MANUAL OF "SIN ILAHI" AND "SIN HU" SIN ILAHI The development of Energy-Access methods, like inner power, pranic, bioenergy, reiki, “wirid” (repeating certain prayers, should be read as “We Read” in English) and others resulted in a wish, what if, with only one method we can collect and use all existing methods (previously mentioned above). Based on the methods above and based on several existing spiritual literatures, an energy moment had been constructed, consisting energies of these elements: 1. Natural energy, of earth/soil element, water element, air/ether element, and fire element, which all are main component of human body (based on Islamic religion) 2. Heavenly/God Energy, which constructed of “wirid energy”, prayer, etc. like, in God’s permission:

1. tammah sentence, that is 'Audzu bikalimatillahit taammati min syarri ma khalaq' 2. bismillahil ladzi la yadhurruhu ma-asmihi syai-un fil ardli wala fis samaa-i wa huwas sami-ul alim 3. istighfar 4. sholawat nariyah x 5. laqod ja-akum rasulun dst.. (QS. At-Taubah 128) 6. dzikr nafi itsbat (La ilaha illallah, allahu, hu ) 7. the whole asmaul husna (means 99 Names of GOD) 8. la haula wa la quwwata illa billahil aliyyil adhim 9. ayat kursiy (QS. Al-Baqarah 255)

10. Thousand companion prayer:‘allahumma maallaahi nashirun a’da-un sar-hun qadirun aminun ya rabbal alamin, wa ya khairan nashirin birahmatika ya ar-hamar rahimin’ That technique called Sin Ilahi. "Sin" is an Arabic character which means human, and according to a tasawuf literature can be meant as GOD (Allah) stay in / live in human body, or, according to Serat Lukitajati (a book from Ancient Javanese literature) can be meant as life-breath. While "ilahi" means (something) directly come from GOD (Allah). So Sin-Ilahi can be meant as human with consciousness of GOD, which all his activities comes from GOD, with GOD and for GOD. Sin-Ilahi attunement, with GOD’s permission, is useful for immediately opening, cleansing and activating energy channels in our body: • open and cleanse main channel (sushumna), ida (cool channel) & pingala (hot channel) • open, cleanse & activate main chakras (root, sex, navel, solar plexus, heart, throat, ajna &crown) • arouse & purify kundalini (arouse kundalini’s core pass through crown chakra) • open, cleanse & activate Ilahi charkas (those charkas which are higher than crown charkas), then connect and unify them in one with heart chakra FUNCTION • Optimize brain functions • Arouse the spiritual consciousness • out of body experience/OOBE • Clairvoyance • Clairsentience, sensitivity • Telepathy - clairaudience • Heals physical, mental & spiritual problem caused by medical & nonmedical factors • Physical & metaphysical protection • Power & wisdom • Enhance energy frequency up to cosmic level • Emits peace & harmony energies • Materialization (of wishes) etc.

LEVELS In Sin-Ilahi, there are two, level 1 & level 2 (Master level) which can be explained as below: Level 1: Opens main energy channels (sushumna, 7 chakras & palm chakras), cleanses, activates chakras and connects the energy with earth-core, opens ida & pingala, wakes up kundalini, arouses kundalini-core pass through crown chakra, & wakes up the subconscious. th Level 2 (or Master): Opens & activates Ilahi-chakra, at least up to 40 chakra and connects them with hearth chakra, open & activates heart’s mind, Sin-Ilahi symbols is given, wake-up the supra consciousness & cosmic consciousness. ENERGY WORK FLOW Human has thousands of energy channels which ever mentioned in Yoga’s literature of 72 thousands channels which are called as Nadi or Meridian. The biggest one is sushumna located in backbone, then Ida or Nadi Chandra which is in nature is cool, in the left of Sushumna, and in the right of Sushumna is Pingala or Nadi Surya which in nature is hot. Those Nadis or channels are etheric ones and not biological ones. There are also gates of energy, which are usually called charkas (ever mentioned there are 365 chakras). The main Chakras are 1. Root, located in the end of our backbone (tail bone) 2. Sex, located in pelvic (upper area of genital) 3. Navel, in the navel 4. Heart, located between nipples 5. Throat, located in throat 6. Ajna or third eye, located between eye-brow 7. Crown, located on top of head Located higher than those seven are Ilahi-Chakras and there are so many.

