PETITIONER, by and through counsel, unto this Honorable Court

respectfully aver that: 1.  Petitioner, Cherry Jean O. Romano, is a Filipino, of legal age, single and a resident of #2 Down-San Manuel St., Brgy. Rivera, San Juan; 2.  Respondent is the Register of Deeds of San Juan City which has an official address at City Hall Compound, San Juan City where it may be served with summons and other court processes at the given address; 3.  Petitioner is applying for the registration of the unregistered land located at 57-DKatubusan St., Brgy. Progreso, San Juan; 4.  Petitioner has been occupying the subject lot for 12 years starting from 2006 up to present;

 

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, it is respectfully prayed that the Register of Deeds of San Juan City issue an original certificate of title of the lot located at 57DKatubusan St., Brgy. Progreso, San Juan registered in the name of the petitioner. Other just and equitable reliefs are likewise prayed for.
