It does take time to copy several Gia!ytes per D"D of information from a D"D to a hard drive. o

(oth set$p disks will have to !e r$n on each )# in order to $pdate to a newer version of *I* data. It is also necessary to provide the path for each folder in the *I* D"D #onfi$ration.
Step 1: Folder Creation Folders must be created to receive the SIS DVD Data E: is the external drive name Folders labeled DVDD001 through DVDR0015 are created on the E Drive. he number o! !olders and the names o! labels can change as monthl" data sets are released. *Note:
Step 2: Copy Data 1# Insert SIS Dis$ %1 in the DVD drive. Select all !iles. '# (o)" the !olders and !iles to the Dis$ 1 external hard drive or net*or$ !older. +# (ontinue co)"ing data !rom each SIS DVD data dis$ to the a))ro)riate !older on the net*or$ drive or external hard drive.

Additional Information •
It will no longer be necessary to insert any SIS DVD data disks once the data is copied to appropriate folders and the path to those folders is confi$red. –

The disconnected *I* proram will no loner prompt for the *I* D"D data disk.
It is not necessary to copy all *I* D"Ds. –

+ny of the *I* D"Ds may !e copied to a hard drive. The $ser will !e prompted for the D"D if the data is not availa!le and the D"D drive path is not provided in the confi$ration.
