QUICK HIGHLIGHTS – Day 1

Baba ji says this is going to be a scientific shivir not a religious one. It is after two years that Baba ji is here. He says he has a lot of memories of this place and happy to see the sadhaks growing.     

Research shows a large percentage of people have heart attacks on Monday mornings because of high stress at jobs. When you don’t like your job, you create stress. Stress is nothing but negative psychic impressions. These negative impressions become the cause to negative trigger responses, which then become psychosomatic. All your problems are psychosomatic. if I am calm and peaceful outside, I have to be calm and peaceful inside too. Not peaceful outside and tornado inside. The negative psychosomatic impressions reach the subconscious mind and the cycle goes on with multiplication of those impressions. Repeated triggers and impressions then start manifesting into a physical disease.

  

Baba ji educates how toxins get accumulated in the physical body and how the common man can learn these simple things to prevent disease. Detoxification of the body is crucial. 3% of the toxins in the body are released through stools. 7% through urine. 20% through skin (sweat). Rest 70% are released in breath. Baba ji asks to check if we perspire because sweating is important and which if not checked, in old age we will find ourself running multiple times to the washroom due to heavy load on kidneys.

Baba ji talks about protein supplements just to make a six pack body. He laughed loudly when he said it is like a red cockroach lying belly up with those packs.

     

Eat as much as possible, simple and natural food. The most scientific food, he says, is the South Indian food. Not the polished rice and genetically tampered food but the simple poor man’s food. In good old days, even gods used to eat Dal Bhaath or rice and Sambhar. Some yogacharyas do everything, simple food, yoga, satvik life but then are depressed or ill at times. it is because detoxification has not happened in the 5 bodies. It has been restricted to just the physical body. This can be practiced by internal yoga, that is the Shiv Yog. Your goals must be clear to the extent that if you are asked why you have come to Shiv Yog shivir, you must respond confidently. Your goal should be from sadness to happiness to bliss. Make this an objective.

  

“Everything happens step by step, drop by drop. it took me my whole lifetime of sadhna and only after that Shiv Yog was revealed to me.” “You are all so blessed to receive it easily after I come to you and reveal it.” “I found that people who eat simple foods also have physical problems and I dug deeper and found that the food itself is tampered with, it is poisoned, with chemicals, i am not mincing my words.”

    

“I am now teaching people that you can multiple farm yields four to five times with pure food. With this wisdom even the cow milk produce has increased in good quality. This is when cows are taken proper care of and stop all kind of manipulations like hormonal injections.” Sadhaks have used Shiv Yog processes on dying trees that were non-productive and the trees revived and started giving tasty fruits. Sadhaks have restored epidemic ridden farms through Shiv Yog. The cosmic power of Shiv Yog can bring molecular change in the seed. Maharishi Dhanvantri has said that you must eat tejomay food, that is life-giving food that is full of prana. We are not eating food but we are eating energy. This need not be practiced only by farmers but even you can do it in your kitchen garden and see.

 

Butterflies, bees, birds are disappearing because of all these chemicals. This is an indication of catastrophe. “If you do this dedicatedly, I can assure you of a fulfilling change in farming. 3% fertility is there in soil, rest 97% we have to activate.”





 

“The land where rishis meditated have become fertile. I’ll give you my own example. In Alwar, I used to meditate for many years where it was completely arid with solid chunks that were like sand, with stones and thorny bushes. Today if you visit Gaushala you will see only greenery with fertile soil.” Another example is in Lucknow Ashram. “We performed homa in three-four places where the builder showed us the prospective ashrsam, but he showed us the wrong places and then we were told that these were not the final land. Then lastly, he showed us a parched land, stony and we were advised to put gympsum to the soil. We were told that the water would be bitter because there was lot of alkalinity there. I meditated there. There were many snakes under that ground. When the soil diggers came and evacuated mud, there were more snakes than mud. I used to communicate with the snakes telling them that this is your land and you are rightfully here, but we wish to do some holy work here, so requesting if you could shift to the forest area. i prayed to all beings there, physical and astral. They are all blessed and went. I told that for you, I will create an annashketra here, because the people who would eat there would emit the vibrations of satisfaction. That vibration of satisfaction was passed on to the beings. after that we hit the borewell and believe it or not it is sweet water. I said it is Ganges’ water. People tested it because Ganges water does not have salt precipitate. The size of every fruit if you see there is almost double and they grew very fast. You must be humble and never snatch anything even from other beings like birds or plants. Communication is very much possible through vibrations because creatures understand and decode these vibrations. We have forgotten this sense faculty.



