SECTION 2 - PRODUCTION PLAN
2.1 Production Process Animal Production is not an easy work. Always try to take good care of your goats and never feed them contaminated food or polluted water. Keep their house as much neat and clean as possible. And clean their house on a regular basis. For commercial production, keep kids, bucks and does separated for each other. Take extra care to the breeding bucks, kids and pregnant does. Keep the kids with their mother for several weeks after their birth. Artificial insemination is also a great way for breeding your does. Vaccinate them timely, for keeping them free from all types of diseases, health problems and viruses.

2.4 Sources of Equipment The farm equipment will be bought at Twins Hardware Rizal, Nueva Ecija, and the vitamins and medicine of goat will be bought to Farm Republic Rizal, Nueva Ecija.
2.5 Planned Capacity The project plan will be start in 30 heads of goat which is 25 does and 5 bucks.
2.6Future Capacity The project will be expand, not only the number of goats but also the land and housing.
2.7 Farm Location It will be located at San Gregorio Rizal, Nueva Ecija.
2.8 Food, Medicine and Vitamins Goat eat their food everyday (leave, trees, grass, etc.), medicine is needed if the goat is sick and vitamins should be two (2) times a month.
2.9 Cost of Food, Medicine and Vitamins The cost of food is Php1, 200 if the owner will buy a Napier while for the Belamyl vitamins will be Php1,800 for 10 bottles.
2.10 Food, Medicine and Vitamins Availability The food, medicine and vitamins will be bought at Farm Republic Rizal, Nueva Ecija.
2.11 Labor The worker will be assigned for feeding the animals, cleaning the pens and all other functions requested by the owner. The veterinary will administer the health program activities of the animals to ensure a successful operation of the farm. The owner, who is the manager, will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the farm.

2.13 Labor Availability The owner should hire a worker who is trustworthy and responsible in the given work. The worker will receive salary from the owner every week, and the veterinary should be licensed.
2.14 Labor Productivity The productivity of labor will be highly significant. The business will only have one worker, on call veterinary and the owner. Individual employees need to work as one for the success of the business production. Employees responsibilities is to do their duty according to the job assigned.
2.15 Farm Overhead Expenses The project has expenses in every day, week, and months. The expenses are the salary, food, medicine, and vitamins.
