That included 26 stations over Southern Texas, Louisiana and Arkansas. • GCST as a district measured positive in one and two day late service metrics every year I was in this position. This was done thru continuous teamwork and constant communication and leveraging relationships to manage remotely. • Ability to work with individual stations to make sure that they were hitting their established goals to ensure the district as a whole would hit their goals • Ability to manage remotely was key in the district hitting their outbound productivity goals during this entire stretch. Senior Manager 8/2006 to 1/2008 FedEx Ground Miami Florida Senior Manager of this E Size station that dispatched 90 vehicles daily. Responsible for the all operational and administrative functions in this station. • In a five month period we were able to get Miami off of the top 50 Loss Claims list. Station had been on this list for 4 consecutive years up to that point. • Thru ability to analyze data was able to determine where many of our loss issues were coming from and ad focus to these areas. • From 2006 to 2007 were able to reduce the security budget by $20000 monthly and the cartage budget by $40000 monthly. Senior Manager 11/2000 to 7/2002 FedEx Ground Abilene TX Managed both the Abilene TX station and the San Angelo TX substation. Responsible for all operational and administrative functions within these stations. Responsible for the performance of 35 package handlers, drivers, contractors and staff in these two stations. • In FY 2002 both the Abilene and San Angelo stations had a positive cost variance for the first time since the stations had opened. • Ability to communicate the importance of each team member enabled each team member to provide even more. • Both Abilene and San Angelo had 0% turnover in FY 02.
