SRDT (GUI ) MODE   

SRDT - RESERVATIONS QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE PNR CREATION Check Air Availability  

Click on Air Availability Module in the navigation menu. Enter number of Adults and Children

 

Enter the City Pair and Date Click on Find flights.

Display Calendar View for a Specific Class    

Click on Air Availability module Check the box “Display Calendar view for Specific class” Enter City pair, Date and Class (Note: This option is only for One-Way and for a specific class) Click on Find flights.

Direct Sell 

This is one of the screens in Air Availability module. This option can be used if the agent is aware of flight details (Flight number and sector)

Booking Process    

Check Availability (Air availability—Air search) Sell seats (Through Air availability or direct sell) Enter passenger details in Quick Book (Access Quick book hyperlink at the bottom or in the left navigation menu) End the transaction (End or End and Retrieve)

Booking Process through Customer Profile       

Check Availability (Air availability—Air search) Sell seats (Through Air availability or direct sell) Click “Customer Profile” on the left navigation menu. Once the profile is retrieved, select the box next to Passenger option. Select the available options that need to get appended in the PNR. Click “Add selected data to booking” Once the data is added to booking, end the transaction with “End” option.

Booking Retrieval 

Click Booking Retrieve module in the menu and retrieve the booking through Record Locator, Passenger flight/date details, Passenger Lists.

PNR MODIFICATIONS Booking Modification Process Date Change 



Retrieve Booking (Click Booking Retrieve module in the menu and retrieve the booking through Record Locator or   passenger flight/date details or Passenger Lists). Once the booking is retrieved, click on “Itinerary” and change the date (hyperlink) as per the requirement and end the transaction or select the “Edit Itinerary” option in the left navigation menu and follow the same process.

Flight Change 

  

Retrieve Booking (Click Booking Retrieve module in the menu and retrieve the booking through Record Locator, Passenger flight/date details, Passenger Lists). Once the booking is retrieved use “X” option to delete the current booking. Sell the seats for the new flight (Procedures to sell a seat as explained above) End the transaction.

Name change 



Retrieve Booking (Click Booking Retrieve module in the menu and retrieve the booking through Record Locator, Passenger flight/date details, Passenger Lists). Select the hyperlink “Names” in booking summary screen and select the option “C” to modify the name and end the transaction or select Booking management module and select the option “Names” and follow the same process.

Contact Details Change 



Retrieve Booking (Click Booking Retrieve module in the menu and retrieve the booking through Record Locator, Passenger flight/date details, Passenger Lists). Select the hyperlink “Contact Details” in booking summary screen and select the option “C” to modify the contact details using the drop down option and end the transaction or select Booking management module and select the option “Contact” and follow the same process.

Ticket Details Change 



Retrieve Booking (Click Booking Retrieve module in the menu and retrieve the booking through Record Locator, Passenger flight/date details, Passenger Lists). Select the hyperlink “Ticket Arrangement” in booking summary screen and select the option “C” to modify the Ticketing details using the drop down option and end the transaction or select Booking management module and select the option “ Ticket Arrangement” and follow the same process.

Remarks Details Change 



Retrieve Booking (Click Booking Retrieve module in the menu and retrieve the booking through Record Locator, Passenger flight/date details, Passenger Lists). Select the hyperlink “Remarks” in booking summary screen and select the option “C” to modify the Remarks using the drop down option and end the transaction or select Booking management module and select the option “Remarks” and follow the same process.

Address Detail Change 



Retrieve Booking (Click Booking Retrieve module in the menu and retrieve the booking through Record Locator, Passenger flight/date details, Passenger Lists). Select the hyperlink “Addresses” in booking summary screen and select the option “C” to modify the Address information using the drop down option, fill up the new address and end the transaction or select Booking management module and select the option “Address” and follow the same process.

Seat Modification 



Retrieve Booking (Click Booking Retrieve module in the menu and retrieve the booking through Record Locator, Passenger flight/date details, Passenger Lists). Select the hyperlink “Seat Assignment” in booking summary screen and select the option “X” to cancel the Seats and reassign a new seat and end the transaction.

SSR Modification 



Retrieve Booking (Click Booking Retrieve module in the menu and retrieve the booking through Record Locator, Passenger flight/date details, Passenger Lists). Select the hyperlink “Special Service Request” in booking summary screen and select the option “C” to modify the SSR  and end the transaction or select Booking management module and select the option “SSR” and follow the same process.

Split Booking 



Retrieve Booking (Click Booking Retrieve module in the menu and retrieve the booking through Record Locator, Passenger flight/date details, Passenger Lists). Click “Split Booking” module in the left navigation menu and select the passenger to be divided and press “OK” and finally end the transaction.

Re-activate PNR  

   

Once the cancelled booking is retrieved, an error message alert is displayed indicating “THIS PNR WAS ENTIRELY CANCELLED”. Click the option “Reactivate”. Once the booking is reactivated, segment status, the Segment status will become DL. Sell seats through Air availability or direct sell. End the transaction.

Reduce Passenger

Assuming a PNR has two passengers and the staff wants to reduce one passenger from the PNR. Retrieve the booking.  Click on the hyperlink “Names”  Click on the option “X” for the passenger to be reduced.  End the transaction.    XXXXXXX
