As shown in the graph the ulizaon and the delivery varies on daily/weekily basis. The average orders delivered by a rider is 5 orders per hour with the average average delivery me of 13.5 minutes per Order. Order. The Delivery me varies with the number of orders per hour there is no specic trend shown in the graph but we can see a uctuang trend every day/week may be because of some external Factors for example Restaurants preparing Time, Nataural hazzards etc. Answer # 2

Ulazon rate per hour and delivery me are correlate because the earlier the rider delivers the order the faster he will get his new order hence increasing the ulizaon rate rate but these are also dependent on some external factors for example the distance between the restaurant and the delivery address, how frequently the rider receives the next order some technical issues etc. Answer # 3

The company should idenfy the factors that causing the uctuaon in the rate of the ulizaon and the delivery me. The team should take the measures to make sure the the rider gets frequent orders, riders don’t get long distance orders as it eects the delivery me, also train the rider to get maximum eciency while he is online.
