[Explanation ] ( SED1 SED1 Door app applic lic ation ) In case of the trouble of door thermal, under voltage, over voltage & current, TCD192 occurs.
1. Check the JN2 connector of DCD-231 PCB JN2-1(red), JN2-2(white), JN2-3(Green), JN2-4(black) 2. Check the voltage of JN2 connector 1) JN2-1 ⇔JN2-4: 15V±10% 2) in case the voltage is not 15V±10%, remove the JN2 connector and check the voltage on DCD-231 PCB. 3) If the voltage of 2) is 15V±10%, the R.E is detective. 4) But if the voltage of 2) is not 15V±10%, the DCD-231 PCB detective. 3. Check the phase voltage voltage between of JN2 connector 1)Check the phase JN2-4 and JN2-2(A phase) as turning a motor with manual. When the motor stops, if the voltage is 15V ±10% or 1V less is detected any one time in 10times trial, the phase A is normal. 2) Check the phase B as Phase A. 3) The Phase A & B is normal, the DCD-231 PCB is detective. 2. Check if the OLS and CLS are working normally.

1. Check the PJ1 connector of DCD-23X PCB. The voltage between PJ1-17 and PJ1-8 is AC 110V±20%. (normal) 2. Above 1 is normal : DCD-23X PCB is troubled 3. Above 1 is abnormal, check below items: 1) Main power voltage is within AC323V~AC418V. (normal) 2) 1) is normal : Control transformer is troubled.

[Explanation ]
Error detected and transmitted to operation CPU when the motor coil temperature is over 130℃.

2. In case that the door motor is real heat 1) Remove any obstacles to door open/close on car or landing sill. 2) Refer to the countermeasure 1), 2) of TCD 191. 3. In case that the door motor is not real heat. Check if between PJ2-4 and PJ2-5 pins are shortage after powerPCB. off and disconnecting PJ2 connector from DCD-23X 1) Shortage: DCD-23X PCB is troubled 2) Open: Motor is troubled.

[Countermeasures] 1. Check the below items (Motor side) after disconnecting PJ2 connector from DCD-23X PCB. 1) Check the isolation of between PJ2-1,2,3 pin and Earth. 2) Check resistance value between PJ2-1 and PJ-2 pin. Value for 50W Door Motor: 17.6Ω±10% Value for 80W Door Motor: 10Ω±10% 3) Check the resistance as above PJ2-1,3 and PJ-2,3 pin. 4) In case that the test result were not good, motor is troubled 2. If the result is normal, check below Items after power off. 1) Check the isolation of between PJ2-1,2,3 pin and Earth. 2) Check the isolation at PJ2-1,2 , PJ2-1,3 and PJ-2,3 pin. 3. Check shortage between DCD-23X & door box frame. 4. Replace DCD-23X PCB.

[Explanation ]
Whenever a DOC PCB or DCL PCB is replaced replaced in Korea, the security security system in CP request serviceman’s ID and approval number. If this requirement is not satisfied, the PCB protection program will not removed. So, its operation shall be locked.

Verify if the connector(SC) for LON communication is normally connected. 4. Verify if OPB ID is 1 (DIP 1 ‘ON’). 5. Verify if DCL-243 has a terminal resistor(DIP 8) set. 6. Measure the resistance between pins No. 1, 2 of SC connector. If it is is approximately approximately 10 OHM, normal. If there is no resistance, check for disconnection. disconnection. 7. Replace ROM(OS ROM) of DOC-120 & ROM Main LON. 8. Replace DCL-243. 9. Replace DOC-140.

Verify if the ID of DHG-16X at failed floor is set correctly. 4. Resistance between HA connector pin1-2 in DHG-16X at the failed floor must be 2 ±0.5Ω. If not so, the pulse transformer(PT1, position position in DHG-16X) in DHG-16X is a failure. 5. Check between pin 3-4 of HA connector in DHG-16X at the failed floor. if it is open circuit, replace DHG-16X.