In Shiv Yog, we say we are not responsible for the loss of your disease there is only one way to get it back, you will have to start rethinking and creating negative impressions.



Avoid intellectual manipulation. There is either yes or no there is no maybe, there is no try. This maybe cannot be visualized. If you ask a picture to be sketched of someone doing something, you can draw. You can either draw or you cannot draw. Try drawing someone who is trying to do something. It looks true but deep within we know it is not true, over a period of time I then start believing what I am saying is true.



We have spoilt our sensory perceptions and become so gross that we cannot hear subtle voice of our own spiritual guides. You are never alone. They are always there. Many times Guru guides you this way but when we are so gross, we cannot hear or feel him. How to become gross. By developing the ego, greed and resentment with resentment and jealousy we are always focused on others. Do self-analysis and you will know how much stock of fear, greed, anger, sadness, lust, jealously, attachment, ego you have.



  

There is no 'your god' and 'my god'. There is nothing like 'my god is superior than yours'. There is only one. Numerable individual consciousness but one infinite consciousness. God is the state of the nirguna nirakara avastha. Shivohum shivohum shiva swaroopam. All are creators, even before coming to Shiv Yog, all were creators. even a diseased person is a creator - he is creating disease.

 

After practicing Shiv Yog, what happens is that all the negative factors are not suppressed or hidden but released. Best places to meditate - temples, gaushalas, river banks.

QUICK HIGHLIGHTS – Day 2

  

200% life is the goal of Shiv Yog. 100% external and 100% internal. Develop an attitude to make the best, not average or medium. Efforts and time taken are the same. it is only the attitude that has to be changed. It is only what you choose. Take your job with highest self-esteem and pride.

 

Be the best in everything, best husband, best wife, best son, best father, best mother. You MUST have a goal in life.

   

Every day ask yourself, “Have I grown more than what I was yesterday? Have I improved myself from what I was yesterday?” People say we want self-realization. But it has to gradually start from the basic level to higher and highest level. You start from limitations and end with no limitations or infiniteness. Limitations are anger, procrastination, laziness, fear, negative reactions, etc. First this basic level cleansing has to begin, only then can you move further up on the ladder. Write down everything you do in the day. You will run into pages what you feel you are doing or have to do. Then read and categorize every task into three classifications:

o A. Something that if you do not do will affect your life drastically or can cost your life. o B: Medium priority. Okay if not done. o C: Does not matter if not done.      

Then select A and tear off B and C. Focus on A. Focus on top priorities. Now it is easy to focus than the 4-page work. You have the power to choose. You say liberation. Liberation from what? Liberate from limitations first. Liberation does not mean leaving responsibilities, leaving family and lazily sitting in one corner. You are on a journey in the chariot of this body. Everyday, do self-analysis. Find out your limitations and break those limitations.

  

Breaking your limitation is the first step towards liberation. How to break limitations? By Shiv Yog sadhna. Write down your limitations. Once one limitation is overcome, strike it out. Keep doing this practice. Your helplessness is like the small elephant that is chained and as it grows up, it so strongly believes that the chain is binding it, that even after growing up, a small piece of chain can bind it to one place and limit it.

