This house has Southern direction road. The South East segment has Water body near the main gate and below the portico. The Jala Tattwa is Eeshanya, but Jala Tattwa in Agni Sthana gives rise to health problems to the females of the house.

This house has a main gate in the south of south east – Surya Sthana, which is auspicious & is as per the principles of Vaasthu Shastra. The shape of the site is rectangular but shape of the constructed building is of L shape, has south east extension & there is a underground water sump posited in SouthEast segment.

Also the underground water sump is in front of main door below the portico, which is against the by-law of Vaasthu Shastra. All this indicates the problem to females both married and unmarried, of this house. This will yield unhappiness, lack of wish fulfilment & delay in getting issues.

Since Agni Sthana and Graha Adipathi Shukra is afflicted, either the sperm count in the male or the ovaries of the females are reduced. The common bathroom is situated in South West segment. Hence there will be a chronic diseases to the Master.

In this house the North-East corner and South-West corner are afflicted. Due to this Dosha there will be a delay in extension or growth in the family.

The common toilet is situated in the North-East corner which is inauspicious to the inmates especially to the children, as this corner rules over children. The Kitchen is also posited in the North-East corner which is supposed to be in the Agni Sthana – SouthEast. staircase in the North of North-East region which is against the rule of Vaasthu. This is also the weight on the growth of the children. This suffocates the inmates of the house due to the lack of happiness due to childlessness.

Astrology is only the tool to accurately predict about Santhana Bhagya, Santhana Doshas and Doshas due to birth, and accurate Pariharas when the Astrologer has a depth of knowledge in the subject. This is a preventive, precautionary mechanism so that we can in advance know the proper Doshas and to overcome with proper Pariharas again the Pariharas are to be given only on deep analysis of the horoscope and the Astrologer must have in depth experience of the subject.
