Green Belt Lessons 1. Your opponent throws a right punch at your head. Block with a left down block and hold. Apply leverage twisting his wrist with both hands to the left and sweep back his right leg with your right at the same time forcing him to the ground. Then step over him with your right leg and swing your left leg over, flipping him over on his stomach retain hold on his wrist with your left hand and punch down on the back of his neck with your right hand. 2. Opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill and hold. Kick to his ribs with your left foot then, sweep back his left leg with your right and apply leverage to his left elbow with your right hand while holding his arm in a downward l position flipping him. 3. Opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill. Right open push to his throat, hook his right foot behind his right ankle with your right foot and apply leverage by lifting up and to your left forcing him down. Left kick to groin. 4. Opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill and hold. Push his arm in front of you to your right, stepping through with your left foot pivoting and strike with a right back elbow to his ribs. Bring left arm in front of you and strike down with your right forearm flipping him. Drop to the ground and stomp to his neck with your right foot. 5. Opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill and hold as you step in deep with your left foot then swing your right leg around his right leg and plant in front of him. Then, right backhand grab to his chin and pull up to you, causing leverage on his neck. Then pivot to your left letting him fall back to the ground follow with a right knife stomp to his throat. 6. Opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill. Right kick to his kidney, then hook the back of his left ankle with your right foot and lift as you push down on the inside of his hip with your right hand. Right back elbow to his jaw. 7. Opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill. Right grab to his groin. Then drop to the ground, right kick to the inside of his left leg and pull his right leg out to your left dropping him. Right kick to groin. 8. Opponent throws a right, block with a right down windmill. Right kick to his solar plexus, then step to the outside of his right leg with your right leg. Drop down on your hands and extend up with your legs scissoring him, left leg into diaphragm right into kidney dropping him. Right punch to his groin. 9. Opponent throws a right, drop away to your left under the punch to the ground then kick to his groin with your right foot. Now hook the back of his right ankle with your right foot sweeping it out from underneath him and dropping him in front of you. Right punch or kick to his groin. 10. Opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill. Strike to his grams with both of your hands and retain hold of his neck. Step to your right with your right foot and back around with your left foot, throwing him. Right kick to his groin.

11. Opponent throws a groin, then step behind forearm across his left right shoulder, causing

left, block with a right down windmill. Left kick to his his left leg with your right and place your right shoulder and under his chin and pull up toward your leverage on his neck dropping him.

12. Opponent throws a right, block with grab to the hair on the back of his head. Continue through his legs with your right straight down flipping him. Right claw to

a left upwindmill. Right roundhouse Pivot right, back kick to his groin. foot and plant; force his head eyes.

13. Opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill and hold. Left kick to his groin. Wrap right arm over his left and hold. With your right foot forward, pivot to your left and wrap your left leg back through his legs and around his left leg as you put your left arm around his chest. Sit to the ground, applying leverage, breaking his arm as he falls back to the ground. Right knife stomp to his throat. 14. Your opponent throws a right, block with a right upwindmill and hold, with your left foot forward. Grabbing his right shoulder and pull him down off balance, then swing your right leg over his back and strike the back of his neck. Continue through and plant foot on the ground. Opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill. Drop down on your knee and grab to his groin with your right hand. Then grab the back of his ankle with your right hand and pull as you push with your left forearm his knee, dropping him. Left backhand to his groin.

16. Your opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill. Grab his lapels with both your hands. Right knee to his groin. Swing your left arm over his head, choking him with his lapels and pull him back to your left knee. Retain choke with your left hand, right claw to his eyes. 17. Opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill and hold. Right kick to his groin. Then hold his wrist with both your hands, step through with your left foot as you twist his arm over your head. Pivot and drop him on your right knee. 18. Opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill. Drop to the ground, right kick to his groin. Then put your right leg behind his left leg and roll toward him and sweep your left leg into his left knee dropping him. Right kick to his face. 19. Your opponent throws a right, block with a right upwindmill. Now wrap your left arm around in front of him, then grab the inside of his right leg from behind and throw him to your left. 20. Your opponent throws a left, block with a right cross block with your left foot forward. Grab the hair on the right side of his head with a left backhand movement and pull him to your right; grab the hair on his left side with your right hand and pull throwing him to your right. 21. Opponent throws a left, block, with a right down windmill and wrap your arm over and under his arm and grab his shoulder. Then reach across and grab his clothing on his right shoulder and drop down on your right knee turning your back on him and throw him.