       

 

It is proved in Shiv Yog sadhna in the very first meditation that disease has disappeared, but it is your faith and belief in the disease that makes you helpless. Another limitation is that my every action is dependent on “log kya kahenge”, needing approval from everyone around and also recognition. Everything you feel is impossible, you have the power to make it possible. The power, the infinite giant is in you and by practicing Shiv Yog, you will awaken it. You just start walking and the chain will break. Since many lives, you may have not done sadhna and meditated, and that habit will make you give more preference for TV, newspapers, tea, etc. Develop a belief and break the habitual patterns. Similar is the belief that you cannot attain self-realization in one life time and it will take multiple life times. Start with a challenge to break one small limitation everyday – one bad habit. Start with smaller ones and once you gain victory over it, you will start breaking the bigger ones. Pledge to yourself that during this lifetime I am going to grow and every day. I will break at least one of my limitation, one of my barrier, one of my negative belief, one of my bad habit and see you will be very happy. You will find that what you used to think is impossible is now very easily possible for you. You will realize that what you used to think is a miracle is no more a miracle but a way of life and a normal thing. Yogis after self-realization find they are omnipresent. A limiting belief is that how is this possible when the body is made up of bone, blood and muscles. This is very much possible because if you look closely your body is made up of organs, organs made of cells, cells made of atoms, atoms made of vibrations. Can you separate your vibrations from others or can you stop others’ vibrations coming to you? You are even breathing in what others are breathing out which is their dead cells. Can you separate that?



This is why self-realized persons do not feel themselves separate from others. Can a portion of water say that I will stay clean and the rest of the water be impure? It is not possible. You are part of everything. When someone suffers, a part of it comes to you too. That is why Shiv Yogis want everyone to be happy,

 





 



“People ask me how will they measure they are progressing? I ask them to check their reactions. If your attitude is changing then you are growing, if not, you are not.” When I see negativity in others, I do not see exactly what they are but I only see my own reflection. If you feel everyone is excellent then you are excellent. If you say some are good and some are bad, then a part of you is good and part of you is bad. If someone says you are dangerous, then you are dangerous. If a person is having stomach ache, what will he say? My stomach is aching or I am responsible for making my stomach ache? For remedy, will your stomach have to do something or you have to do something? It is not the fault of the cells of your stomach which are moving in dissonance. It is the fault of your part of consciousness that is causing that dissonance. If you watch TV debates, one person says it is fine, one person reacts adversely and one person is quiet. Reactions are all different according to their own perceptions. 3% is the actual action that has taken place but 97% is how you react to it. And your reaction comes from the belief system that is coming from you. If you erase your limitations, then you will find your reactions reducing. Shiv Yogis have sam bhaav, where there is no reaction but only a neutrality and witnessing. Whatever you are is the sum total of your beliefs. Your belief is what you think all the time. What you think you are emitting vibrations of that kind all the time. You thus similarly attract similar vibrating people or situations. If you think another person is bad and going to provoke me, then you are sending vibrations from your subconscious mind to “provoke me” and that is received at the subconscious of the other person who gets the impulse “provoke him”. Thus you create your situation. That is why we say “I am 100% responsible for what I am or what happens to me.” One person keeps on succeeding and one person fails in everything he does. This is all because of the stored impressions from similar past experiences. You can choose to change it.

  

We always expect the other person to do something first to us. You have to first change and give what you wish to receive. If you keep giving unconditional love you will see over a period of time unconditional love coming back to you. If you keep giving cooperation then you will see cooperation coming back to you. We want to scare people to do something we wish to have, which will never happen because you emit a wrong vibration.



  

   

If you have a limitation of not knowing to swim, what will you do? You will have to first have that desire, then you will find a coach and then patiently you will learn swimming. Same way if you feel you have a limitation, like not being able to meditate, you have created a desire and you have come to Shiv Yog, practice it patiently and break that limitation through practice. Meditation is not a technique but your surrender to higher energies and meditation will happen spontaneously. We cannot raise our consciousness on our own. We have to surrender to the higher energies that will take over and do the needful. If you are weak and someone threatens you, you will cry and cry to the world and to God that the whole world is bad to you. What if the same threaten is given to a boxing champion. He will only smile because he from within, knows his strengths. You will see real Shiv Yogis not reacting to anything and are just calm to any and every situation with a smile. With regular sadhna, you will even see physical changes. Jealousy comes when you see the other person as a competitor, but when you know truly that you are invincible and no one can take what you really have, then you will just be happy. The day you finish off all your limitations, you will be self-realized. Start with smaller ones because you will begin changing your beliefs as you overcome them. Then the higher ones can be easily tackled because by then you have created a new belief system that it is possible.