With Sin-Ilahi, the energies flows directly to each chakras (the petals & cores), auras (body’s layers) and directly connected with earth-core so that grounding technique is not required anymore. Attunement method is as explained below • Sit on a chair or on the floor with Lotus style, hands (palms) open up on the top of knees, and relax. • Those of Islam religion should read these prayer : "taawudz, basmalah and syahadat". The other religions should pray according to their own custom. • Affirm in heart: "I’m now receiving the attunement of level…(1 or 2) of Sin-Ilahi perfectly as heavenly gift from Allah. So be it. Alhamdulillah (or thanks to GOD)" • Keep silent and feel the energy flows as long as you wish… normally for 15 minutes. • Finish the attunement process with thanks fully to Allah (GOD) To go to level 2 you must first do the self-healing or meditation for at least 7 consecutive days. After you got the attunement, just intend in heart to use the energy, along with this request pattern: "Ya Allah (or GOD-please) I humbly request your perfect power to / for…(your wish)" In common, the usage of the energy to do healing is by putting your palms on ill/hurt body’s part(s) for a few minutes.

SYMBOL

This Symbol is combination of a (Arabic) character, which is pronounced as ALLAH and LAM ALIF character, which functions as to: · Open the space dimension’s limit and time dimension’s limit · Empower the energy flow to all chakras

HOW TO USE THE SYMBOL Use the Symbol in healing or meditation by graphing on top of body (aura layer) with convergence five fingers or with palm chakra. The easiest way is by visualizing as if the body becomes so small that we can start graphing the symbol on that “small body“. To draw the symbol on our own body, visualize as if we are facing our own body and intend to let the Sin-Ilahi energy comes down into the whole body. Note: the cross point of lam alif, basically is on the hearth charka but can be shifted to other chakras too. To do person to person healing, draw the symbol on top of patient’s body the affirm that the energy level (of mass) will be multiplied if needed, and then start to flow the energy. To do distance healing do the procedure as explained above first on our own body then affirm that the energy will be received by the patient(s) (may be a person or some people at once, in mass healing) at …GMT plus or minus ......... (when or before or after flowing the energy) Then draw the symbol on the patient(s)’s body using visualization, follow by affirming that the energy (mass) sent and received will be multiplied …

times (if needed mention for ex. 3 times) that start to flow (& sent the) energy HEALING Self Healing is required to flow the energy, and in reiki at least must be on 5 parts of body, those are top head, face, left & right head (covers the ears), back head. jaw and throat each for 3 minutes and should be exercised at least once every 3 days and better if done everyday.

In reiki, self-healing usually is distributed onto almost all parts of body layer: head top face throat chest stomach lower stomach upper thighs knees back head back waist buttocks lower thighs knees inside between feet and knees foot lower joints foot palms Self healing with Sin-Ilahi method: Activate crown charka & palm chakras, only with intentions is enough Intend to be connected to Sin Ilahi Wait for one minute, to cleanse up negative energies which might be left on palm chakras For those attuned to level 2, start by drawing small symbols started from crown cakra, Ajna, throat, heart, navel, Sex & root Chakras. And one big symbol to cover the whole body Start flowing the energy by putting your left palm on the navel and your right palm on the (back of) left palm. Finish it with saying thanks fully to Allah (GOD).

To do healing on others we can use the above technique by drawing the symbols on the person’s body. MEDITATION Meditation is needed to make cleaner energy channels and better energy gate so that we can access the energy better, and in turn send the energy better like a light passing through up to cosmic level.

To do Sin-Ilahi meditation: 1. Sit on the floor with Lotus style or on the chair with boot foot palms (touching) on the floor 2. Those of Islam religion should read this prayer: taawudz, basmalah dan syahadat. The other religions should pray according to their own custom. 3. Inhale deeply & slowly via nose and exhale slowly via mouth. Do this three times to be more relaxed Activate crown charka & palm chakras, only with intentions is enough 4. Raise your hand up to almost maximum above your head with palms face each other and fingers closed but keep relaxed and do not use your muscle power. 5. Intend to be connected to Sin Ilahi 6. For those attuned to level 2, draw the symbol on your body using your third eye (ajna charka) 7. Slowly put down your left palm & right palm, put your left palm on the chest and raise your left thumb while the right palm should be put on to the back of your left palm and touch your left thumb with your right thumb. 8. Keep this position for several minutes or as long as you wish and you may read some prayer (your like) in your heart 9. Put your palms o the knees with open position and closed finger (but keep relaxed for your finger) 10. Intend to flow the healing energies to anybody or whole creatures as you wish for several minutes. 11. Finish it by saying thanks fully to Allah (GOD) Do the meditation at least once every 3 days and better if done everyday.