22. Opponent throws a left, block with a right down windmill and wrap under and up and grab his shoulder. Then wrap your right leg behind his left leg and grab the back of his neck with your left hand and sit, forcing him to the ground applying leverage. 23. Opponent throws a right, block with a right down windmill and hold. Apply leverage turning his hand to your right. Reach around and grab his chin and pull him back dropping him on your left knee. Right hammer to his throat, right stomp to his face. 24. Opponent throws a right, block with left upwindmill and hold, left foot forward. Then strike with a right upwindmill to his arm, flipping him. 25. Your opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill with your left foot and strike to his neck with a right forward elbow. Right knee to his groin, then grab his right leg with your left hand and pull up as you sweep his left leg back and out from underneath him with your right leg. Reverse leverage on his right leg with your left hand and right punch to his groin. 26. Opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill. Right grab to his groin. Then right stomp behind his left leg, breaking his shoulder. 31. Your opponent throws a left, right cross block with your left foot forward. Left backhand to his neck, then grab the collar on the opposite side. Then step behind him with your right leg and grab his groin from behind with your right hand then step back in front with your right leg and sweep back his left leg as you throw him, right stomp to his nose. 32. Opponent throws a left, block with a left down windmill and hold. Reverse the leverage on his wrist and grab his triceps with your right hand and force him over. Then swing your right leg over his back and hook your right foot under his chin and pull back with your leg forcing him back to the ground. Right punch to his temple, left stomp to his groin.

33. Your opponent throws a left, block with a right down block and hold. Grabbing his left hand with your right and his elbow with your left hand and force it up behind his back. Then step back with your left foot and push down on his elbow with your left hand and lift on his wrist with your right hand throwing him to your left causing him to flip. 34. Opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill. Then dive behind him and grab up into his groin with your right hand and pull him back over you right hammer to his groin. 35. Opponent throws a left, block with a right down windmill and hold. Left kick to solar plexus, then grab the back of his head with your left hand and pull him down toward you and force his arm around to the left dropping him to the ground. Right hammer to his nose. 36. Opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill. Then drive behind him and grab his upper right leg with a left backhand grab, pulling him back to the ground. Left claw to his eyes. Right punch to his groin. 37. Opponent throws a left, lift to your left as you grab left leg over the back of his in the solar plexus, flipping

block with a left down windmill and hold. Then his elbow with your right hand. Then swing your neck and force his arm to the left as you knee him him over. Right hammer to his throat.

38. Opponent throws a right, block with a right upwindmill and hold with your left foot forward. Then put his right arm back between his legs and grab it with your left hand. Then reach over and grab his chin with your right hand and pull back applying leverage. 39. Your opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill and hold left foot forward. Then step behind him with your right foot and grab the right side of his chin with your right hand and pull him back and around to the ground. Pivot to your left and kick to his head with right foot. 40. Opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill. Then grab the inside of his right leg at the knee with your right hand and pull it out to your left. Then right knee to his groin and right back elbow to his throat. 41. Opponent throws a left, block with a left down windmill and hold. Reverse the leverage. Right kick to his ribs. Step in front of him and reach up with your right arm and grab him in a head lock. Then step back through with your left leg and throw him over your back. 42. Opponent throws a left, block with a right down windmill and with your left foot forward grab the left side of his neck with your left hand and the right side of his jaw with your right. Then put your right leg inside and back on his left leg bracing it. Apply leverage breaking his neck. 43. Your opponent throws a right, block with a left down block. Left back claw to his eyes. Right open hand to the left side of his neck. Right knee to his groin and right up palm under his chin at the same time. Then step through his legs with your right and strike with a right back elbow to his solar plexus.

