10.Edit the undo script Parameters that will be change: -

Default router for Ip Interfaces 1 (defaultRouter0)  change with VIP value in design Gateway Iub.

-

Vlan ID (vid Integer)

-

IpAccessHostEt (IP Address IuB)

-

Iub & rbsId

-

IpSyncRef 1 and IpSyncRef 2  get the data from target RNC •

get IpAccessHostEt

(in target RNC)  looking for IpAccessHost ET for Iub services (usually there are 2 in every subrack, slot 4 and slot 25, use slot 4 for IpSyncRef 1 and slot 25 for IpSyncRef 2)

Lk iublink (in target RNC) get IpAccessHostEt.

NB: - The value of nthreshold parameter must be less than mbuffer -

heartbeatInterval Integer 10

11.Load the undo edit script trun 12.Add IpSyncRef 1 and IpSyncRef 2 as SyncReference acl 10 acc 10 addSyncRefResource  answer y select the LDN: IpSystem=1,IpAccessHostEt=1,IpSyncRef=1, priority 1 and for the next process select LDN:IpSystem=1,IpAccessHostEt=1,IpSyncRef=2, priority 2

13.Add New Vlan ID in Vlan membership

14.Check the status for IpAccessHostEt and IpSyncRef lst IpAccessHostEt  The status must be enabled 15.Make a backup CV for new configuration cvms cvrbset 16.Restart Node B (if needed)

II.2 Moving Utrancell use RTR Tools (Refer to MOP using RTR Tools)

II.3 In RNC Side 1. Check Node B status in target RNC lk  The status must be enabled lst .  The status must be enabled 2. Delete Iub link and Utran cells data in old RNC

II.4 In MSS Side 1. Delete the old CGI and define the new one 2. Make sure the new CGI already define in all MSS if the RNC use MSS pool

III. Health Check Post Re-homing 1. Check channel resources and traffic in Node B side  Make sure radio resources can be occupied (get radio, st ch) 2. Check Iub link and Utran cell in RNC side  Make sure all MO related to Iub and Utran cell is enabled (lk ) 3. Check alarm in Node B and target RNC side  Make sure there is not alarm related re-homing process (alt) 4. Check new CGI in MSS side  Make sure all new CGI has been defined in MSS side