EXERCISE & EMPOWERMENT Soon after attuned to Sin-Ilahi try to do self-healing or meditation to let the energy more evenly distributed to our body and let the negative energies be cleansed. Try to as frequently as possible flow the sin-ilahi. There is no certain place or condition, Sin-Ilahi can be used anytime & anywhere just with intention. It can be activated while you drive the car, watch the TV etc. This is one of the advantages over other healing methods like pranic, inner power, chi kung etc. The easy way is to intend in your heart to be connected to Sin-Ilahi and clean and activate all energy channels and all chakras while doing your office work Spare special time to do self healing or meditation once every 3 days or better everyday. Follow group synchronization-mediation every Sunday night and Thursday night at 22.00 Indonesian Time (GMT+7) by affirming "I’m connected and synchronized to group meditation of Sin Ilahi" then start to meditate as usual. CLAIRVOYANCE It is a skill that most of us would like to have, because we will be able to have a super vision to see the aura, chakra, etheric creatures, and even go to the past, current and future. Clairvoyance can be achieved when Ajna chakra is clean and fully open so that third eye is open and active. Open & active third eye will allow scanning or other super vision. Attuned to level 1 of Sin-Ilahi actually means we already have the basic of clairvoyance sin ajna charka which is the gate of third eye has been open, plus awakened Kundalini which cleans main chakras further more. Below is a technique to open & activate third eye even better. Sit on the floor with Lotus style or on the chair with boot foot palms (touching) on the floor Those of Islam religion should read these prayer: taawudz, basmalah dan syahadat.

The other religions should pray according to their own custom. Pray for Allah’s protection Inhale deeply & slowly via nose and exhale slowly via mouth. Do this three times to be more relaxed. Intend to be connected to Sin Ilahi Draw the symbol of Sin Ilahi on Ajna chakra Intend to let energy of Sin Ilahi cleanse every petal, root and core of the ajna charka and make it even more active. also to let energy of Sin Ilahi activate pituitary gland located on upper back of ajna chakra. Feel the energy, which fulfill the head Next, focus to perineum located between anus & genital. Intend to let kundalini more actively open the circle. Feel the strong in perineum as the sign of active kundalini which opening more circle. Pull kundalini upward through sushumna channel only by intention Feel the strong flow of kundalini along sushumna. If you cannot feel it just believe that kundalini is flowing. When kundalini reaches ajna charka level, pull frontward to ajna charka. Intent to let kundalini cleanse each parts of Ajna charka even more Feel the strong energy flow in ajna charka which is a combination of Sin Ilahi & kundalini, & feel ajna charka become more active. Keep silent and let the energy work for several minutes. Pull backward the kundalini from ajna charka and flow it up, passing through crown charka via shusumna finish it by thanks fully to Allah Hopefully, with God’s permission, several times of such exercise will make the third eye ability even get better. TELEPATHY Telepathy or “Aji Pameling” in Java terminology is a capability to have communication between two or more people which have spiritual consciousness open that they do not use mouth or ear but as if the communication come from within the recipient. Attuned to level 2 and have been doing the good practice that will make all parties get better in doing the telepathy. Below is the technique to send telepathy message:

Sit on the chair, feet touch the floor or on floor with Lotus position Intend to be connected to Sin Ilahi; Draw the symbol of Sin Ilahi on your own body Let the energy flow for several minutes Concentrate to the recipient Send the message as you wish Finish it by saying thanks fully to Allah (GOD) Usually the recipient will have a vision/thought of the sender inside his/her heart or there is a contact/signal did by the sender. If the recipient has got the signal, then he/she must go into meditation condition in order to do the communication. So the conclusion is that it is best to do telepathy in meditation. The meditation does not have to be Sin-Ilahi meditation. The most important is that the brainwave of the sender & recipient should be the same. Simple sign of telepathy, for example, is when you suddenly want to buy something that you want to bring home while you are in the office. That “something” is what your wife coincidently wants to have. OUT OF BODY EXPERIENCE (OOBE) To do astral journey (out of physical body) of out of body experience: 1. Sit on a chair, or on the floor with lotus posture, or lay down 2. Inhale deeply & slowly via nose and exhale via mouth slowly too. Do it 3x to be more relax 3. Draw the symbol on your body 4. Intend to have the energy of Sin Ilahi sent down to you 5. Breath naturally and focus to the in & out of the breath 6. Feel the body getting more & more relaxed and your consciousness get higher and expanded 7. Feel the domination of our physical body get eliminated 8. Intend to do OOBE to the place you wish 9. Feel the turn of our etheric slowly leaving our physical body and goes away to the place you want in very high speed. 10. When you feel enough, intend to go back to the previous consciousness that is our physical consciousness 11. Finish it by saying thanks fully to Allah. (GOD) OOBE may also happen when we are meditating and this is the most recommended because the physical body will be in most relaxed condition. MAGIC DEFENSE / SELF PROTECTION Automatically when we have been attuned to level 1 or 2, Sin-Ilahi energy will protect us from negative energies.

