FOUNDATIONS FOR LIVING

Mansfield, OH

Director of Business Development (2011 to 2014): Led a team of community liaisons who market this 84-bed residential treatment facility to health care providers across the 88 counties of OH, to generate referrals for adolescents with emotional, mental health, and substance abuse issues. Cultivated relationships with juvenile courts, children’s service agencies, schools, counseling centers, and more. Responded to bid opportunities and contributed to the acceptance and denial process. Managed the marketing budget. 

Expanded Foundations for Living’s reach into 5 new counties in the state, gaining referral partners in locations where the agency previously did not have a presence. Instituted a referral development panel to compile clinical trends. One such trend indicated growth in adolescent human trafficking; Foundations for Living launched a treatment program for that issue. Engaged experts from across the facility in presentations to prospective referral sources, selecting a residential specialist to discuss the daily routine, or a clinical specialist to explain treatment programs.

OHIO DEPARTMENT OF YOUTH SERVICES
