Amoxycillin 500 มิลลิกรัม Amoxy-clavunate 875 Clindamycin 300 Azithromycin 250 Clarithromycin 400 มิลลิกรัม มิลลิกรัม มิลลิกรัม มิลลิกรัม Treatment of infections of ear,nose,throat , genitourinary tract , skin and skin structure , Lower respiratory tract ยับยั้งการสร้าง cell wall สามารถยับยั้งการสร้าง ของแบคทีเรียทาให้เกิดการ cell wall ได้เช่นเดียวกับ lysis ของเซลล์แบคทีเรีย amoxicillin แต่มี ออกฤทธิ์เป็น bacteriostatic โดยไปยับยั้งการเจริญของเชื้อแบคทีเรียโดยจับกับ antimicrobacterial ribosome ชนิด 50 subunit spectrum ที่กว้างกว่า

Safety

- Nausea, vomiting, diarrhea , pseudomembranous colitis - hypersensitivity reactions - Anemia , hemolytic anemia

- ส่วนใหญ่ผู้ใช้ยาจะ สามารถทนต่อ ผลข้างเคียงได้ - พบข้างเคียงที่อาจพบได้ คือ Diarrhea , nauseas , skin rash , urticaria , vomiting

- จะพบผลข้างเคียงของ Gastrointestinal effects อยู่ที่ 2%-20% และพบ ผู้ป่วยอยู่ที่ (0.01-10%) มี การติดเชื้อ pseudomembranous colitis ( watery diarrhea , fever ) - ผลข้างเคียงอื่นๆที่พบได้ เช่น - hypersensitive reaction

- ผลข้างเคียงที่พบได้ บ่อยที่สุดแต่ไม่รุนแรง และพบได้น้อยกว่า erythromycin คือ Gastrointestinal disturbance ( Diarrhea , nausea, abnormal taste , dyspepsia , abdominal pain

Paracetamol (Panadol Actifast) Analgesic and Antipyretic ( recommended for the treatment of most painful and febrile conditions such as migraine headache , toothache, backache, rheumatic and muscle pains, dysmenorrhoea, sore throat, and for relieving the fever, aches and pains of colds and flu.) - ตัวยาออกฤทธิ์เป็น weak inhibitor ของการสังเคราะห์ prostaglandins ซึ่งเป็นสารตั้งต้นในการสังเคราะห์ COX-2

- Absorption : rapidly absorbed - Distribution :Vd= 0.9L/kg - Metabolism : rapidly metabolite ( predominatly in liver ) - Elimination : half-life = 2-3 hours