To protect certain objects: • Make an energy ball by drawing the symbol in front of chest with 10 cm diameter • Intend the Sin-Ilahi energy sent down to you • Face your palms in front of your chest with 30 cm space • Visualize the object your want to protect is within the energy ball. • Affirm, "with the heavenly gift of Allah, so this energy ball will protect.... (the object) from any disturbances of any negative energies or any negative intentions for …(…days/weeks/forever)” • Wait the energy become more & more massive (usually around 5 minutes) • Release your palm

MATERIALIZATION 1. Make the energy ball as if in the protection technique. Visualize what you want in the ball. 2. Affirm "with the heavenly gift of Allah, so this energy ball will help me to have.... (the object) within …(…weeks/months) ” OR 3. Make a worksheet from a piece of white paper. Stick the picture of what you want on it (Do your best to make the picture as similar to what you wish) 4. Draw the on the worksheet, intend the energy to be sent down and affirm, "with the heavenly gift of Allah, the energy will help me to have .... (the object) within …(…days/weeks/months)” 5. Flow the energy several times to the worksheet. Please remember that the above technique does not mean you may leave your normal effort to reach what you wish like going to work etc And it may be done several times (e.g. 2 times a week) until your really have it materialized SIN HU Sin Hu is the advanced level and also the final stage of Sin Ilahi. The quality of energy is much higher than Sin Ilahi. Symbol usage is no longer needed. SIN in the word Sin Ilahi means perfect human being (insan kamil). Hu was taken from the word Huwa that means GOD (Allah). Sin Hu is meant as God

image in ourselves. Sin Hu is meant to those who are really want to learn spiritual world, who do realize. To learn Sin Hu, Sin Ilahi level 2 or Master attunement must be obtained and practiced well first. Sin Hu has one level only. Initiation or attunement can be given only by Sin Hu founder and or Master who has the authority to do so. Increase energy quality, to perfect or complete the Sin Ilahi function and to speed up obtaining 3M (Makrifat, Mahabbah, and Musyahadah) CONTRAINDICATION To those of you who have “khadam knowledge” or secret heirloom, the total cleansing can occur and you will loose “khadam knowledge” and the secret heirloom too. If fever occurs, drink water as much as possible and/or do meditation with the intention “Dear Allah, please give me your mercy, cleanse and take everything in me that are not given/blessed by You, give me only what is given/blessed by you and please be it” WARNING After the initiation is obtained, please avoid any actions which are prohibited by the religion i.e. being arrogant, gossiping, telling spiritual experience not to the appropriate person, etc. INITIATION After the initiation request is granted, steps to receive the initiation as follows: Sit on the floor with Lotus style or on the chair with boot foot palms (touching) on the floor put your palms on your knees with open position your back must be upright but relaxed. Those of Islam religion should read these prayers; audzubillah... bismillah... and asyhadu... The other religions should pray according to their own custom.

Intend in heart: "I am now receiving the initiation of Sin Hu perfectly as heavenly gift from Allah. So be it, kun fayakun masya Allah” Breathe normally, do not control your breath. Say “HU” in your heart together with your breath, inhale and exhale, pay attention on the word “HU” After approx. 15 min, finish the initiation by saying thanks fully to God. HEALING To do healing on others, put your palm(s) on center part of the chest of the recipient (heart-chakra) and flow the Sin Hu energy for 5-15 minutes. To do mass healing, Intend that the energy will be received fully by all recipients and every recipients will get 100 % energy that is distributed. Next, aim your palm to the center part of the recipient’s chest; same like the way we do for distance healing (visualize the recipient is in front of us) To do the distance healing, visualize the recipient is in front of us and flow the energy to center part of the chest. The healing methods mentioned above are common, there could be possibilities that the method changes according to what comes from your heart, i.e., transferring the disease to the chicken egg. MEDITATION To get better results of the initiation, do more meditation with steps as follows: Sit on the floor with Lotus style or on the chair with boot foot palms (touching) on the floor Intend to meditate by accessing the Sin Hu energy, or by affirmation. “I intend to makrifat (know), mahabbah (love), and musyahadah (testify) Allah, may all my diseases in body and soul be cured, so be it” Raise your hands up next to your ears, fingers closed facing forward (like the takbiratul ikram position in sholat), say it in your heart,”ALLAAAH”, and lower your hands to your lap (still saying ALLAH) with fingers on top of the others (rights on top of lefts), touch your left thumb with your right thumb, do the same thing with your index fingers (see figures).

Followed by saying “HU”, so it becomes the combination “ALLAAH – HU” Intend that the universe with everything inside the universe is in your fingers that form the circle shape. Breath normally, does not control your breath Say “HU” in your heart together with your breath, inhale and exhale. After approx. 15 min, finish the initiation by saying thanks fully to God Back to home Attuning Others: To attune others (once you have been attuned) state: “I now accessing the divine energy of Sin Ilahi to attune (name) to Sin Ilahi (number 1 or 2) may the attunement perform perfectly and effectively as permitted by God.” Then clasp your hands together and concentrate on that person receiving the energy. If you are doing a person-to-person attunement you would place your hands on their shoulders.