44. Your opponent throws a right, block with a left down windmill with your left foot forward. Strike to the bridge of his nose with your right hand and to his throat with your left hand at the same time with the outside edge of your palms and apply leverage behind his left leg from the outside with your right leg dropping him. Left kick to the inside of his right leg and right stomp to his throat. 45. Opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill wrap your arm around and back through as you reach around and through his right arm from behind and grab the clothing on his back. Push forward then swing your right leg around his right leg and plant it in front of him now pull back applying leverage on his shoulders. Now release hold and right hammer to his neck right kick to his throat. 46. Opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill and hold. Wrap your right arm over and under and reach up and grab his neck. Put your left leg into his left leg forcing it out and forward. Then pull him back to your right over your right leg. 47. Opponent throws a left, block with a right down windmill. Wrap over and under grab his chin with your left hand and force it up as you grab it with your right hand. Now reach around with your left hand and grab the other side of his neck, as you step through and behind with your left and drop on your right knee and pull him down on your left knee. 48. Opponent throws a left, block with a right down windmill and grab the elbow and pull with your left hand forcing his right arm up behind his back with your right arm. Then push down on the back of his neck bending him over swing your right leg over his head and hook your right foot inside and behind his right knee and sit to the ground pulling him back and down. 49. Opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill and hold. Force his arm up behind his back. Step back around with your left foot and grab his chin with your right hand and pull him to the ground. Right hammer to his nose. 50. Your opponent throws a right, right cross block as you step passed his right side with your right leg and spin back and around with your left leg striking him in the mid section forcing him to the ground. Roll up and right kick to his jaw. 51. Your opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill. Kick to his left kidney with a right roundhouse. Spin to your left and come back through his legs with your left leg applying leverage to his left leg as you strike with a left back elbow to his kidney. 52. Opponent throws a right, block with a left down windmill and wrap around and grab his hair left foot forward. Then step behind his right leg and strike to his nose with a right hammer blow knocking him down, right kick to his face. 53. Your opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill and hold, pulling him off balance. Right knee to the small of his back, then put him in a full nelson and bend him over. Then step over his left leg with your left and swing your right leg back and around as you let go with your right hand and strike with a right uppercut to his face.

54. Your opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill. Right punch to his heart with your left foot forward, turning him sideways. Then right heel kick to his jaw. Now step in front of him and past his left leg with your left leg and strike to the right side of his neck with a left open hand and hold him with your leg braced behind his left leg. Right hammer blow to his nose. 55. Your opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill. Grab his left wrist with your left hand then step in front of him with your right foot, bringing his left arm over your head. Now reach up and grab his upper arm and pull him back to your right and to the ground. Right backhand to his ribs. 56. Your opponent throws a left, block with a right down block. Left backhand grab to his neck, then step in front of him with your right foot and strike up into his throat with your right arm and hold up. Then put your right leg back between his legs and throw him over your shoulder. Right claw to his eyes. 57. Opponent throws a right, block with a left cross block and hold left foot forward. Then step back and around with your right foot and strike to his kidney with your right back elbow. Now reach up and grab his chin and pull him to the ground. Right punch to his face. 58. Your opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill. Right roundhouse grab to his neck, left foot forward, pulling him over. Right knee to his face, then right back kick to his groin. 59. Your opponent throws a right, block with a left down block, left foot forward. Straight claw to his eyes with both hands. Right roundhouse kick to his ribs. Right back kick to his groin. 60. Your opponent throws a left, block with a right down block. Left backhand grab to his hair and right grab to his chin (palm out), then step in front of him with your right foot as you bring his head over yours and drop down on your right knee, pulling around and down then right. Hammer to his nose or adams apple. 61. Your opponent throws a right, block with a right down windmill. Right backhand to his neck right foot forward. Then left up palm to his jaw. Then step passed his left leg with your left as you grab his head with your right hand and throw him right hammer to his nose. 62. Opponent throws a left, block with left upwindmill. Then grab His right shoulder from behind and pull him around. Left backhand and hold stick out right leg and sit. Throw him to your left right kick to his ribs. 63. Your opponent throws a left, block with right down block. Left backhand to his neck, left side and hold. Step in and back around his left leg and sit as you strike to his ribs left side with a right forward elbow right backhand knuckle to his right knee top part. 64. Your opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill left foot forward. Step in with your right foot, right leg stiff and left knee bent, weight back and right palm to his groin. Then right side kick to his throat. 65, your opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill and hold. Then step up with your right foot, right backhand to his neck and wrap around and grab his groin and put left leg out and sit, throwing him back over you.

