-Change parameter setting, if possible. -Drive is too small, if software update and parameter change did not help. - Measure actual output current and compare it to the value on the monitoring page. -Measure temperature circuit. -If measured values are correct, update the system software or provide fresh cooling air.

Possible cause

Corrective actions

Application fault, all in one applications. This fault appears, when panel is active control place.

-Reset the fault. -If the panel is empty, measure +9V between pins 1 and 2 on the connector. -If the value is +9V, possible locations to the fault are: cable between panel and control board or on the control board. -If the value is NOT +9V, control board is faulty. -If the panel is NOT empty, there is communication failure in the panel or on the control board.

Possible cause

Corrective actions

Application fault, all in one applications.

-Reset the fault (master unit). -Check the field bus communication status from the option board or software. -If communication works properly, check, does the drive recognize the option board. -If communication does not work, the option board is faulty.

Possible cause

Corrective actions

Application fault, all in one applications. Start-up of the new option board. Fault appears, when internal SPI bus is overloaded or broken. SPI bus communicates via slots B to E.

-Reset the fault. -If the fault appears, when new option board has been plugged, initialization state is active on the option board, but it does not reach RUN state. Reason might be the wrong data in the option board EEPROM. -Check the RUN status on each option board. -If the status is RUN: application might communicate with option board too many times/slot or application is too heavy. -If the status is NOT RUN: there is hardware fault on the control board or on the option board SPI communication.
