Shichida Kindergarten ...A mini university at pre-school level

Drawing out the Essence of a Great Mind, Nurturing the Spirit for Limitless Learning through Love, Praise and new Acceptance... The Shichida Kindergarten develops Four Premier Spirits of Learning: • L eadership Spirit • O lympic Spirit • V irtuous Spirit • E lite Spirit

A. Programme Structure Each child completes 3 foundation modules and 9 elective modules per calendar year. Programme curriculum also provides 1 hour of Brainatics every week for a full year, playtime and free choice personal activity.

Three Compulsory Modules • • •

Foundation Module (English Language Mastery) - Level D2-A1 Foundation Module (Chinese Language Mastery) - Level D2-A1 Foundation Module (Mathematics, Music, Art) - Level D2-A1

What is Unique? The style of lesson maximizes the absorption abilities of the preschoolers’ brain through applied Shichida-based techniques. Children proceed from Level D2 to A1. A child who has achieved the progress criteria of one level even at the age of 3 can move on to another level until the child is ready for certification.

B. Parent Education In the first year, parents must complete a graded home study module conducted by trainers from The BrainChamp Academy, Singapore. Term 1 - The Essence of a Shichida Parent Term 2 - Mind-Body Wellness of Shichida-trained Children Term 3 - Essential Home-based Stimulation Practices Term 4 - Parent-Child Presentation and Review

We are incorporating a US research-based programme developed by a team comprising of research scientists and education specialists, which is currently being applied in kindergartens and primary schools in USA with great success. It offers several innovative interventions based on current brain research that are designed to boost children’s readiness levels and promote classroom achievement.

Brainatics uses brain stimulation inputs that can increase exposure to sensory stimuli (instant and resulting brain activity by more than 100% compared to ordinary classrooms. Brainatics activities integrate heightened visual, auditory, vestibular and kinesthetic inputs to the brain.