   

When all these limitations are cleared then a state will come when whatever you say and whatever you think will start materializing. Everyday you will find changes. First a few people will be influenced and then a little more and then more, but it all comes through unconditional. You start becoming more simple and humble. You will not need anything from others. You will not need love from others, you become love. You will realize that only your presence is enough. Initially you were making physical efforts. Now, with your only presence people start receiving.



Even if you just think of your Guru, things start happening, you only have to learn to connect.

If you are weak and someone threatens you, you will cry and cry to the world and to God that the whole world is bad to you. What if the same threaten is given to a boxing champion. He will only smile because he from within, knows his strengths. You will see real Shiv Yogis not reacting to anything and are just calm to any and every situation with a smile. With regular sadhna, you will even see physical changes. Jealousy comes when you see the other person as a competitor, but when you know truly that you are invincible and no one can take what you really have, then you will just be happy. The day you finish off all your limitations, you will be self-realized. Start with smaller ones because you will begin changing your beliefs as you overcome them. Then the higher ones can be easily tackled because by then you have created a new belief system that it is possible.

   

When all these limitations are cleared then a state will come when whatever you say and whatever you think will start materializing. Everyday you will find changes. First a few people will be influenced and then a little more and then more, but it all comes through unconditional. You start becoming more simple and humble. You will not need anything from others. You will not need love from others, you become love. You will realize that only your presence is enough. Initially you were making physical efforts. Now, with your only presence people start receiving.



Even if you just think of your Guru, things start happening, you only have to learn to connect.

QUICK HIGHLIGHTS – Day 3

  

It is a myth that Sri Chakra cannot be kept in the home, whereas Sri Chakra brings prosperity and abundance. You do not have to do much rituals with it, every morning a deep prostration to the Mother is more than enough. Be careful when you buy Sri Chakra (Meru). It has to be intact in once piece and hollow from below. I always pray to the Mother that may all sadhaks have a little bigger house where all can have their own meditation room.

 

Sit on a woolen asan because when you meditate, a lot of cosmic energies come into you and without asan all gets pulled down into earth. Do Sarpa kriyas, Sookshma kriyas and Prana kriyas before meditation.

          

Those who are not able to do any exercise due to disability, do the sarpa kriyas and over a period of time you will start getting healed. Fecal matter sticks to the intestinal walls and these are at times stuck on the walls from years together. You can detoxify this through shankh prakshalan. Everything that happens to you is an illusion that you have created through your own programming which you have to release. Perfect health, happiness and success is your birthright, you must claim it. Suffering and sorrow comes from ignorance. Never share your asanas with anyone because when you meditate the asan starts vibrating at your frequency. After sometime that asan becomes 'siddh' or perfected and next time you sit on it, it will help you ascend quickly to those vibrations. Yatha sthan, Yatha samay, Yatha asan. Same place, same time, same asan is the thumb rule for spiritual evolution. Your brain wave frequency keeps changing according to your emotions, thoughts and feelings. I do not encourage the chips that play electronic mantras in loops because sound influences your brain waves. The CDs of Shiv Yog have a different vibrational frequency that influences your brain wave frequency to higher levels. Practice Shiv Yog breathing, which is deep and complete inhalation and deep complete exhalation without any break in between the breaths. If you keep practicing this, lot of release of many lives will take place.



Avoid discussing or talking about your experiences because when you focus on it or dwell in it or discuss on it, you create similar impressions which means you are putting back the garbage again.



     

What you continuously keep thinking you keep sending similar signals to your subconscious, which then starts working on the body to respond to those messages. For example, one who does not want to see things that he does not like around will keep saying "i cannot see this....." and since the subconscious has not studied In earlier times, Tulsi plants used to be at the homes, Tulsi emits positive radiations. If you are in a hot climate but if you can convince yourself it is cold by feeling it is cold, the pendulum will indicate this is right. In disease relapse the same thing happens. When healing takes place, the intracellular memory is cleansed and the healing takes place but with the person's strong belief system about the disease, like the disease is incurable, the cells vibrate back into the same state of dissonance.
