1. How to read this excel report

The excel report provides a full information on faults and alarms. It shows the full set of fault and alarm attributes including t change information. The excel report consists of two main sections: - Alarm List - Fault List The alarms and faults are listed by numbers in an ascending order.

1.1 Alarm List This section shows the full alarm information including the following items: - alarm number - alarm name - meaning of the alarm - instructions - list of related faults - clearing information - change information

1.2 Fault List This section shows the full alarm information including the following items: - fault ID - fault name - meaning of the fault - instructions - list of related alarms - change information

1.3 Field descriptions

Field descriptions are provided in the second row of Alarm List and Fault List sections. Use fold (-) and unfold (+) buttons o the left panel to respectively hide and show the field descriptions.

1.4 Change information Change information is a part of Alarm List and Fault List sections and is available in the following ways: 1. Definition on whether the fault/alarm is new, removed. That definition is provided in the following columns: - Changes between issues ... which shows the changes since the previous issue of the document. - Changes between releases ... which shows the changes since the latest issue of the document in the previous product release. If the cell is empty, the alarm/fault is not changed, nor new, nor removed. Note that removed alarms/faults are listed in the very bottom and they are marked with red font. Filters are enabled for convenient browsing of the change categories.

2. Detailed change information showing the current and previous values of parameter attributes. That information is provide in the following columns:

- in issue ... which shows the value in the previous issue of the document. - in release ... which shows value in the latest issue of the document in the previous product release.

The columns are grouped into attribute-specific sections for structured and convenient view. Use unfold (+) and fold (-) buttons in the top bar to browse the attribute-specific change details. Use unfold all (2) and fold all (1) buttons on the left ha side of the top bar to respectively show and hide the change details for the whole report.

Note that for all faults/alarms except new and removed ones, the field values for previous issue and previous release are always provided to show a total history information. Additionally, the changed attributes of faults/alarms are highlighted with grey color. Highlights are enabled to specify whether there is a change between issues or releases.