66. Your opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill and pull him off balance. Then step up between his legs with your right from behind and reach up through his right arm and grab the back of his neck and pull off balance. Then pull him back around to your right, right hammer to his nose. 67. Your opponent throws a left, block right. Up right kick to his ribs. Step back through with your left and back around with your right as you bring his arm over your head. Go down on your right knee and grab his left knee and pull him back, bending his arm up behind his back. Leverage on his shoulder. 68. Your opponent throws a left, block with a left cross block and spin back around to your right and right down hammer to his groin. Then grab his left ankle and pull up, dropping him right. Back stomp to his groin. Then turn his ankle to your right, spinning him over. Left stomp to his groin. 69. Your opponent throws a right, block right down windmill wrap and hold his shoulder. Right stomp down behind his right knee. Left claw to his eyes. Left hammer to his groin. 70. Your opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill and hold. Left kick to his ribs. Step back through with your right, dropping on your right knee as you bring arm over your head. Apply wrist leverage flipping him. 71. Opponent throws a left, block left down and hold. Reverse leverage as you step behind him. Right grab up under his left arm and grab the back of his head and step back with your left foot forcing him down on his shoulder and face. 72. Your opponent throws a right, step out to the left and in with your left foot. Left cross block then spin and right backhand to the back of his neck step back around with your right, left grab to his throat and pull him back to the ground right hammer to his groin. 73. Your opponent throws a left, block with a right down windmill and hold. Left backhand to his neck and bend him over. Right knee to his face. Then drop down and slide your right foot into his left, leg moving it out causing him to sit back right. Kick to his groin. 74. Your opponent throws a right, block with a left upwindmill. Double strike open hands to his grams. Pull him over, right knee to his solar plexus. Then grab his collar at the neck, extend your right leg through his legs and fall back, throwing him back over you. Left down punch to his nose. 75. Your opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill, left foot forward. Step behind and passed him with your right and grab his hips and pull him back to the ground, as you step back around with your left onto your knee. Left claw to his eyes. Right hammer to his groin. 76. Your opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill. Step behind him with your right, reach up through his right arm and grab his left lapel. Then pull him back and around to your right. 77. Your opponent throws a left, block with a left upwindmill, left foot forward. Then step directly behind him with your right and grab him around the chest and both arms and pull him back (bear hug). Then step through to your right with your left and pull him down on your left knee onto his ribs.

78. Your opponent throws a left, block with a right downwindmill and hold. Left back hand to neck and hold (hair optional). Left foot up into groin, fall back flipping him right. Punch down on his nose. Right knee to his face. 79. Your opponent throws a left, block with a right down windmill. Left backhand and hold back of neck. Reach around with your right and grab his jaw. As you set him to the ground, trap his left leg with your right. Pull and push breaking his neck. Right claw to his eyes. Right hammer to his groin. Grab right ankle with left hand. Push inside upper right leg with your right palm. 80. Your opponent throws a right, block with a right upwindmill and hold. Right kick to his ribs. Then step in front of him with your left and bring his arm over your head and down across your shoulder breaking his arm. Then reach back with your left hand and grab his neck and pull him down over your right knee. Right hammer to his face.
