Here you an see some of the key performane results for your Aspen Fired Heater detailed model! )he alulated duty should be very lose to the simple HYSYS heatin$ utility< whih ori$inally modelled the *red heater< is almost ==M>! )he alulated overall e?ieny is 23!1@ and the reuired fuel (ow to ahieve that is 4=01 k$hr! You may like to note that the peak tube wall temperature indiated for tubes in the heater *rebo" is 3035C! You an see how the furnae duty divides between the two tube banks of the onvetion setion and the *rebo"!

!ploring the 'odel .ow let us look at the heater model we have imported to understand its $eometry! You will see that the pressure of the warm rude has been spei*ed as well as the pressure for the hot rude leavin$ the heater! Aspen Fired Heater used these values to sale the pressure drop in the ri$orous model! .ow letDs delete the inlet pressure value and allow *red heater to alulate what the inlet pressure would 7or ould9 be!
